This time, after resetting my password, I encounter a pop-up instructing me to continue the recovery process, but the link seems unresponsive. Despite clearing the cache multiple times, I remain stuck on the same page. As a social media manager with responsibilities to numerous individuals, including friends and family, my account holds significant personal content, including thousands of photos as I am a professional photographer. I urgently require assistance to regain access to my account, as I have attempted unsuccessfully for the past 24 hours and feel increasingly anxious. Dear gethuman Team, I am Wajeeha. Years ago, I created a Facebook account under the email [redacted] with the name Wajeeha Azam. This was a family account that got hacked recently. I received a notification stating my password was changed from a Galaxy J5 Prime, but it disappeared quickly, and my account was hacked. Despite trying, I couldn't recover it. I asked my family and friends to report the account to prevent further misuse. Unfortunately, the hacker still has control of it. It's an old account, and I can't recall my hotmail recovery password either. The hacker changed the name to Muhammad Ahmed, blocking and unfriending my family. I am unable to access the email [redacted] or the phone number [redacted] that are linked to my Facebook account. I can't receive the login code because I no longer have access to these. I need to update my phone number and email, but I can't log in due to the outdated contact information. My old phone was cleared by an AT&T manager without my consent, making it impossible to access my Facebook. There are important photos on my account that I don't have elsewhere, and I'm eager to regain access to connect with family and old friends. Help needed! I recently activated two-factor verification two days ago. Today, after updating my data, I tried logging into my account's business section, but it kept asking me to input my password repeatedly without success. I double-checked my password by signing out and back in successfully. I also sent an admin invitation to an account with the email ([redacted]) but encountered the same issue when trying to log in. I am a political activist who recently had my Facebook account disabled for expressing my political views favoring #BernieorBust. Facebook took this action without providing any due process. When requesting identification verification, I suspect this is part of a scheme to profit from facial recognition projects and government contracts. The lack of explanation for disabling the account is concerning, especially without due process. Additionally, I am troubled by the potential exploitation of private individuals' intellectual property through Facebook's terms and conditions. Requiring users to relinquish rights to their thoughts, behaviors, and habits for service access is perceived as intellectual property theft. Similar issues exist with Google, leading to societal control and restricted freedoms based on differing opinions. My political stance caused some friends to unfriend me, showcasing how dissenting views can be suppressed. Facebook's lack of appeal options or explanations further frustrate the situation. Good morning, Facebook, I am facing a problem with my Facebook account since last week. I am unable to log in. My Facebook is associated with the company I work for. The issue is that every time I try to log in, they keep sending the 6-digit code to the company phone, which is a direct line. This means we are unable to receive the code to log in. How can we resolve this problem and have the code sent to our email or another phone? I have tried everything I can think of, but I am still stuck without any other options to resolve this problem. I am facing a serious problem as someone has stolen my identity and created a Facebook account using my name. This person, who is a hacker, sent me a link that I opened, resulting in them hacking into my laptop and stealing my pictures and videos. They are now threatening to post them unless I pay them $[redacted]. I refused, and they still posted the content. I urgently need help to delete this fake account. My primary Facebook and Instagram accounts, which are linked, were both suspended simultaneously without any warning or explanation. It is unlikely for two separate but linked accounts to be shut down at the same time, leading me to suspect someone in my personal life who may have reported something on both platforms out of spite. This situation is causing me a lot of distress as social media plays a significant role in my daily life. I have had to rely on backup accounts with minimal activity or connections as my main accounts contained many photos that were not backed up elsewhere due to a recent phone replacement. I have tried reaching out to Tech Support on both websites, but have not received any meaningful assistance. If someone could please take the time to look into this issue and provide help, I would greatly appreciate it.

I recently discovered a concerning issue with my account as it appears that my daughter's email and password are associated with it instead of my own. I suspect she may have accessed my account when she used my laptop earlier this month. This situation is distressing as I use this account to stay in touch with my grandchildren. I recently logged out of my personal computer and tried to log in on my phone, but Facebook (FB) is not accepting my password. I created a new password, but FB is sending the login code to my old phone number which I no longer use. FB prompted to use a recovery code, but since I haven't logged in, I can't retrieve it. I tried submitting a form with my ID card attached but have not received any feedback. This is my last hope as I need to access my account to respond to birthday messages. I created a Facebook account about a year ago when I got my Alcatel Android phone. Everything was fine until my son made a second account on my phone. Now, I can't add my phone number because it's already in use. A few months ago, I tried to update Facebook and now it doesn't recognize my number.
