To whom it may concern at Facebook, I recently received a message from a person claiming to be Gerrold Bartnick, identifying himself as Lauren Worley’s grandfather. I believe this individual is making false accusations against me. There is a page supposedly belonging to Lauren Worley that I did not create or post on. This page contains distorted images that were not uploaded by me, including inappropriate messages that I am being wrongfully accused of posting. I am deeply distressed by these accusations as they are completely unfounded. I want to clarify that Gerrold Bartnick is not related to Lauren Worley and is not her grandfather. My granddaughter, Lauren, has been estranged from me for years due to unfortunate circumstances surrounding her mother's passing. I am heartbroken by the relationship I have lost with my granddaughter and do not have any intention of causing any harm or posting anything negative towards her on the internet. I urge you to investigate this matter further and request that Gerrold Bartnick cease making false claims against me. My health is already compromised due to my battle with cancer, and this undue stress is only further impacting my well-being. Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Warm regards, Darleene Rixey

I received a text message from Mark Collins stating there was fraudulent activity on my account. He contacted me again later asking for a code. Despite his promise to fix my Facebook within 3 hours, it remained unresolved. Desperate for help, I contacted someone claiming to be Austin Parker from Facebook, who requested a Google Play card. After providing the code, they said I didn't follow instructions properly. Feeling scammed, I tried numerous avenues to recover my account as the hacker changed my phone number and password. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.

Hello, I am experiencing recurring issues with my account being disabled, and I am uncertain about the cause. I carefully reviewed the account creation policies and believe I did not violate any. Here is what occurred: I initially created an account under the name Artūrs Serafims (alternate name) Vītiņš and began inviting friends. After about 10 minutes, I was prompted to submit another photo, which I did, only to find my account disabled shortly after. Subsequently, I created a new account as Artūrs Vītiņš, which was also banned. Despite sending copies of my passport twice, I received no response. I proceeded to create yet another account under Artūrs Vītiņš, and it was disabled as well. I acknowledge that creating multiple accounts for one individual is against policy, but I acted hastily due to my urgency. The email addresses associated with these accounts are [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] I also had a previously deleted account under Artūrs Serafims Vītiņš with the email [redacted] and my phone number is +[redacted]5. Could you kindly address this issue for me, or advise me on the necessary steps to reinstate my account? Best regards, Artūrs.

Hello, My website's URL got banned by Facebook (and Instagram) for unknown reasons, causing restrictions on running ads. The ban occurred despite not promoting any links to the website. I suspect the use of the word "REPLICA" on the website could have led to the ban, although I am unsure. I have removed the keyword from the site but the ban remains. I have made multiple attempts to contact Facebook and Instagram for clarification but received no response. I am keen to have the ban lifted and would greatly appreciate understanding the specific reason for the ban to prevent similar issues in the future. Thank you.

I regularly share photos of my family on Facebook, but my page was deleted. I feel like I am facing discrimination because I am white. This biased and unfair blackballing feels like a form of racist targeting. I refuse to accept this treatment. My family has a history of being enslaved, and now it feels like we are being oppressed once again due to this unjust practice of discriminating against white Americans. I believe that I have the right to freely post pictures of my family and friends. As a veteran, I deserve fair treatment. I plan to bring attention to this discrimination against white Americans publicly and make sure that this issue is recognized both nationally and internationally.

Hello everyone on Facebook. I am experiencing an issue with my account that has been blocked by your team. My login credentials are [redacted] with the password sunny12. I've been using this Facebook account since around [redacted] or [redacted]. Many users, including myself, use nicknames rather than their real names on social media platforms like Facebook. Verifying users' identities with ID cards might lock out a large number of users. On my account, I use my nickname, which is not on any official ID. I can provide my work ID card and other documents like a bank statement, although they do not show my full name, Chijioke Martins, as it appears on Facebook. My real name is only Chijioke, which matches my bank statement and work ID. I have invested over $7,[redacted] in my account for my business promotions and losing this money would be devastating for me. I seek your assistance in resolving this issue promptly. Thank you for your understanding.

I recently received a message on Facebook Messenger from my ex, Zach Alan Martin, who now lives in Michigan. The message contained a video with the caption "Check out this video of you," which I found suspicious but still tried to watch. Later, I received the same video from his sister on a different day. While at the bank on Friday, I noticed that everyone on my Messenger list had received a message saying a video was sent by me, causing some to believe I was hacked. I determined the hacker was near Chicago, Illinois and promptly changed my password. Unfortunately, my Facebook account, which includes my business page, Inspire Alure, and Messenger account are now temporarily locked since Friday. This is concerning as I need access to promote myself and two new massage therapists. I am seeking clarification on the duration of this lock and if this is standard protocol in such situations.

On June 29th, at 12:03pm EST, my cover photo of my 3-year-old son was shared by an unknown person. I visited the profile of Giv En Chy, who shared the photo, and left comments on multiple posts requesting the removal of my son's picture. I also engaged with another user, Cindy Hunter, whom I assume is related to the Giv En Chy profile, and reiterated my request for the removal of my son's photo. Although they have taken down other pictures of mixed-race children, my son's photo remains. Upon further investigation, I suspect there may be a hidden agenda behind sharing my son's picture, and I fear for his safety. I am uncertain if they have ulterior motives like child trafficking or if they are fixated on mixed-race children. These individuals are uncooperative, and my son's image is still on their page alongside screenshots of my profile. I haven't blocked them yet as I await the removal of the post.

I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account. Whenever I try to use the password stored in my password manager, I receive an error message stating that the password was changed last year and the one I am entering is incorrect. Upon trying to change the password, a code is sent to my email linked to the account. After entering the code, I am prompted to receive a code on my phone due to a requested two-factor authentication. However, I never receive the code on my phone and after multiple attempts to resend, I am informed that I have reached the limit of SMS messages. Even after waiting 24 hours and retrying, I am stuck in the same cycle. Additionally, I received an email stating my password has been changed with a request to confirm the change, but upon confirming and attempting to log in with the new password, I face the same issue of it being changed a year ago.

My Facebook account has been hacked, and my business accounts associated with it have been compromised as well. I have tried changing my password multiple times but still cannot regain access due to someone adding a code generator I did not authorize. Facebook has been sending codes via text, but I am unable to receive them since my phone number is no longer linked to my account. I have submitted my photo ID and tried all suggested measures, including recovery codes sent via email, with no success. I urgently need access to my account, especially for my work pages. I have been struggling with this issue for a week, reaching out to Facebook multiple times for assistance.

I recently posted a video of a four hit by Pakistan in a World Cup match against Afghanistan, which Pakistan won. Today, I was notified that my Facebook account has been blocked for 3 days due to copyright infringement. I tried emailing the claimant mentioned in the notification, but the email provided was incorrect. It seems like I have been reported wrongly, and I strongly believe that I am innocent in this matter. I have been using Facebook for approximately 10 years without any prior issues. If I lose my account, I will no longer use Facebook. I am willing to cooperate in any independent investigation to prove my innocence. My Facebook ID is Shamshir Abbass. Regards, Shamshir Abbas Shah.

My Facebook account got disabled. I submitted a picture of my driver's license and received a message with a link that could only be used once. I made a mistake and lost the link. The email associated with my account is no longer active due to the company being sold. I tried opening a new account with Gmail but haven't been successful. I'm frustrated and need assistance as I can't pay the high fee to speak with someone. I'm a senior citizen and not very tech-savvy, so I need simple help. I miss using Facebook as I don't get out much. Thank you for any assistance.

I urge Facebook to ban the US Border Patrol Agents group as it spreads hate and undermines democracy. Safe discussions are crucial, especially regarding the treatment of immigrants. We cannot tolerate such negativity. Those responsible for the offensive posts should be removed from their positions. I will contact Congress about Facebook's response. If Facebook doesn't take action, legislation may be necessary. Best regards, Mary W. Lacey, Washington
