I have a facebook page called Glock Grip Works, which I created several years ago, because at that time I was doing custom grip modifications on Glock pistols. I no longer do this custom grip work, so this page has become a place where I post mostly patriotic and pro-second amendment content. I want to change the page name to "The Thirsty Tree," which is a play on words, based on a Thomas Jefferson quote, "The Tree of Liberty must be refreshed from time to time..."*I submitted the name change, and immediately received notification that my name change request could not be approved because it might be misleading (paraphrased). So I went ahead and changed the cover photo, the page description, username, website address, etc., to reflect the new page identity. The page content has already fit The Thirsty Tree idea for a long time. After changing all those relevant items on the page, I submitted the name change again, but once again, I got an immediate notification that my name change was denied because it might be misleading! This is very frustrating! My guess is some FB algorithm is rejecting the name "The Thirsty Tree" as misleading, because it doesn't understand the reference, and it doesn't see any page content about trees. But my *** page followers understand the reference, because they are like-minded human beings, not algorithms!*Can you please help me get my page name change approved?
