My primary Facebook account, created in [redacted] with the username Josh McCallister and associated with my Hotmail account [redacted], has been disabled. I was playing Legacy of Discord when I suddenly got kicked out between 6/9/19 and 6/11/19. Despite submitting my state ID multiple times, I haven't received any explanation, feedback, or code to recover my account. I've never faced warnings or bans before. Concerned that my account may have been hacked and misused, I'm eager to resolve this as my account seems to have vanished. I need access to family and business photos stored there, and I've invested $7,[redacted] in the game which I can't access. Kindly address this promptly as it appears to be a mistaken disablement. Your assistance in restoring my account is highly appreciated. Thank you, Josh McCallister.

Today I received the following message regarding my ad account: "Ad Account Status Is Disabled. Your ad account was flagged because of unusual activity. All your ads have been paused. To restart them, contact Facebook to confirm your account information." Today, I reviewed the response stating that my ad account cannot be re-enabled. It appears that the decision is final due to advertising policies not being followed, which are in place to ensure user safety and maintain a positive community. While this information is frustrating, it seems further action cannot be taken. I wish there was more clarity on the specific policy violations to understand the situation better and resolve any issues. It would be beneficial if there was an option to discuss this matter further to gain insights on what led to this outcome.

I have had my Facebook account blocked twice this week. The first time, they said I couldn't do anything until Sunday, 23 at 10 p.m. Then on Monday morning, they blocked me again and asked for a photo to verify my identity. After submitting the photo, they said they needed time to review it. Today, I received a letter from them saying they noticed I couldn't log in and provided a link, but it hasn't worked despite trying twice. Every time I attempt to log in, I receive the message, "You Can't Use Facebook Right Now. We're reviewing the photo you sent us." I have tried to contact support via chat, but they keep redirecting me to a software expert, which is not what I need. This issue persists across three different computers, and I am unable to resolve it on my own. Facebook, please unblock my account.

My uncle, R. C., received emails about his hacked account and started getting tagged in unwanted videos and ads. I removed the tags, reported the issue, and provided guidance over the phone to help him reset his password, as I had set up the account for him originally. After reporting, I received an auto response regarding friend adjustments and my uncle's account was locked. I need assistance to unlock his account so he can connect with family on Facebook. Despite spending days on this, the situation seems to deteriorate, and since we are in different states, I'm trying to help him resolve this over the phone.

I am facing issues with both my Facebook and Instagram business pages. On Facebook, my store's products are not displaying even though it's connected. Instagram is not allowing me to tag products and claims there are no items in my catalog. This has occurred before accidentally, but now I'm struggling to resolve it. When I visit my Facebook page, it mentions that my link is blocked. I have already consulted with Shopify, and they indicated that the issue lies with Facebook since it's linked through Shopify. I am seeking assistance to restore my page. I have contacted the relevant department that assisted me in the past and am presently awaiting their response to resolve this matter.

I would like to regain access to my previous Facebook account. I upgraded to a new phone, and initially, my account transferred seamlessly to the new device. Unfortunately, one of my children played around with my phone, preventing me from logging in. Previously, I could easily access my account by simply tapping on my profile picture. I am Toni Gollihugh_Henderson. I created a new account under the name Toni Henderson, which I now actively use. The primary phone number associated with my old account is [redacted]. I can provide my ID, although it is under my married name, not my maiden name. There seems to be an email linked to my old account that I cannot access. Please assist me in recovering my original account, as I have been unable to do so for approximately one to two months. Thank you, Toni Gollihugh Henderson. You can reach me at [redacted] or [redacted]

During the week of May 21 to 28, while hosting visitors, there was an incident that caused the deletion of many apps from my computer. Initially, I couldn't access my email, Google, or Facebook. I have since re-established my email access, though the situation remains vague. I will be sending my computer for service this weekend to resolve the issue. Concerning Facebook, my account was disabled due to the lack of a cell phone for verification. Even when using my email, the code retrieval process shows an error message. Despite contacting the Help Centre without success, I'm unable to reconnect with my family on Facebook. Essentially, I'm facing obstacles as an 86-year-old grandmother trying to restore communication channels.

Hello, my name is Suraj Gurung, and on Facebook, my name is Subdued Gurung. It's my nickname that I've used on my personal account since I created it. I also conduct my business through this profile and have a business page named Surajmarket. I have been using my girlfriend's U.S.-issued credit card, with her permission, to promote my business through Facebook advertising. However, I woke up one morning to find my account disabled, which greatly upset me as my business relies on my Facebook page. I followed the instructions to submit my ID proof, including my passport and driver's license, to prove that I am a legitimate user despite the discrepancy in names. After waiting for a response, I received an email stating my account was permanently disabled, leaving me shocked and at a loss. I have since created a new account with genuine information but faced another disablement. I am unsure of what to do next. I desperately need my old account back as my business is suffering, and I am facing pressure from my vendors. I am in a difficult situation and seek help to resolve this issue. Thank you.

Yesterday, I contacted PayPal customer service about an unauthorized $75 charge on Facebook. The representative, Mike Tross #[redacted], advised me to call Facebook directly at 1-[redacted]. However, he later asked me to purchase $[redacted] worth of Google Play cards to fix a supposed hacked account, claiming I would be reimbursed after providing him with the card numbers. I realized it was a scam midway through the conversation due to the complex IT jargon used. Feeling embarrassed, I promptly ended the call. This incident has made me concerned that there may be collaboration between scammers and individuals within PayPal. I seek a resolution for this matter, considering it all started with the unauthorized charge on Facebook.

I work as the Social Media Strategist for Mylo, an insuretech brokerage supported by Lockton, the largest independent insurance brokerage globally. Our page got unpublished yesterday due to a job listing violation claim. We had two listings from a couple of months back that were taken down. We tried to remove them but faced difficulties. Although we reviewed our active listings, we are not certain about the violations we are accused of. Kindly inform us if there is a violation, specify our error so we can correct it, restore our page, and prevent future policy breaches on Facebook. Numerous individuals have contacted us regarding the page being down. We have reputable business partners such as Legalzoom, Progressive, American Century, New York City Bar Association, and others who frequently visit our Facebook page. It is crucial for us to resolve this promptly!

Hello Facebook Team, I am writing to inform you that my Facebook account has been disabled. Recently, my phone was stolen and accessed by someone who misused my account to post inappropriate content. I have been using this account for around 10 years and it holds a lot of sentimental value for me as it contains memories of my late Granny and relatives. I sincerely apologize for any offensive activity that may have occurred. I assure you that I will take steps to prevent such incidents in the future. I kindly request the reactivation of my account as it is very important to me. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, S.C.

My Facebook account was compromised on June 13, [redacted]. The hacker removed my post informing friends about the hack and changed my password, leaving me unable to access or control the account. Despite attempts by both me and my friends to inform Facebook that I am not Melissa Shawbonquit, they are requesting more information, which makes me uneasy due to a previous incident where my bank account was also hacked. Therefore, I would like either to have my current account permanently closed so I can create a new one, or to regain access to my account with a new password. I have updated my email address from [redacted] to [redacted]; however, I continue to log in with the old email as it is the only one accepted. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

My name is Christina Boyd, and unfortunately, my Facebook account was hacked. I no longer have access to my email address, [redacted], or my phone number, [redacted]. Every time I try to log in, it kicks me out and logs me into another account that isn't mine. I want to regain control of my page because I never authorized anyone to take over. I live in Meridian, MS, and went to Meridian Community College. I am a 42-year-old black female. The person behind this seems to be someone who knows me, a guy who is stalking me across different social media platforms. I've tried changing passwords but it doesn't help. It's important to me to regain access to all my accounts, as this person has even accessed my Google account. It's unsettling to have my personal information compromised like this. If possible, please block this individual's Facebook and Instagram accounts to stop the intrusion.

On June 22, [redacted], I attempted to access Facebook but encountered issues. Family members suggested my account might have been hacked. Despite multiple attempts to reset my password, a message stating that my account was temporarily blocked consistently appeared. After trying numerous codes daily, I resorted to creating a new account. However, my session was terminated due to suspicion of impersonation. I seek assistance as there is no customer service to contact. I feel unfairly punished for actions I did not commit. Repeatedly, the platform displays the message, "Sorry, this feature is not working right now, try again later," leaving me frustrated. Any help resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. My name is AnnaMaria Bastone, born on July 6, [redacted].

My Facebook account has been compromised. Someone gained unauthorized access, and I am unable to log in. Despite attempts, I get kicked out each time I try to access my email, password, or phone number. There is an individual, a Black male in his 40s, who I suspect is behind this. I have asked him to stop, but he continues. He seems to be using fake GPS locations like Georgia, Pennsylvania, Colorado, Forest, and Mississippi, although he resides in Meridian, Mississippi where I am also from. This situation is alarming, and it feels like a form of online stalking. I am seeking assistance to regain control of my accounts. It's been a distressing experience, and I hope for a resolution soon.

My Facebook account has been blocked twice this week. The first time was until Sunday, June 23 after 10 p.m. On Monday morning, they requested a photo verification, stating they needed time to review it. Today, I received a message allowing me to log in, but after multiple attempts, I still see the message: "You Can't Use Facebook Right Now." Despite contacting support, I've been redirected to unnecessary experts. All three of my computers display the same issue with Facebook. Now, the link provided indicates my account has been disabled without explanation. I've already sent my photo and ID for verification. Assistance is greatly appreciated.

I recently discovered that my account has been disabled without any explanation. I have never posted anything inappropriate and believe my account may have been compromised or falsely reported. My Messenger was linked to my Facebook account, containing all my contacts and important messages, including valuable content related to my music career. Losing this data, consisting of almost 5 years of work, has been devastating. I kindly request that my account be reactivated so I can access and recover these crucial messages. Restoring my account would mean a great deal to me.

While streaming on Twitch through my PlayStation Network account, my PSN unexpectedly shared my gaming achievement on Facebook. Upon noticing this, I clicked on "I did not post this," which led me to a security checkpoint page asking me to secure my account. The "Get Started" button is unresponsive, causing me to be stuck on this page and unable to access my Facebook. I have tried closing the app, restarting my phone, and using various browsers, but the security checkpoint page persists. Could someone assist me in regaining access to my Facebook account?

My Facebook account has been hacked, and I am unable to access my page. Someone is using my account without my permission, which is very frustrating. I never authorized anyone to use my Facebook or any other accounts. When I try to log in and refresh the page, it immediately logs me out, and someone else is accessing the account with my information. It's alarming that my personal information is linked to this person's account. I am Christina B., 42 years old, and I attended Meridian Community College and Meridian High School. I urgently need to regain control of my pages as all my photos and personal information are on my Facebook. It's unsettling that someone has invaded my accounts from locations like Georgia, Pennsylvania, Colorado, the District of Columbia, and even Forest, MS, places I am not familiar with. I hope Facebook can quickly resolve this issue and secure my accounts.
