I am currently logged into my original Facebook account on my iPad and have never logged out on my iPhone either. Recently, I upgraded from my old iPhone 6 to a new iPhone 8. When attempting to log in on my new phone, I realized my login credentials have changed without my doing. My old information is no longer valid. Although my email is unrecognized and I do not receive the verification code sent to my cell number, I am able to access my profile when my name is searched through a friend's account. Additionally, I receive a passcode on my Comcast email linked to my oldest son's inactive Facebook page, despite my primary email being on an AT&T account rarely used. This confusing situation leaves me stuck in a loop, unable to progress. Seeking assistance here before considering creating a new Facebook account. Any help is welcome.

Last night, I was recording a rap I wrote and wanted to share it with my friends. Around 5-6am, I used the app's Share feature to send it to about 10 friends. Just hours later, I woke up to find my account disabled with the reason being "Determined I was ineligible for Facebook." Despite a decade of trouble-free use, my account was suddenly taken down, leaving me unable to connect with most of my real-life friends. All my groups and page content are now inaccessible. I am eager to have my account reinstated, but Facebook's lack of responsiveness to emails and unavailability over the phone has left me frustrated. Their support system needs improvement to help users in situations like mine.

My Facebook account got disabled yesterday on June 17th, [redacted]. I used it in the morning with no issues. After an afternoon nap, a friend messaged me saying I blocked them. Trying to log in, it showed "session expired" followed by "Account Disabled". I don't post anything inappropriate. I suspect someone accessed my account and disabled it without my knowledge as I haven't changed my password since last year. I need help to restore my account as I had valuable photos, friends, messages on Messenger. I hope it can be recovered. I can provide my last password if necessary. Hello, I am experiencing difficulty accessing my Facebook account due to a lost phone linked to 2-factor authentication. The phone number tied to the old device (+[redacted]76) and the email address ([redacted]) used to create the account are no longer accessible. The password used is "mzuni[redacted]1," but I cannot log in as Facebook is requesting a code sent to my old phone. My new phone is a Samsung J5 ([redacted]) and my updated email is [redacted] I seek assistance in recovering my profile named "Mario Žunić (Mario Z)" with a Metallica cover photo and my facial picture as the profile photo. I encountered difficulties logging into my account despite following all the necessary steps. In the process, I received a text from an individual claiming to be Robert Hull, posing as an account manager, from phone number [redacted]. He guided me through changing my password, then requested it. Following numerous failed attempts to access my account, he asked for a photo of my driver's license for verification. Subsequently, he mentioned escalating the issue to upper management, stating it would take 24 hours to resolve. Recently, I received another text mentioning Facebook compensating those hacked on their accounts with $32,[redacted], alerting me to the potential deception. My account is under the name Pamela J. Bruington, and my contact number is [redacted]. Assistance is greatly appreciated.

I was in the process of creating a new Facebook account. After it had been active for about 5 minutes, a pop-up appeared asking me to upload a photo for security purposes. However, once I uploaded the photo, I was informed I couldn't use Facebook while it was being reviewed. After two days, I tried to log in only to find my account disabled. I then followed the instructions to send a JPEG photo of my ID through the help center but didn't receive any email confirmation. Despite uploading another copy of my ID, my account remains disabled. As a new user, I'm puzzled as to why this has happened as I wasn't aware of violating any rules.

I am experiencing repeated issues with being blocked from Facebook for 30 days due to posts that are clearly not hate speech. These blocks are negatively impacting my business and personal life. Recently, I made a comment on a post about concentration camps, saying "Hitler likes this post," which led to another 30-day block. In the past, I shared a photo of white supremacists waving Nazi flags in response to a related post, resulting in yet another block. I am not promoting hate in any form and believe these actions are unjust. It seems like there may be a misunderstanding in how my posts are being interpreted. On March 31, [redacted], Rowena McKay, a moderator of the Exist Trace group, made unkind remarks about me. I joined the group, made a post, and was promptly banned by Rowena, who referred to me as "criminal and psychotic." The next day, I deactivated my Facebook account, but Rowena had already captured and shared an image of my post on her wall, leaving it visible even after I deleted my account. Kindly ask Rowena not to make negative comments about me on social media. - Michael P.

I am facing a problem with my Facebook account as it has been hacked. The hacker changed my profile name to Nyipi Nyipi, along with the contact number and email address. Some of my friends sent me screenshots showing that the hacker is selling cars fraudulently through my account. I have already reported this to the police as it is a serious matter that is putting me at risk. I kindly request that the account be deactivated to prevent further scams from happening. Please delete the hacked profile to safeguard others from being deceived.

The post in question was a news article with a sarcastic headline about potential war involvement with Saudi Arabia. After posting it on my timeline, I was harassed by several individuals accusing me of hate speech. Despite my attempts to address this through your review process, I have not received any responses. I urge you to review my timeline and see that my posts over the past five years reflect my activity as a Democratic party activist. Facing a 30-day ban during critical times is unfair. The message indicates that the post is still under review; kindly lift the block. 2. Searching for Facebook help online leads to various phone numbers, where individuals request payment to resolve issues. I recently paid $[redacted] to a person who claimed they could assist promptly. I am concerned that this might be a scam. Kindly provide clarification at [redacted]

I regret to inform you that the Facebook group "Hridoyebagladesh24" has been permanently closed due to unauthorized access by hackers targeting the admins. It seems that an admin's ID was compromised, leading to unauthorized changes being made to the group. This situation forced the group to be shut down by the real admin, as evident from the sudden changes made to the group's cover through an unauthorized admin ID. I urge the Facebook team to investigate this matter further to verify the authenticity of the claims and review the group's wall for any inappropriate content posted after the breach. I can assure you that I have never engaged in any illicit activities outside the boundaries of the Facebook community and am committed to working for the betterment of society. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue and restoring ownership of the group to its rightful administrator.

I have a concern about the performance of my Instagram page, @sirnoahbility. Lately, I've noticed a noticeable decrease in reach regardless of when I post. Despite analyzing the best times for posting through analytics, my engagement has significantly dropped. I'm puzzled about what more I can do to improve the situation and why the algorithm seems to be suppressing my content.

I had a Facebook account for a long time but hadn't logged in for a while. When I finally did, I realized my phone number and email had changed, so I had to create a new account. I'm still struggling with it. People keep sending things to my old account where I'm just a friend, and I'm missing a lot of information. Now I face the same problem again! I no longer have the same phone number, but I do have access to the old email account. However, I've moved to a rural area with no internet yet, so I can't reset my password. Moreover, I've recently come out of an abusive marriage and don't want to create a third account; I just want to change my email, password, and phone number. I also wish I could merge my two old Facebook accounts. I'm older and disabled due to a stroke, so all of this is very challenging for me. Can anyone provide assistance? I'm on the verge of giving up. I've also had recent family losses and can't even log in to inform others about a funeral. I'm feeling very frustrated and not tech-savvy.

To make a long story short, my Facebook account was hacked yesterday. I've been using two-factor authentication to keep the hacker out, but I suspect they are still trying to get in. I have received several SMS codes that I did not request, and now Facebook is not sending me a code when I try to log in. It has been about 24 hours, and I am still locked out of my account. I have sent multiple emails and uploaded my ID as requested by Facebook when I reported the issue. I hope I made the right decision by providing my ID, but I am unsure if I can trust Facebook at this point. I would like to regain access to my account or at least retrieve and save all my photos to my laptop. I have been using Messenger as a temporary storage, and now I cannot access these photos. If necessary, I am willing to delete my account, but I would appreciate it if Facebook could respond to me soon. I am feeling extremely frustrated. Thank you, Aniela

I am seeking assistance with my Business Page deactivation due to "against community standards" tags which led me to be in FB Jail. While incapacitated, more old posts were tagged, leaving me unable to rectify them to adhere to guidelines. Despite deactivating all group pages in an attempt to comply, older posts within those groups were still flagged. I am puzzled by the vague infractions and eager to understand what content is acceptable to avoid repetition. It is confounding that a previously approved post for an ad campaign was later deemed non-compliant after payment. I am an active member with Australian Shepherds and utilize my page for various updates and activities related to my business, emphasizing that my primary sales platform is not Facebook. I am perplexed by an old post of puppy images being tagged as inappropriate and seek clarity on acceptable content to rectify this issue promptly.

I was unable to access my account and received a text from an individual claiming to be a Facebook account manager named Richard Hull. He requested that I follow his instructions to regain access to my account. Unaware that I was communicating with a hacker, I complied. I was then asked to send a copy of my driver's license to verify my identity. Despite sharing this with my husband, who advised me to proceed thinking it was Facebook, I later realized my mistake. The individual requested 24 hours to process the information. The following day, the scammer claimed Facebook was compensating hacked accounts with $32,[redacted] and asked for my new password. Realizing the situation, I threatened to report him. The hacker is now contacting my friends, promising money in exchange for their banking information. Please beware of the number used by the scammer: [redacted]. Others have reported similar suspicious activities.

I have attempted to rectify any incorrect information that violates your policies. I expressed my misunderstanding, thinking I was interacting with someone not part of the Facebook team. It has been frustrating to navigate the various rules on different websites where I advertised my puppies. Being 66 years old, I struggle to follow the changing guidelines and felt overwhelmed. I assumed changing one listing would apply to all. My intention was never to circumvent Facebook's policies, and once explained, I comprehended the error. I was unsure how to locate all the sites I posted on to remove my ads. Some individuals, like myself, are not adept at swiftly navigating such tasks. I ask for consideration regarding my age and limited proficiency with computers. It's important to acknowledge that older individuals may encounter difficulties with technology.

I am experiencing an issue with my business page as the add button has been blocked. Facebook notified me that my Instagram and Facebook accounts were not linked, although they are. After investigating, I discovered that someone accessed my Facebook account and misused it to promote their own business. I found a video within the "campaign" section showing a man promoting perfumes in a language I do not understand. I promptly reported this to Facebook, changed my password, but my accounts remain blocked. As a new small business owner, this is hindering my ability to advertise. Despite following Facebook's instructions, the issue persists. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I have enabled 2-Step Verification on my Facebook account. However, the phone number linked to receive the authorization code has been changed. Despite numerous attempts to update it with Facebook, they have not sent the code to the new number. I've provided them with screenshots of the codes they provided as well as my current California Driver's License for verification.
