Hello, I am seeking assistance with a recurring issue on Facebook. This is the second time my account has been blocked due to suspicious activity or unauthorized access. My original account, Luis A. Esquilin Perez using the email [redacted], was lost in a similar manner after over 10 years of use. To continue managing my Facebook page, Ay Mijo Si Te Cuento, I created a new account under the name Luis Esquilin Perez with the email [redacted] Unfortunately, within two hours, this new account was also blocked. I added friends, liked pages, and when I tried to accept an admin role for my page, I was prompted to verify my identity with a phone number and photo. As I couldn't use my original number already associated with my first account, I had to use my mom's number: [redacted]. I followed the verification steps, but my account remains inaccessible. I am currently in Spain and need my Facebook account for work and to update my loved ones on my travels. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Yesterday morning, I received a text from a friend, and she shared a link with me. Ever since I clicked on it, my photos from my driver's license have been circulating, and someone is impersonating me on social media, trying to scam people for money. They have taken control of my Facebook page and posted photos of my family. I urgently need help to regain control of my account.

I need help with a situation involving someone impersonating me on Facebook Messenger. This individual is reaching out to my friends and attempting to scam them. Exploiting a security loophole on Facebook, they managed to set up a Messenger account without a corresponding Facebook profile, copying my name and picture. With no profile to report, I have spent two days fruitlessly trying to address the issue using Facebook's reporting tools, which are inadequate for describing this type of problem. It is crucial to put a stop to this fraudulent activity.

Hello, I regret to inform you that my personal Facebook account was disabled mistakenly. Despite following the rules and regulations, my account was unexpectedly disabled. I have submitted an appeal along with a photo of my passport to Facebook, but unfortunately, I have not received any response or email from them. My advertising account [redacted] is being deactivated and reactivated daily without any clear explanation. I run a fashion brand that sells shoes. Every day, I wake up to find money spent, and then my ad account is disabled. After appealing, I receive a standard response saying it was a mistake and the account is reinstated. Recently, I had to reset my phone due to recent issues. Unfortunately, I lost access to my Facebook account because I didn't back up the data from the code generator app. Now, I'm unable to log in as I can't enter the code generated by the app. Please assist me in resolving this matter promptly.

I received an email from Facebook stating that breaking the rules of the social network could lead to deactivation. I didn't receive any prior warnings about any violations. My Facebook account is linked to my Instagram account as well, so I am eager to have both accounts reinstated. I have reached out to Facebook support, but I understand that they likely have a high volume of similar requests, so I am not expecting a quick response. I genuinely believe this may have been a mistake as I am unsure of any rule violations on my part. I would appreciate any assistance with this matter.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am experiencing an issue that is preventing me from promoting my online shoe store effectively on my Facebook page. Whenever I try to include a bitly URL shortener or my website URL in my ads or page info, Facebook keeps deleting the posts, stating that the link violates their Community Standards. This has been frustrating as I have been attempting to resolve this problem to create meaningful content for my page. Unfortunately, I cannot establish a direct link from my Facebook page to my website or insert my full website URL, www.dryschoenen.nl, in the ads. I have attempted to use the Facebook debugger tool, but it is unable to rectify the issue as my URL still goes against their standards. While live streaming PUBG Mobile through Omlet Arcade on the EGDivas page, I forgot to turn off notifications, allowing someone to send a code to my phone during the stream. Unaware, the code was shown live, leading to the theft of my account. The hacker changed my email, phone number, and even my name to an Arabic male name. Following Facebook's hack recovery process, I submitted my national ID. Unfortunately, someone posing as a helper requested photos of me next to my passport and ID. Despite creating a new email ([redacted]), the issue persisted. The hacker then demanded a $50 Google Play card through my account. After securing my main email ([redacted]) and attempting to reclaim my account through the identity form, the hacker changed my Facebook email to [redacted] Fearing data theft, I reported the account as an Impostor Account with my national ID, passport, and Turkish residence. Despite reopening the case to retrieve my essential work-related contacts and archives, Facebook keeps closing it with auto-replies. The hacker persists in demanding money to return access. I feel helpless as my work and life are at a standstill.

I am having trouble recovering my Facebook account, which was hacked. I have tried to follow the steps provided by Facebook, but the links and codes they sent me are not working. The hacker has changed the contact number to +[redacted]-84-[redacted] and is posting harmful content using my account. I want the account deleted permanently. The hacker recently reset the password from an Ascend Y560 device with IP address [redacted].[redacted].[redacted].91. I have been attempting to create a Facebook account for my business, but it keeps getting disabled without any explanation other than "Suspicious Activity." I use multiple devices to access my personal account without any issues, so I don't understand why it's a problem for the business account. When my account gets locked, the screen to input my number is blank even though I had two numbers linked to the account. I notice the numbers are available when I reset the password, but they disappear when trying to reactivate the account. I've tried different devices and browsers, but the issue persists. I ended up creating a new account when I couldn't reactivate the old one, but I'm concerned that may violate the terms of service, which I wasn't aware of.

I recently received a 3-day ban on Facebook for sharing a meme in a group dedicated to bad memes. The meme poked fun at Hitler for failing art school with the text "what do you call it when you fail out of knitting school? knitler" and an image of a knitted Hitler puppet. The meme didn't contain profanity and was not graphic or offensive. As a person of Jewish descent, I am not offended by mocking Hitler. I have seen worse content on the platform that went unpunished. I kindly ask Facebook to reconsider the ban, disclose which group reported the meme (as the group discourages reporting), and apply the same standards to all users. Thank you.

Yesterday morning, I woke up to find that I was logged out of my Facebook account. According to the notifications, someone had changed my password. When I tried to access my associated email account, I encountered the same issue. Additionally, the phone number being used for verification was from a different country, not mine. My Facebook is connected to my music page, "Sierra Griggs Live and Acoustic," where my banking information is stored for my online shop. I had my mother, who is an administrator on the page, remove me to prevent unauthorized access. I need to regain access to my account as soon as possible. Unfortunately, I no longer have the phone number I used when I created the account years ago. Facebook even requested my social security number when I opened my shop. I am willing to provide verification if necessary. I appreciate any assistance with resolving this issue.
