I am an intern tasked with creating a Facebook business page for my company. My boss instructed me not to use personal accounts, so I used my boss's details for the account. However, each time I create a page, Facebook disables it after a security check that requests a mobile number and a photo verification. This has happened multiple times in the past months. Any advice on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I manage a forum for adult discussions called Fetish Forum. Recently, Facebook moderators removed a picture posted by one of our admins, which we believe did not violate any rules. The image is considered inoffensive to our audience comfortable with even more risqué content. I was notified that the picture was removed, but as an admin, I should have been able to view it for seven days. Despite this, I cannot access it and had to ask the admin who posted it to send it to me for review. The picture does not display genitalia, and any exposed breast is covered, possibly with text. I feel our forum is unfairly targeted. Previously, a former admin who faced suspensions for other posts had one picture removed from our forum, which I found excessive. I am willing to share the recently removed picture to demonstrate its compliance with Facebook rules. In a strictly adult forum like ours, focused on safe exploration of sexuality, I appeal for more reasonable moderation by Facebook, recognizing the context and educational value we provide. Let's work together to avoid unwarranted scrutiny and misinterpretation of our content.

My website has been flagged for allegedly containing abusive content. When I try to post information about herbal products like Moringa and Mangosteen, it goes through fine on my Facebook page. I previously attempted to run ad campaigns for CBD products on Facebook, leading to some confusion. Although I sold essential oils that linked back to a CBD site, I've removed them due to costs. The site Greenisland.com had educational content and adwords for CBD, which I removed due to lack of interest. Recently, when I tried to share a page called "Facts About Moringa" on Facebook, I received an error message stating the site is abusive. This is puzzling to me as I only share facts about Moringa. It seems there may be confusion between Greenislandherbs.com and Greenislandcbd.com. I want to clarify that I do not promote abusive products and hope to resolve this misunderstanding.

I would like to report certain Facebook pages for showing a video that could harm my and another person's reputation. They are spreading sensational and malicious rumors about us. I demand the immediate removal of these posts from the following pages.

My Facebook account was hacked, and I have a business account linked to it. I received an email with a link to reset it. I managed to change the password, but when I reached the security questions, the code wouldn't send to my phone. I tried using the recognize identity of five friends, but after clicking continue, an error message appeared saying it's not available at the moment. This has been happening since last Saturday. I'm feeling desperate as I need my business up and running. Any suggestions?

My Facebook account has been stolen three times in the past three days. I could recover it using my phone number the first two times, but after the second time, I made sure to secure my account so that it couldn't be accessed from another device. However, the thief still managed to steal it again. My brother inadvertently entered the code from the login attempt without realizing he shouldn't. Now, I can't recover my password using my phone number, and it seems like Facebook doesn't recognize it anymore. I still have access to my Messenger, and it works with my phone number. I've tried to recover my account using my trusted friends, following the steps on the Facebook Help Center, but when I reach the third step and click continue, it just takes me back to the home page. Additionally, I no longer have access to my email, making that recovery option impossible. I created the account in [redacted], so I can't provide the required information to recover it. I'm confused about why Facebook doesn't recognize my phone number and why I can't access my trusted friends. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am experiencing issues with my Facebook account. My username is [redacted], and my original password was Gizzzie#1. Yesterday on 6/12/[redacted], I suspect my account was hacked around 9:30 am. I received numerous messages on Facebook chat from unknown people inquiring about items I did not post for sale, such as a camper, a Jeep Sahara, and another vehicle. I discovered that my account information showed me as the seller of these items, despite not owning them. About five days ago, I had posted about selling puppies, which leads me to believe hackers may have accessed my personal information to create these fake listings. One of the postings indicated the sale was from St. Louis, Missouri, but I reside in Richmond, Missouri. I changed my password to Daisymay#1 last night, but I was unable to log in, and when I attempted to delete the fraudulent sale listings, I encountered difficulties. I am unsure of what steps to take next. Should I close this account and create a new one? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. - TW

I am currently assisting a client who is facing issues accessing their business Facebook page. The previous agency that managed the page was given access by the client, but removed themselves when our agency took over. In attempting to request access via Facebook Business Manager, I have encountered difficulties as the option to do so is not available. My client has a username linked to the page but lacks the password and any associated contact information to initiate a password reset. I am seeking guidance on how Facebook can assist in either resetting the account, providing access to our agency with client consent, or retrieving the email address/phone number tied to the company page for a password reset and access restoration.

I am experiencing extreme frustration as I have discovered that all the conversations between my boyfriend and myself on Facebook have been completely deleted. I want to clarify that I have not tampered with the account nor has it been compromised as I have reviewed the security login activities. Strangely, only this specific conversation has been erased, everything except for one message sent at 6:02 pm. I distinctly remember that the entire conversation was intact when I messaged him at 6:02 pm. I even checked his chat multiple times between 7-9 pm, and the messages were still there. It baffles me that when I checked around 1 am, about 7 hours later, everything was gone except for that single message. If I had deleted that message, it should have disappeared as well. This is very distressing as the conversation contained important photos and information that I refer to regularly, especially since I am relocating to another country away from him. I sincerely hope for assistance with this matter.

I am writing to express my concern about a recent change regarding the privacy settings on Facebook. There appears to be a new feature that allows non-friends to view our private stories anonymously. This is troubling as it violates the privacy of users who may have legitimate reasons to keep their content private, such as safety concerns. Allowing unrestricted access to personal stories without user consent could potentially jeopardize the safety of individuals. I urge the platform to provide users with the option to control the visibility of their stories, just like other aspects of their profiles. It is essential to prioritize user safety and privacy in all features offered by the platform. Thank you for considering this feedback and for taking the necessary steps to address this issue. Have a great day!

This morning, I encountered a pop-up on Facebook notifying me of potential spam on my account. Following the prompts, I identified and deleted a post about a Walmart $[redacted] gift card that I didn't create and removed two pages I didn't recall liking. Feeling uneasy, I changed my password, reviewed logged-in devices, and eliminated unfamiliar ones. However, upon attempting to log back in on my phone with the new password, I received an error message, preventing access to my account. Despite several unsuccessful login attempts and verifying my phone number, I remain locked out. I possess documentation of my identity and urgently seek assistance to regain access to my account.

My account got hacked, and now it's disabled. I didn't do anything wrong. The email I use to log in is [redacted] Initially, I noticed I was logged out of Facebook without doing so. When I tried to log back in, it said the password was wrong. I reset it using a code sent to my phone, but a few hours later, I was logged out again. The hacker was chatting with my friends, viewing stories, and appeared online. I reset the password once more via a code to my phone. I then added another email, [redacted], since I forgot the hotmail account password. This whole situation has left me shocked and confused. I'm willing to answer any questions about my account. I fear the hacker may have deleted it. I eagerly await your assistance. Thank you.

My Facebook account got hacked, and the hacker changed my name to "Nka KhaQuynh Pham." They've also redirected my email, [redacted], and phone number, [redacted]4, to their email, [redacted] This fake email is now set as the primary email, rerouting all my information. This occurred 24 hours ago on 12-06-[redacted] at 11:10 am GMT. The hacker's display picture is of a Chinese lady, whereas my own pictures and those of my family and friends are in my Facebook inbox. I'm seeking assistance as I'm Nigerian, but the hacker appears to be Chinese. Thank you for any help or guidance you can provide.

Dear Facebook, I am a business owner who values the platform for job postings. However, we have seen a decline in our response rate to customers since using FB for hiring. Our automatic response is in place, but separating customer inquiries from job applications is crucial to maintain our customer service standards. Our hiring department checks applications weekly, but our customer service response rate has been affected. I respectfully request that FB considers separating these two aspects. Customers must remain our top priority, and linking customer inquiries and job applications is impacting our ability to respond promptly. Thank you for addressing this concern. It is disheartening to witness our FB ratings decline as a business owner. Sincerely, Barbara W. Bounce Magic, Inc.

I discovered a page named Dougherty Lee County that posts about arrests in the community. Although I understand it's public record, it's not right to attach someone's image if there's no mugshot. Sadly, they posted about my son with a senior photo from four years back and linked it to his name incorrectly stating he was arrested on two charges, when it was only one. The page's name implies violence, yet they shared about my son's non-violent computer theft, leading me to question their motives. I reached out to the admin and received unhelpful responses. While I understand they may not delete the post, correction is essential. If they plan to post arrest records, it should be accurate, especially given their violent name. Perhaps a name change is in order.

Recently, my daughter's old middle school friend, now 27, needed to use my phone after his battery overheated in the sun. He downloaded Snapchat without my permission and asked for my Facebook Messenger password, which I couldn't recall. This incident made me realize the importance of knowing my passwords. Due to my health issues, including being in an induced coma last year and taking numerous pills daily for mental and emotional well-being, I have been experiencing increased confusion and forgetfulness. Despite facing challenges like anxiety and pain, I have remained clean from Meth for 9 years, although he somehow accessed my email leading to a password reset and the creation of a new Facebook account. I am struggling with the situation and apologize for any confusion in this message.

Our company page, IRI Apparel, faced a setback after our only Admin was removed due to reported intellectual property violations on some of our flyers by a competitor. As a result, our page was banned from posting temporarily, leaving me as the sole editor with no admin access. The company heavily relies on Facebook for sales, and this incident has caused a significant financial impact. Despite seven months passing, we have received no guidance on resolving this critical issue. With no solution in sight, our business is at risk of shutting down. We urgently seek assistance to rectify this situation before it's too late.

I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account. It does not recognize my password or email address. Despite attempting the verification code #[redacted], I repeatedly receive error messages prompting me to try again later. I followed the steps outlined on the platform, but even on my profile page, my email information is not displayed. When trying to change my password, I was met with a message stating that my email is not recognized. I have attempted to start the process from the beginning multiple times, but the verification code continues to fail. This situation is causing me a great deal of frustration.

I have tried to reach out to Facebook ten times with no response. I am dealing with a severe situation where fake accounts using my name and picture are sending harmful messages to my sister and her boyfriend, even presenting them as evidence in court. This has put us in danger, and I urgently need Facebook to investigate. Despite my multiple attempts to contact them, I have received no help. I am seeking assistance to clear my name and prove that I am a victim of identity theft. The individuals behind this have a history of identity theft and have caused distress to my family. I am taking this matter seriously and need immediate attention to protect myself and prevent further harm. Please assist me in getting Facebook's attention and resolving this urgent matter. I encountered an issue when trying to boost my Instagram post as I received a permission error indicating I was not listed as an admin on my account. Despite adding a payment method on both Instagram and my linked Facebook account, the problem persisted. Additionally, when attempting to access my Facebook account, I was prompted to submit a photo of myself, after which I received an error message preventing me from logging in. The message indicates that Facebook is reviewing the photo I provided on 12 June for security reasons and has temporarily restricted my account access. Although previous promotion payments have been processed, I am still unable to boost posts or regain access to my Facebook account. I tried using the disabled account recovery tool, but Facebook states that my account is not disabled. What steps should I take next to resolve this issue?
