I am experiencing an issue with my Facebook account. Everything was fine until a friend told me they were blocked by me. Worried it might be a hacker, I logged in to find a message saying my account was temporarily unavailable. I was asked to submit a photo of myself through a specific box provided. I consulted Google, YouTube, and friends who advised me to wait for Facebook support to contact me. I am unsure how to reach Facebook support, so I am seeking assistance here. I have waited one day without any updates. It is possible someone reported my account mistakenly. Thank you for any help. I can provide the photo I submitted upon login if needed. My email associated with the account is [redacted]

My initial Facebook account got hacked, and despite reporting it, due to the hacker's extremist/terrorism posts, it was not recoverable. Subsequently, I created new accounts to stay in touch with friends, family, and for work. Unfortunately, both new accounts were disabled, and my appeal through the help center has not yielded any results. My first account had the email [redacted] under the name Katrina Hay, my second one was under [redacted] with the same name, and the third account was under [redacted] as Kat Hay. I hope to regain access to at least one of my accounts, but reaching Facebook about this issue has proven to be a challenge.

Facebook recently requested a photo for identity verification. I provided one with my actual face. However, upon attempting to log back in a few days later, I received a message stating that my account had been disabled. I'm confused because I followed their request and submitted a valid photo. I have since filed a request for the disabled account to be reactivated and have submitted my ID as well to prove I am not a bot. Now, I am awaiting their response. I believe my account should not have been disabled in the first place since I complied with their verification process by submitting a genuine photo for identification purposes.

I am experiencing ongoing issues with creating a new Facebook account. It seems that Facebook is mistakenly flagging me as a suspicious user, which prevents me from setting up a new profile. I feel frustrated by the lack of assistance in resolving this matter and the perceived unfair treatment. Despite Facebook claiming my name has not been rejected, I continue to face challenges with abusive behavior on the platform. I believe Facebook should focus on addressing actual wrongdoers rather than targeting individuals like myself. The repeated locking of my new accounts due to alleged suspicious activity is concerning. What could be causing this situation to persist?

I promote horse auctions across multiple states on various business pages. I share previews of the horses, emphasizing they are not for sale before the auction, and must be bought at the event. Despite complying with Facebook's rules, my posts are often removed, causing a complete block on my account. Even after winning appeals and having the posts reinstated, the timing renders them useless after the auction ends. This ongoing social media restriction hinders my job significantly. The frustration arises especially as paid promotions encounter no such problems. I find the inconsistency and impact on my business exasperating.

Dear GetHuman, I have been attempting to contact the Facebook Help Center by sending multiple messages about my Facebook issues. Unfortunately, I have not received any responses, and my problem persists. To explain the issues, I recently moved from Nairobi, Kenya to Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA. After arriving in the U.S., I lost access to my foreign phone number, which is linked to my Facebook account. Additionally, I have forgotten my Facebook password, reset it, and forgotten it again. I have successfully reset my password once more. However, when I try to log in to my Facebook account, it requires a code generator that is sent to the phone number on my account, which I cannot access. I would appreciate receiving the code generator through my email addresses: [redacted] and [redacted] I eagerly await your prompt response. Sincerely, Shire

After several unsuccessful login attempts to my Instagram account 'harnuflora,' I've discovered that Instagram has suspended/disabled my account. While trying to support my favorite celebrity in a contest for the new international act, I repeatedly commented on their photo using a copied and pasted message to increase my chances. Unfortunately, I now realize this violated community guidelines. I am a dedicated Instagram user who has always respected the platform and its community. I have learned from this experience and kindly request assistance in reactivating my account. Thank you.

Subject: Disabled Business Manager Account Hello, I am reaching out as our Business Manager account has been disabled and we are unsure as to the reason behind it. This is the second instance where Facebook has disabled one of our Business Managers, following the inexplicable disabling of one of our ad accounts. We had only two ad accounts disabled in each Business Manager and were in the process of appealing their reactivation. Despite running approved ads, our accounts were flagged by Facebook's system and consequently shut down our Business Managers after the second ad accounts were disabled. We are confident that our ads and promoted products comply with Facebook's policies, as verified by the approval of all our current ads by Facebook's reviewers. If any mistakes were made in our advertising, we promptly acknowledged and rectified them, resulting in the approval of our ads in the ad accounts before their shutdown. We believe the initial disabling of our ad accounts was an error, compounded by the subsequent shutdown of our Business Manager. We respectfully request a review of this situation and the prompt reinstatement of our Business Managers. Thank you, Admin Heal-ThyLifestyle

I represent a small charity in Scotland that provides support services to elderly individuals to help them stay in their homes longer. We have various local Facebook pages that were set up by our branches. To streamline our online presence, I attempted to merge these pages into one. Initially, I managed these pages from a central account, but upon encountering difficulties, I transferred them to my personal account. After conducting the necessary changes to align the pages and waited a week, I successfully merged one page while encountering an error message with the remaining six. The message states that the pages are too far apart geographically to be merged. I suspect this might be due to a previous address difference between the pages. I am seeking advice on how to address this issue and would appreciate any suggestions you may have. Thank you for your help. - Emma

I am currently trying to log into Facebook using my two-factor authentication, which I set up after my account was hacked. The issue I am facing is not receiving the 6-digit code via text message, even though I am getting texts from friends on my phone. I recently uninstalled Facebook due to glitches, and after reinstalling, Facebook denied my number. I have tried all the suggestions provided by Facebook and read online solutions, but I am unable to receive the code needed for password reset. I am worried because I have invested a lot of time into my account. I also set up trusted contacts, but I am not prompted to seek their help.

Hello, my user account on Facebook has been banned, and I believe this is a mistake. I may have replied inappropriately to a post where the person mentioned something offensive. I regret my comment and apologize for it. I hope you can reconsider and reactivate my profile, at least to allow me to send messages. My username is Bonnie Vibeke Larsen. Thank you.

I am experiencing a recurring issue with promoting a closed group on Facebook. After creating the ad, I am charged, but when attempting to edit it later, I receive a message stating: "This ad can't be edited because the ad type is no longer supported or the original post used in the ad was removed." Upon investigation, I discovered the original post dated back to [redacted], which had been functioning correctly until recently. Despite duplicating the campaign, the issue persists. Research suggests that the campaign type may no longer exist or the post is too old. In an attempt to resolve this, I created a fresh post on my Facebook page to share the closed group. After boosting the new post and its approval, I still cannot locate it for editing. Despite being charged £[redacted] over 7 days each time, I am uncertain if the post is even visible on Facebook. I require assistance from Facebook support to either rectify the situation or confirm the ad's functionality. It seems I am being charged for an ad that may not be effectively running.

Hello Facebook, I am reaching out regarding my primary Facebook account, which was disabled today. Recently, I received some random reports about my Facebook page. Despite my attempts to create new accounts using fresh Gmail IDs, they were disabled almost immediately or within a few hours. The email address linked to my disabled account is [redacted] The most recent account I attempted to create was under the email [redacted] I kindly request a solution to resolve this issue promptly. I recently found out through my friends that my initial Facebook account, which I deleted five years ago, has reappeared. Despite following the protocol for permanent deletion, the account has resurfaced without my knowledge or consent. Unfortunately, I am unable to locate the account myself as I no longer have access to the associated email address. I am greatly disappointed by Facebook's failure to honor the terms of permanent deletion. I urgently request for the old account under the name Natalia Sassetti to be permanently removed along with all its contents as soon as possible. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Warm regards, Natalia Bussey.

Hello, I go by Ejmax Cumberland or monkeybrain rather than my formal name, Theresa Cumberland. Recently, I updated my Facebook page from "Ejmax monkeybrainworld" to "Ejmax Cumberland MonkeybrainWorld" to incorporate my known names. Now, I am considering reverting the page name back to "Ejmax Cumberland" to create a separate business page for Monkey Brain World. However, I encountered issues posting on the business page without linking it to my personal page, which I preferred not to use for business purposes per your guidelines. I am also looking to set up a blog page and an Ecwid account. The confusion has caused me to lose followers, friends, and opportunities within certain groups. I am new to using Facebook for business and would appreciate your assistance in resolving these challenges. Thank you.

After recently moving and changing my phone number, I encountered issues logging back into my Facebook account on my new iPad. Despite resetting my password, I couldn't receive the SMS verification code as it was being sent to my old number. The verification process instructed me to send a photo holding a piece of paper with a specific code, but after multiple attempts, I have not received a response from Facebook support. This prolonged delay has left me feeling frustrated and unable to access my account or reach out for assistance.

Hello, my name is Jesse C., aged 32. I recently received messages claiming I won a prize on Facebook. I attempted to pay the required fee but faced issues. I sent $[redacted], but Facebook did not receive it. They provided new payment details, which made me doubt the process due to a negative experience with Western Union. Despite requesting a refund, I have not been successful. I suffer from a brain injury from a past accident, making it challenging to handle this situation alone. I seek fair treatment and hope for an extension to settle the fee. If not, legal action may be necessary. My email is [redacted] Thank you for your understanding and support.

My name is Sabrina Moore. A scammer hacked my friend's messenger and deceived me into a fake lottery. When I refused to send them money, they threatened me and took control of my Facebook and messenger accounts. They informed my friends I was not at home and then blocked everyone's access. This has been ongoing for four days now, and I am being harassed with my account being hijacked. They insist they will only release it if I pay "the money." I am unable to locate my account, it has disappeared, and I urgently require assistance. The scammers have altered my email, changed my password, and locked me out of my account. My family is connected through Facebook, and my birthday is approaching tomorrow. This situation is unacceptable and distressing.

My partner mistakenly left his phone at a restaurant, and it was later stolen. This has caused him to lose access to his phone number, which is linked to his Facebook and email accounts. Additionally, he has misplaced the notebook containing his passwords, including the one for his Google email address also connected to Facebook. Without his recognized phone number, changing the Google email password or receiving the verification code to reset his Facebook password becomes impossible. Assistance is needed to recover the Facebook account under the name Scott Murner, born on 12/21/[redacted], from Birmingham, AL. He also provides his old and new contact details below, hoping that Facebook support can help him regain access to his account to retrieve cherished memories. Your help is greatly appreciated.

This morning, Facebook unexpectedly logged me out of my account and requested a photo of myself for verification purposes. As someone who relies on Facebook to run my business, this interruption occurred in the midst of an important ad campaign. My account didn't have a profile picture showing my face as I primarily use the platform for business rather than social interactions. I recently deleted another account, which may have triggered the verification request for security reasons. It has been 12 hours, and the status still shows that the photo is being verified. Is there a way to expedite this process? My business sales are suffering due to this situation. Thank you!
