I encountered an issue with my Facebook account where it appeared to have expired and logged me out. When attempting to log back in, I forgot my password and cannot access the email associated with my account from when I initially created it. I really cherish the photos and memories stored on my Facebook, especially since my mom passed away recently, and it would mean a lot to me if my account could be restored. Yesterday, I created a new account because I had deleted my old one last December. Shortly after using the new account for an hour, the server blocked me and requested a clear photograph. I complied, uploading the picture promptly. However, my account remains inactive. I created the account under the name Vivart Bhardwaj for work purposes but have been unable to use it since. I am seeking a valid explanation for this inconvenience, or else I will have to consider taking further action.

Dear Sir, I have been repeatedly reporting an issue with changing the name of my page for the past 4 days. Previously, this type of problem was resolved within an hour. When I try to change the name of the page, I receive a notification promptly. However, if I do not change the name, I am unable to boost the page. Additionally, I am encountering problems with editing the page's admin, as the admin invite request option is not available. Although web.facebook.com is accessible, I am unable to accept it. I have reported this issue multiple times but have not received a response. I am hopeful that you will address and resolve my concerns promptly. Thank you.

I am concerned about my ex-girlfriend's behavior on social media. She has at least four accounts where she targets wealthy men under various aliases such as Redetha Savage, Dee Price, and Redetha Price Savage, all based in South Carolina. Despite Facebook warning her previously, she continues to create new accounts when dissatisfied. I believe she is damaging my reputation across these accounts. I request action to be taken regarding this matter. Thank you.

Hello, my Facebook account has been blocked or disabled. When attempting to log in, a message prompts me to confirm my identity. After clicking "Start," a notification states that my account was disabled for pretending to be someone else, which goes against Facebook community standards. I want to dispute this but encounter a lost connection when trying to inform Facebook. Even though my internet connection is fine, I can't understand why this is happening. I planned to send screenshots for proof, but the option is unavailable. This has been my genuine account for six years. Please advise on what steps I should take. Thank you.

I accidentally shared a photo that was supposed to be of Kermit relaxing but it ended up being a different picture I didn't even choose. Now, I am unable to post or take any action. I rely on Facebook to keep in touch with everyone, but my account got blocked after this mix-up. Surprisingly, the same incorrect photo got shared on my husband's profile, and now we have to wait three days for a review. It's frustrating that a funny profile can have such posts without issues, while we face this problem. We only see a "post in review" message with no way to contact Facebook for support. It's perplexing how one innocent mistake led to this situation, especially considering I had a picture of a hairless cat banned previously for simply sunbathing.

I accidentally shared a photo that was meant to be of Kermit relaxing but it posted a picture I hadn't seen. Now, I can't post or do anything. I rely on Facebook to stay connected due to my disability. Soon after my post, the same mystery photo appeared on my husband's profile, and now both our accounts are under review for * days. We don't understand how the funny picture was accepted on the entertainer's profile yet our mistake is causing a block. We've received no response from FB support. Our accounts are locked, but the adult entertainer can post without issue. I once had a picture of a hairless cat sunbathing banned as well. Facebook needs to remove the shared picture and restore access to my profile. It's frustrating that after 3 days, nothing has been resolved, and it seems like some accounts are treated differently.

Hi there, I've been unable to access my Facebook account for a month now. Facebook has presented me with two options: 1. Receive a code on a number... I am unable to use this option as the number linked to my account from 10 years ago is no longer in use, and I have moved to a different country since then. 2. Contact three friends to obtain the code... Unfortunately, I haven't been able to reach any of those contacts as I lost touch with them three years ago. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I recently changed my password from Michigan22 and could not remember it. My account name is Jessica Miller Bostwick, previously Jessica Bostwick. Initially, I shared a Facebook account with my husband as mattnjess Bostwick, then created my own as Jessica Bostwick and later Jessica Miller Bostwick. However, I couldn't use my email [redacted] because it was still connected to our joint account. After multiple failed login attempts, I got locked out. I submitted my photo ID, received a reset link, but when I tried to create a new password, it said the link was invalid. I'm still unable to access my account. I am having trouble accessing my account from my brother's or mother's laptop. Facebook says there is no account linked to that email. It only recognizes the account being tied to the laptop where I first opened the account. I am unable to use that laptop now due to problems following Microsoft chat customer service. How can I regain access to my account from a different laptop?

Unfortunately, my partner passed away in October last year. Recently, her sister tried to tag her account in a post about our daughter's sports competition, only to find out that the account was disabled. We were hoping to keep it active as a tribute to her and to continue accessing her posts and photos. Is there any way to recover the account? Hello, I need some help. I can access my Facebook account on Messenger but not on the Facebook app or Facebook Lite. My account has two-factor authentication where I receive a code on my phone to log in. The code works on Messenger but not on the Facebook app or Lite. I've started getting an error saying I've requested too many codes in the code generator and I'm not getting any SMS codes anymore. I will keep requesting codes because the ones I have aren't working.

Hello. I need assistance. I can access my Facebook account on Messenger but not through the Facebook app or Facebook Lite. My account has two-factor authentication enabled, requiring a code sent to my phone number to log in. However, the code I receive doesn't work on the apps - only on Messenger. Attempting to login on the Facebook app results in an error message saying I've requested too many codes. I will continue to request codes if the ones I receive are not working.

I recently bought a new phone and used my existing phone number. However, during the device transfer, I got logged out of Facebook on all my devices. When I tried logging back in, I was prompted to enter a login code from a third-party app or SMS, but I'm not receiving any texted codes. Unfortunately, the third-party authentication app I have isn't working either. I attempted other ways to authenticate, like providing a government-issued ID, but I keep getting an error message stating that the page cannot be found.
