I am new to setting up my Facebook account. When trying to create a page, I used my email but faced issues with phone verification. As my phone number was considered invalid, I used my husband's, causing a hold on my account. I attempted a new account with my phone number, received a call for verification, but was disabled when creating a page. I submitted my ID a week ago and have not received a response. I am from New Zealand, and my husband, Nigel Paul Murphy, is also on Facebook. How can I resolve this?

I stopped providing Facebook with my phone number because every time I shared it, unwanted people would call me. After resetting my phone, I realized they have the wrong number on file. Even when I try to get a new code, it gets sent to the incorrect number. This has left me unable to access Messenger for about two weeks now. It's frustrating because I've missed important messages related to emergencies. My phone number is [redacted].

On the morning of June 8th, I shared an Al Jazeera English interview clip on my personal Facebook page (@RobtelNeajaiPailey). Unfortunately, Facebook removed the video without notifying me, which I believe is unjust. When I tried to repost the clip with just the link, I was informed it violated Community Standards, which is not accurate. I have a License to Use Material from Al Jazeera English permitting me to share the video on my personal social media accounts. I have successfully posted it on Twitter and LinkedIn without any issues. I am requesting Facebook to restore my post as it is valuable to the public, having received numerous comments and shares. I hope someone from Facebook can promptly reach out to me at [redacted] to address this issue. Thank you.

I'm having an issue with Facebook continuously "hiding my account" due to suspected unauthorized access attempts. To regain access, I am prompted to verify my identity. Previously, I had various verification options available, but now I'm left with only two. One requires verifying on a known device, and the other involves receiving a code on my phone, which I never seem to receive. This problem has occurred around 5 times in the last 2 days, causing a lot of frustration.

I received a 3-day suspension, which I find quite unfair. I felt offended and upset by a post, and when I expressed my opinion, action was taken against me. I'm unsure who reviewed the comments; if it was a woman, I doubt she would have made that decision. The post not only offended me personally but also offended me as a Moroccan woman and as a woman in general. I no longer feel safe on Facebook, as I cannot see any logic or fairness in the actions taken against me.

I need help with a situation involving my ex-best friend. She posted a picture of me in my underwear on her Facebook, which she got from my account. We had a fight, and she had access to my password which I didn't change. When I tried to log in later, I couldn't access my account, and then I found out it was disabled. I never saw the post she made, only the messages she sent me. It feels really unfair that my page got disabled like this. I have evidence if needed. Can my page be restored? I'd appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter as I am quite upset.

I have a page and I am trying to set up an e-commerce store. When I tried to post an ad for my item, it didn't go through. I switched to a business account for ads, as I used to post ads on my personal account without any problems. Now, I can't post an ad on either account as Facebook says my content has been reported as abusive, which is not the case. I have reached out to Facebook four times but have not received a response. Please assist me with this issue.

I am facing difficulty posting my authentic designer handbag on the marketplace for sale. I have the receipt, but the system won't let me list it with the brand name. I have noticed others managing to post items with brand names in their titles. I'm struggling to find a way to showcase the brand without violating the rules. Despite this, I see numerous fake products listed without issue. Can someone clarify why my genuine handbag is considered against policy while I observe listings for Tory Burch and Gucci items without any problems? I have reviewed the policies, and my post should comply. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I attempted to reset my Facebook password and noticed unauthorized logins from different states. After logging out of those sessions, I was logged out entirely. I have a new phone with a different number not yet associated with my account. Unfortunately, I am unable to log in due to two-factor authentication requesting the old phone number. I am seeking a way to regain access without the SMS verification to the old number. I hope to login using my new password or receive a code via email instead of my outdated phone number.

I'm having trouble accessing my original Facebook account. Even though my Mom and friends can see my account, I can't. I've already submitted my Driver’s License via the identity email as advised, but I still can't log in. I keep getting email notifications. I don't have any third-party generator app to receive a 6-digit code to regain access. I suspect someone might have accessed my Facebook Messenger via my phone number. Name: Kevin Charles Pedersen Address: [redacted] Lake Arrowhead Ave., Bakersfield, CA [redacted] Phone number: [redacted] Emails possibly linked to account: (1) [redacted] (2) [redacted] I really need some assistance. Thank you.

My Facebook account has been disabled for two days now because I was told that my shared content violated the guidelines. The content in question was a video of my friend being silly while drunk and lying on the street. It was just meant for fun, and I shared it via messenger as a direct message to him and another common friend who actually asked me to send it. However, this has caused a misunderstanding, and now I cannot reach out to my family and friends who are far away. I really hope this can be cleared up soon, and my account can be reactivated, even if it's just for a few days to notify them about the situation.

I'm running advertisements for a business. I recently gained access to their Facebook page and ad account to set up an ad campaign. Today, I received two messages: 1. "Only active accounts can create or edit ads." 2. "Your ad account has been flagged for policy violations. Any ads you're running have been turned off. If you believe this is a mistake, please contact us." Could someone please explain why this occurred so I can address and correct it promptly?

My Facebook account got hacked, and the password was changed. Since I can't access the email linked to the account, I'm unable to reset the password through the usual process. I have attempted Facebook's identity verification multiple times using my driver's license but encounter issues each time. I receive links that are deemed invalid or face restrictions from trying too frequently. Despite Facebook recognizing my phone number on the account, I don't get the option to verify using it. I've tried resolving this on both my phone and computer, but Facebook keeps declaring the attempts invalid without offering an alternative method not involving the inaccessible email. I'm unsure of the next steps to take.

Dear Sir, Three days ago, I attempted to log into my Facebook account. It prompted me to verify my phone number. I have two phones associated with my account: one is my old number, and the other is my current number. Since I no longer have access to my old number, I used my new number to receive the verification code. After entering the code and changing my password as instructed, I returned later to find my account disabled. I am seeking advice on how to resolve this issue. Thank you.

I am frustrated with the lack of support. Despite valuing personal responsibility and owning my choices, I feel unfairly treated with repeated 30-day bans for past offenses. Even after multiple instances, they do not permanently ban me. I encounter restrictions on Facebook, feeling like the rules are inconsistently enforced. The experience makes me question the platform's Community Standards.

Hello, I am Ramesh Devgounda Patil. My Facebook account has been hacked by someone who changed my profile photo. I have 83 friends. It seems the hacking occurred between May 30th and June 3rd. Now I see that the hacker is pretending to be someone from London, United Kingdom, specifically from Glasgow, United Kingdom. This is not accurate, and I am worried. Please help me urgently. 🙏🙏 Ramesh Devgounda Patil.

I attempted to access my dormant Facebook account recently. While I managed to log in, I faced an obstacle during the verification process as my registered mobile number is no longer active. I am unsure how to proceed with verification since the option to verify via friends is also not viable as none of them are currently active on Facebook.

I received a notification about suspicious activity on my Facebook account, prompting me with an "is this you" verification. After selecting "no," I was prompted to log in and update my password, but I am now encountering an issue where the password I enter is not being accepted, even though I know it's correct. However, there doesn't seem to be an option on the page to request a password reset. How can I regain access to my account if it keeps rejecting my password?

My Gmail was hacked, so I was scared and decided to get a new phone and create a new Gmail account. Now, I can't access my Facebook account. Tonight, I finally logged back in, but instead of going to my page, it took me to someone else's page. It is crucial for me to regain access to my Facebook because there are irreplaceable pictures of a deceased best friend. Please assist me in resolving this issue as it is very distressing. Thank you.

When I open the app, there's a feature that takes up a lot of space at the top of the screen. It constantly shows the same three people and their story, which I find annoying and unnecessary. I need help figuring out how to turn it off because it's distracting me. I want to be able to access that feature only when I choose to, not have it forced upon me every time I open the app. I believe these stories are pointless and a waste of time, and I have more important things to focus on in my life.
