I have been using a Facebook account for a while now. I originally started it with an AOL account which I have since deleted. I am having trouble logging in as I cannot remember my password and I am not receiving any reset code. When I try to change to a new email for receiving messages, the system is not sending me the code. Additionally, there is a second account that I want to delete but I don't remember creating it. Although I have scheduled it for deletion, every time I try to log into my main account, it keeps redirecting me to a page confirming the deletion of an account. I'm concerned that my main account might accidentally get deleted, and I don't want to lose all my history and photos. I have attempted multiple times to resolve this issue but haven't been successful.

I am seeking assistance as my Facebook password has been changed without my authorization. I am unable to access the associated email account, as I haven't used it in nearly ten years and do not remember the recovery email. Furthermore, the phone number linked to my account is outdated. I aim to update my email and phone number to regain access to my account. It's imperative to note that I did not change my password, and I am unsure how this occurred. Approximately three weeks ago, I updated my password, and I was the sole person aware of it. I received an alert about an unknown device accessing my account, but when I attempted to address the issue, I was logged out and unable to log back in. Name: Sherri Mae Former Email: mayberry17@yahoo .com (No longer in use) Former Phone: [redacted] (No longer active)

Three days ago, on June 1st, a close friend of mine and many others tragically passed away in a motorcycle accident caused by a car making an illegal U-turn. Today, I came across a Facebook advertisement on my Instagram feed featuring a picture of my late friend's motorcycle at the crash site, taken shortly after the incident. The ad was promoting the "News Break: Local & Breaking" news app. Seeing this distressing image has deeply affected me, and I am shocked by the lack of ethics demonstrated by Facebook and News Break in their advertising. This insensitive ad has left me unable to cope, leading me to take a day off work today, June 4th. It is evident that these ads are targeted locally, and considering how many people my friend touched in life, I believe I am not the only one disturbed and angered by this display of insensitivity and disrespect towards the mourning friends and family. I am speechless and hopeful for a resolution to this distressing situation.

As a 14-year-old high school student from the Philippines, I recently had an unsettling experience with Facebook Messenger. I innocently asked my friend a question in Filipino, which translated to "When you answer to him/her?" Suddenly, my account got disabled, and I received a message from Messenger that my content was inappropriate. This happened after my friend mischievously sent porn links in group chats from my phone. Although I promptly deleted those messages to steer clear of any trouble, I was puzzled by the system's reaction to my harmless query. I cherish using Messenger to connect with my friends, and I hope this issue can be resolved swiftly, as I have valuable memories tied to my Facebook account that I wouldn't want to lose.

I tried reaching out to the Southwestern Herpetological Society on Facebook because I am interested in their group. Unfortunately, I couldn't recall my password, so I followed the steps to reset it by clicking on the Forgot Account link. I entered my email address [redacted] as suggested, but after clicking "Continue," I kept being prompted to enter a valid email address. I even attempted using a different email, but faced the same issue. I found the help center unhelpful and couldn't locate a contact number. This ordeal is frustrating. I'm at a loss on how to proceed with accessing my Facebook account.

I contacted your company over a year ago and never received a response. The same happened with Yahoo. My Yahoo email, [redacted], was hacked. The backup emails could be either [redacted] or [redacted] My Facebook profile picture was of Stewie Griffin from Family Guy, and my status mentioned loving my job and disliking country music. Sadly, I can no longer access my account but can verify my identity through other means like security questions. I am frustrated because my friends received spam messages. Even my backup email, [redacted], seems to be connected to someone named Kathey Smith. I changed the password today. My name is Jennifer. Please reach out to me at [redacted] as I can access that from my phone. I will also reach out to Yahoo soon. Kindly contact me or remove any Facebook accounts linked to my emails until I create a new one. Thank you.

I received a message from Facebook stating they are blocking my account due to alleged "suspicious activity." My Facebook usage is normal, primarily responding to messages and sharing the occasional funny picture a few times a week. They requested to verify my phone ownership by sending a code, followed by asking for a photo which I submitted. Now, they are reviewing the photo, withholding my Facebook access until a decision is made. I am concerned as Facebook is essential for logging into other apps like Messenger, crucial for communicating with new and potential clients for my handwriting tutoring business based at home. The situation might be linked to individuals I unfriended due to inappropriate behavior, potentially misinterpreting the situation. I am in need of assistance to reach Facebook support and reconnect with my contacts on the platform.

I have been experiencing security issues for the past six months. My accounts have been hacked, leading to me being locked out of my own account. This occurred a little over two months ago, and despite my efforts, I couldn't regain access, so I had to create a new account. Now, my NEW account has also been hacked, and I am again locked out. Clicking on the forgot password button only redirects me in circles. Strangely, while trying to log into my new account, I somehow managed to access my OLD account. This situation is concerning as the security of my old account is compromised, and it seems someone else has control over my new account, possibly by the same hacker. This ongoing problem has been distressing and incredibly frustrating. At this point, I believe it's best to deactivate and delete both accounts promptly to prevent further unauthorized access. I appreciate a swift resolution to end this harassing situation.

My account has been hacked. Someone has taken over my information and is using my Gmail. I have already submitted my government issued ID card to Facebook, but it has not been resolved. I am from Cambodia and have been using the account for many years. My username is Ly Lina, but it has been changed to a Vietnamese name (Le Canh Cuong). I can provide information to prove that this is my account which has been hacked. Please check my previous check-ins, all from Cambodia, with many pictures of my family, including my daughter. The hacker is attempting to delete my profile picture and other photos. Please assist me in recovering my account. I trust that Facebook can help me. Please contact me through this email, as my original email has also been hacked.

Hello, I am writing to request assistance in reactivating my Facebook account, which has been disabled by Facebook authorities. I have used the account for both personal and business purposes, but I may have unintentionally violated some rules while promoting my online products. I acknowledge my mistake and sincerely apologize for any oversight. I seek another opportunity to abide by Facebook's regulations and continue using the platform to stay connected with my social circle. I would appreciate your help in appealing to Facebook authorities to reconsider disabling my account under the name Aashu Puri. Additionally, I would like to clarify that my original email address associated with the account is [redacted] and not [redacted] as shown during the account's deactivation. This discrepancy has raised concerns about a potential account breach, as I have always adhered to Facebook's policies to the best of my knowledge. As a humble housewife engaging in a small online business, I assure you that any unintentional mistakes made will not be repeated. I am eager to regain access to my account and continue using Facebook responsibly. Thank you for your understanding and assistance. Warm regards, Asha Puri

Hello FB, I have recently submitted reports of the following pages: 1. Rapid Support Forces 2. Rapid Support Forces - Official Page 3. Rapid Support Forces - Media 4. Mohamed Hamdan Daglo - Hamity 5. Mohamed Hamdan Daglo Page #5 includes one page and three profiles with the same name. My reporting experience on Facebook did not entirely capture the severity of the issue, hence this message. I have flagged these individuals/entities due to the following reasons: A. Regarding #1, #2, and #3: These pages belong to the Sudanese Rapid Support Forces (RSF), previously known as the infamous Janjaweed. They have a history of committing atrocities in Darfur and are now attempting to gain legitimacy as a government entity after Sudan's peaceful revolution in April [redacted]. B. Concerning #4 and #5: These are the pages of Mohamed Hamdan Daglo, also known as Himaidty, the head of the RSF. I have reviewed Facebook's Community Standards and believe that the 'Dangerous Individuals and Organizations' Policy applies to both the Entity and Individual mentioned. The RSF, under Himaidty, is currently involved in activities such as terrorizing the public, rape, and violence against peaceful protesters. They are causing harm with impunity, including recent acts of violence and abuse in Khartoum. As per Facebook rules, content supporting or praising such activities should be removed. I understand the challenge of monitoring all pages, especially those in Arabic. However, now that this information is known, action is expected. It is crucial for Facebook to deny online presence to such individuals and organizations. Their supporters are likely militia members. Information about these events is widely accessible online and supported by international media and reports. I await Facebook's appropriate actions in addressing this important matter. Thank you for your attention and feel free to reach out for further information if required. Best Regards, Ghazi

I am requesting Facebook to reactivate my Facebook pages. They blocked me for 30 days due to a comment I made. As a senior citizen, I rely on this platform and its group connections for my business inquiries through Messenger. The suspension is affecting me financially as I am unable to respond to customer messages. While my comment may have been misinterpreted as racist, I believe it was truthful. The biased interpretation of my words by Facebook is causing me ongoing issues. I find this situation unfair and am considering seeking legal counsel to recover my lost income.

Dear Sir, I created my Facebook account in [redacted] without realizing how integral it would become to my academic and professional life over the past decade. Beyond being just an app, I spent hours daily on Facebook, using it for news and updates. I've always been a responsible user, never sharing or seeking out inappropriate content. Thus, I was shocked to be notified of my account being blocked on May 21st after allegedly sending such content to a friend. I later discovered my laptop had a virus, leading me to replace it. I urge you to review my posts and messages, which solely pertain to academic and work-related discussions. I've attached an image of my ID for verification, confirming my birth year and name align with my Facebook details under the username "Cico." If the decision stands, I may have to reconsider using Instagram, a vital platform for me, although unjustly impacted. Over the years, I've connected with friends worldwide, fostering cherished memories shared on these platforms. Rebuilding these connections from scratch would be arduous. Therefore, I implore you to reconsider the permanent block on my profiles. For further communication, you can reach me at my provided email addresses and cell phone number. I trust you'll appreciate my concerns and reinstate my access to Facebook and Instagram promptly to rectify this misunderstanding. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation. Warm regards, Jan Ciceran

Hello, my name is Tricia Lahey. I have had an account on the Hair Studio page called Tricia's Hair Studio for 10 years. I posted all the haircuts and colors I did and received great comments. Recently, after moving from Ontario to New Brunswick, I was unable to keep my name and some of my previous clients. I have been trying to have my name changed to Studio 27. Although the change was finally made after a week, the new name was misspelled as "srudio 27" instead of "studio 27." This error has caused a lot of confusion and frustration as my clients are now reaching out to me with the wrong name. I run a home business due to health reasons and rely on my pictures as an advertisement. Please assist me in correcting the spelling error so that my business cards, flyers, and Facebook page all reflect the correct name, Studio 27. Thank you. Tricia L.

Dear Sir, My name is Anisur Rahman, and I've been a user of Facebook since [redacted]. I currently work as a video editor at a news channel in Bangladesh. My Facebook account is under the name "Anis Arefeen," and my mobile number is "[redacted]3." I want to address a recent issue where one of my colleagues, Junayed Rahman, mistakenly streamed live World Cup cricket matches using my account while I was not present. I acknowledge the violation of Facebook's terms and conditions and take full responsibility, although technically, it was not done by me directly. Due to the nature of my job with shifting schedules, like morning, evening, or night shifts, I often leave my account logged in on the office computer out of haste to balance multiple jobs to support my family. I understand the decision to terminate my account due to the violation, but I kindly request a second chance considering my unique circumstances. My eight-year-old account holds many cherished memories and personal information that I would hate to lose permanently. I assure you that I will be more vigilant about logging out properly in the future to prevent such incidents from happening again. Thank you for your understanding, and I eagerly await your response. Sincerely, Anisur Rahman

I wanted to create a business Facebook page, following my sister's advice, I created a personal account under the name Robin Lumpe Holt. We didn't add much information to it and quickly moved on to setting up the business page. However, before we finished, I received a message stating that my account was frozen for suspicious activity. Facebook asked for a photo of myself for verification, which I provided, but I haven't received any updates since. Now, when I attempt to log in, it says my account has been disabled. I've tried accessing the help center, but I've been unable to connect. I'm hoping to set up a business Facebook account for the hair salon I plan to open in less than a week. I would appreciate any guidance on how to proceed.

I believe my account has been hacked. While involved in an important task, my sister mentioned that my profile had been changed to "Billy Ray." I immediately tried to log in and found that my session had expired, prompting me to reenter my login details. Despite using the saved password on my phone and manually inputting it, the system does not recognize my email and password combination. I am very concerned as my account holds important conversations and memories. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Last week, I tried to access my Facebook profile on my laptop. Upon entering my password and address, I received a message stating that it was an old password that had been changed 12 hours ago. Despite numerous attempts, the same notification persisted. Unfortunately, due to my account's age, the phone numbers and email addresses linked to it are outdated or inaccessible. After realizing the password had been altered just 20 minutes earlier, I became concerned that someone unauthorized was accessing my account. The thought of someone infiltrating my private messages and photos while continuously changing my password is distressing. If recovering my account is not possible, I request that it be permanently deleted because it contains sensitive information and embarrassing images of my friends that could harm me if leaked. I am desperate for assistance as I feel overwhelmed and anxious. The compromised account in question belongs to Yasmin Tbssi, without an "e" in Yasmin.
