I have received multiple messages claiming that I have won lotteries from Facebook, Instagram, and FedEx. They mention that the Chief Operating Officer of Facebook, Mrs. Sheryl Sandberg, and others like Danielle Lam from Instagram, and Drew Carey from PCH, have packages for me but require a shipping fee to be paid. There are several email addresses provided, including Kemarposter@gmail and lawyer.raymondkemptom001@gmail. They also mention ticket #[redacted][redacted], ref. #[redacted]44, and serial #[redacted], along with names like Julie Leach and Carl Kush. I am unsure if this is a legitimate win or a scam targeting users of these platforms. I seek guidance on how to proceed in claiming any potential prize or reporting this activity. Thank you, Mr. Lutes.

I'm experiencing a troubling issue with my Facebook account, connected to my charity work for my animal rescue shelter in Egypt. My email associated with the account is [redacted] and the Facebook name is Mervat Said. I had six charity pages and five groups to support my cause. Unfortunately, my account got disabled while I was trying to add friends for donations, leaving my [redacted] cats and dogs in a critical situation. All my donors are gone, and any new account I create from the same mobile device also gets disabled. This happened after a woman named Sue Dixon created fundraisers for my shelter animals and disappeared with the funds. The situation is dire as my animals are at risk of starving. I provided my photo, passport, and ID for verification. Please, urgently restore my account to save my 7 years of charity work and the lives of my animals. Thank you.

I have maintained both "event" and "people" pages on Facebook for years. I access these pages using my email "[redacted]" and primary cell phone number. Recently, around 5/21/19, I created a "Personal" Facebook account under the name "Allen Stare" using the email "[redacted]" and a different cell number. My new personal Facebook page works well on my desktop browser (Windows10, using Edge) where I can update my timeline, add friends, and use messenger. However, I face issues accessing it on the Facebook app on my PC, iPhone, or iPad - it shows as disabled. I hope to resolve this to use my personal account smoothly across all devices. Furthermore, I aim to merge the content from my previous pages into this new account. Iterable help in fixing my personal account access issue across devices would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I attempted to log into my account and received a message stating it had been temporarily disabled due to a log-in attempt from Vietnam, which was not me. I am prompted to change my password, however, when I try to enter it, the system indicates that it is incorrect, leading me to believe the hacker may have altered it. Unfortunately, I am unable to utilize the "forgot my password" option since Facebook will send a reset link to my old email, which I can no longer access. If a reset link could be sent to my linked phone number, that would be ideal. Accessing my account is crucial, especially because it pertains to my business account. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, R.

I am seeking guidance on how to have a malicious and defamatory review removed from our Facebook page. While negative reviews are something we are open to, this particular review directly attacked our business with unfounded claims. This individual, whom we declined space to rent in our antique mall due to lack of availability, has posted false and slanderous information, which goes against Facebook's posting standards. I have had previous encounters with her in [redacted] when she was a vendor in another antique mall, and I possess receipts from that time. Since [redacted], we have not had any contact with her until she visited our new location recently. Our Facebook page, dedicated to our new venture opened just two weeks ago, has always maintained a 5-star rating, something we take pride in. Our business, the Historic Greef General Store in Bentonsport, IA, has always aimed for excellence and is also a member of the Better Business Bureau. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you. Rhea.

My account was compromised on Sunday, June 2, [redacted], at around 8 am. The hacker initiated messages trying to buy Google Play cards. While I still had access to my messenger temporarily, I alerted the individuals contacted. The person who hacked my account falsely claimed to be from the security department. I can provide the phone number, email, mobile service, and device information he used to breach my account. I apologize if I inadvertently violated any rules, but I couldn't stand by while he victimized others. I am seeking assistance in recovering my account after verifying my identity. If necessary, I have created a new contact email for security purposes: [redacted]

Hello, my name is Pedro. I apologize for the inconvenience, but I encountered difficulties accessing my Facebook account last Friday. I received a notification about an attempted login from Los Angeles, a location about 2 hours away from where I reside. Since then, I've been unable to log in despite multiple password reset attempts. Despite trying all my known passwords, I receive an "incorrect password" message. The mobile number associated with my account is outdated, and the email connected to it is one I no longer have access to. It has been years since I used that email address, as I now use a different one for day-to-day communications. If there is any assistance available to help me regain access to my Facebook account, I would be immensely grateful. Thank you.

My wife recently had her phone replaced, but we couldn't transfer the data from her old phone because we didn't have her passwords or access to her Gmail account. Unfortunately, in trying to fix it, I've now locked her account and can't establish a connection. Her old Gmail address was [redacted] I believe her phone number is [redacted]. As we are elderly and she's had health issues, it's crucial to restore her old account with all the necessary passwords. Please reach out to me, Richard Sims, at [redacted] or [redacted] for further assistance. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Around a month ago, I attempted to reset my Facebook password because I had forgotten it. Following the instructions provided by Facebook, I used the trusted contacts method. Despite entering my new email and the codes from my trusted contacts multiple times, I repeatedly received the message "You are trying too often, please try again later." Waiting periods of 24 hours, 3 days, and even a week yielded the same frustrating message. After submitting a report to Facebook without receiving any response for a month, I recently tried recovering my account again. This time, when entering my username, phone, or account full name, and proceeding to input my new email or phone number, I was redirected back to the Facebook login screen. Feeling disheartened by the seemingly impossible task of recovering my account, I am reaching out here in hopes of finding assistance in resolving this issue.

This morning around 7:30 am, I, David Roldan, was playing "WAR MACHINES-TANK GAME" under the code name SouthBronx160. I recently purchased a premium package for 1 year, bought diamonds 2 days ago, along with all the game coins I earned, totaling about $[redacted]. While playing, Facebook popped up, and I mistakenly switched back to an old game account under LocoPR13. My Facebook account is connected to the email you're receiving this message from. I had spent money on the premium package, diamonds, and coins, and achieved the status of Major to LT1, which was challenging to reach. Is there a way to reverse the transition from LocoPR13 back to SouthBronx160 that occurred this morning? I hope there is a chance to fix this mix-up. Thank you, and I have my fingers crossed!

I organized an event today at Five Suns Brewing in Martinez, CA called "Bronze N Brews," but encountered an issue with the invite limit. I unknowingly hit the [redacted]-person cap while inviting friends. After removing around [redacted] invites, I still can't add more people. Additionally, inactive accounts in my invite list cannot be removed, wasting those slots. There are still about [redacted] friends I would like to invite, but I'm now blocked from sending more. I boosted the event but it's still under review, leaving me feeling disadvantaged. I'm unsure if the invite cap can be reset, or if starting a new event with careful invites is the best solution. With only 10 days left until the event, I would appreciate a prompt resolution. - Nate

Upon returning inside after leaving my phone to charge outside, I found my Facebook account logged out with a password that no longer works. On Sunday, May 26, I received a notification from Facebook informing me that an email address, [redacted], had been added to my account without my authorization. This unauthorized access has affected both my personal profile and my Business Page, Fabric Emporium of Garden City. The account associated with [redacted] has been used to hack into my business page, using unauthorized profile details, even displaying a photo of my husband and me. I have contacted Facebook and reported this as a security breach but have not received a resolution. My accounts, [redacted] and [redacted], have been disabled for 7 days, and someone is impersonating me. I am disappointed with Facebook's handling of the situation and am considering legal action. I have been trying to regain access to my account for the past week, but have faced continuous issues. I hope that Facebook can provide the necessary assistance to resolve this matter promptly.

I need to address recent issues with my Facebook account. Unfortunately, I have been blocked several times for alleged bullying and harassment, which I want to clarify are not actions I engage in. As a senior lady who is deaf, I heavily rely on Facebook and Messenger to stay in touch with my loved ones, especially during emergencies when I am unwell. Recently, my account was wrongfully blocked by the Facebook administration, leading to severe anxiety and a health scare that required a trip to the emergency room. I need my access to Facebook and Messenger reinstated promptly as these platforms are crucial for my communication needs. Additionally, there are certain members on a specific page I frequent, South Texas Politics, such as John L. and Chad M., who spread false information and demonstrate rude behavior, contributing to a negative online environment.

Hello, I've had my Facebook page for almost 10 years, which I created when I was about 14 or 15 years old using an old email account that I no longer have access to. Although I added my mobile number to my account, I recently changed my number without updating it on my page. Unfortunately, someone hacked my page, changed my password, and now I'm locked out without a way to recover it since I can't access the old email or the outdated mobile number linked to the account. The hacker has been messaging my contacts and even contacted me on my new page, accessing my photos and private conversations. I've tried reporting the issue to Facebook multiple times, but the recovery process hasn't been helpful due to the outdated information. I am willing to provide any necessary verification to prove ownership of the account. I am desperately seeking assistance on how I can regain access to my page.

I have admin rights to a page and I want to run Facebook Ads. To add the page to my Facebook Business Manager, I need a request approved by the current Page Owner from their Business Manager. The issue is, I'm not sure who the Page Owner's Business Manager is. How can I find out who the Page Owner is so I can reach out to them to resolve this problem? I would appreciate any help clarifying this. Thank you.

I use my [redacted] account for Facebook at both home and work. Recently, I started encountering issues with logging in due to different VPN use in China. Facebook now requests verification from another computer, which is challenging for me. Unable to verify through a US phone number or friend pictures, I'm stuck without access for a few days. I am currently using my work email to try to resolve this on my phone, but connection issues persist with the VPN at my apartment. The limited recovery options on Facebook.com are making it difficult for me to regain access. What steps can I take to overcome this logging-in issue on Facebook?

My name is Deborah Lewis, and my accounts got hacked. I received a scam message supposedly from Bill and Lina Gates offering free grants. I unknowingly filled out information for a grant by Bill and Linda. Soon after, my Facebook and Messenger accounts were disabled. I am a 66-year-old single individual who enjoys playing games and browsing Panama City's buy, trade, or sell platform. I am struggling to regain access as I am unsure if my passwords were changed. I am lost and need assistance to resolve this issue. My contact number is [redacted]. Thank you for your help.

I created an account with my Gmail email but after providing photo verification, my account was disabled. I used real name, date of birth, and personal information. To resolve this, I created a new Yahoo email account and opened another Facebook account with legitimate information. It worked for a day until asked for photo verification again. I'm unsure if this is standard for new users or if there's an issue on my end. Can you assist in reopening my account, as I can't log in until the photo is verified? Thank you!

To whom it may concern, I am Hamad, the owner of the @haa Instagram account, seeking assistance regarding the disabling of my account. This has occurred for the 4th time, and I am concerned about losing access to valuable memories stored on it. I have diligently followed all the reinstatement instructions, including submitting my official ID card and passport, as well as providing a photo of myself with the verification code sent to my email. Despite these efforts, I have not received any resolution. I am eager to collaborate and provide any additional information required to regain access to my account. Your prompt assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Best regards
