Please reopen my Facebook account. It is a genuine account with [redacted] friends and my photo. My phone numbers are Telstra [redacted] and [redacted], both registered in my name. I am feeling unfairly treated by Facebook as I am a longtime user since [redacted]. I had an older account in [redacted] but forgot the password after a jail term, so I created a new one with the same name. While trying to access the old account recently, I inadvertently triggered a block. I cherish my account, filled with family and friends, and fear creating a new one will lead to a similar issue. I hope for reactivation as I have put in a lot of effort to build my profile. Thank you for your help and understanding.

I am experiencing difficulty tagging Acyst.org on Facebook due to the broken "CS" issue. It is a brain tumor foundation. Even trying to tag Arachnoidcysts.org or FB.com/acyst.org is unsuccessful. I believe there may be some individuals hindering this, namely Royalyn Hayes, who seems to have followers causing these problems. I simply want to tag my brain tumor website and engage with the community. I have been dealing with this situation for quite some time and requesting assistance to resolve it. The disagreement stems from my belief that it is wrong to bring a child into the world if a brain tumor is visible on ultrasound. I feel strongly about this issue and it is frustrating that others are trying to silence me. Your help in addressing this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. -Catherine

Hello Facebook, I am a member of a certain page where multiple discussions take place. On Monday night, something unusual happened. Our posts disappeared mysteriously. This caused confusion, especially for two members, Ryan and David, who wrongly accused others of deleting the posts. I believe there might have been a technical glitch causing this issue, and I'd like to clarify this misunderstanding with Ryan and David. I wanted to inquire if there were any technical problems affecting messages on Facebook pages recently. It seems that if we were to restart the page, some messages might be lost. I am encountering an issue with my Facebook account. Last Sunday morning, when I clicked on the app to check my news feed, a message appeared on the screen informing me that my session had ended, which was a new experience for me. It automatically logged me out, so I attempted to sign back in. However, even after entering my email and password, it continuously rejected my password, prompting me to retrieve an access code via email to reset my Facebook password. When I tried to access my Yahoo account for the code, I noticed that the phone number linked to it was unfamiliar and not mine. I contacted Yahoo for assistance and was told that the account associated with that email had been deactivated due to inactivity for over six years and now belonged to someone else. I have only ever accessed my Facebook on my cellphone and have never logged in on another device. I am unsure if my account has been compromised. I did not provide a mobile number or alternate email on my Facebook. I have maintained this account for over six years without any problems until now. I seek guidance on how to regain access to my account and I am willing to provide any necessary information. Your help in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated as I prefer not to create a new Facebook account.

Dear Facebook, My name is Inga, and I created an additional Facebook account as "Vortex Exhaust." I manage Vortex Performance Exhaust Company. One of our ex-employees, Lee Dumas, made himself an admin and removed the rest of our staff from our main company page. I spoke with a director this morning who asked if you could help us sort out the Vortex Performance Exhaust Company page as it has been hacked by Lee Dumas. The Facebook page, with all our customers, does not belong to that person. He did not create the page but has locked us out and is not sharing any information about it. Yesterday, on June 2, [redacted], my account was hacked. When I attempted to log in, it kept displaying "logged out of the account please log in again." All the information in my account has been altered including the phone number for password recovery and the email address, which was switched back to my old high school email. I need assistance in recovering my account. Despite considering Facebook a safe platform for self-expression, it appears there are still vulnerabilities. My account name is Judy Ann Milanes Cortez. I am feeling immense distress due to false accusations in the Time Wasters group by individuals using the names Julie Chambers and Robby Boyd. Despite being five weeks pregnant, I am being targeted unfairly. Julie Chambers has a history of harassing me, and when I shared a warning about a potential scam, she accused me of being a scammer without evidence. This led to me feeling isolated and attacked, with others being wrongly removed from the group too. The situation has escalated, causing me extreme stress and feelings of self-harm. I implore for urgent intervention and the removal of this harmful group to prevent further harm and bullying. The behavior of Robby and others is unjust, and I fear for my safety and well-being as a result.

I believe my account has been wrongly marked as fraudulent, indicating multiple accounts and the use of celebrity pictures as my profile picture. This issue occurred previously with my old account, which was then closed by Facebook. I created this new account to resolve the problem, but it has resurfaced. I only have one account and use celebrity photos for security reasons, not to deceive anyone. The mobile number linked to my Facebook account belongs to an unknown person, and I am unable to identify or remove them. I am concerned that there is an apparent bias against individuals with conservative views on this platform. It seems that hate speech targeting my culture, skin color, religious beliefs, and political affiliation is pervasive while positive stories about my beliefs are lacking. I find it troubling that expressing my opinions results in being labeled as spreading hate speech. I am puzzled by the preference for Islam over Christianity in a nation founded by Christians. The disparity in treatment between long-standing citizens and newcomers is disheartening. I seek a genuine explanation for this imbalance and hope for a thoughtful response from someone who can address these issues. Thank you for your attention.

I'm having trouble recovering an old account. I've tried all options, but I didn't verify the phone number when I first set it up. The system says I no longer have access to the email/number linked to the account, but it doesn't show me what email or number that is. I'm stuck and there are no other recovery options available. Please assist. When attempting to log in, I can't see the email associated with the account, so I can't access it to change the password. Without this information, I'm unable to verify my identity and access my Facebook account. The lack of email access is preventing me from recovering my account.

On May 28th, I shared an image of actress Bai Ling to the Group "We Love Amazing Girls." The photo depicted the actress topless, however, it was an artistic image without any exposure or sexual content. Despite this, the photo was removed, and I find myself blocked from the platform without the chance to explain or contest the decision. The reason provided is a violation of the "Community" standards enforced by Listal.com and their policies on adult content. I have noticed other content on the site with more explicit material than my post. Yet, no one has clarified why my specific photo was flagged. I believe I deserve an explanation from Facebook regarding why the image was deemed inappropriate. Communication on this matter has been lacking, and it is important for me to understand why my content was singled out when it was shared in the context of the group's theme.

I recently updated my password on Facebook but now I cannot recall the new one. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the email linked to my account (hotmail) due to inactivity since [redacted]. I have repeatedly submitted my driver's license for ID verification but have been unsuccessful in resetting my password. Each time I receive an email with a reset link, it either states that I am trying too frequently or that the link is not valid. I have tried waiting 3-4 days between attempts, but the issue persists. Hello, I manage a Facebook business page for my travel website. Approximately one month ago, I attempted to run my first ad on Instagram connected to my page. Unfortunately, the ad was blocked within one day. Subsequently, my payments account was disabled. Despite multiple attempts to rectify the issue by following Facebook's directions, I continue to receive a generic response stating, "Our records show that your payments account violates Facebook's Terms of Service." The message continues to explain that my account cannot be reactivated at this time due to various undisclosed factors. I have thoroughly reviewed their terms of service but have been unable to pinpoint the violation. The only potential issue I can identify is that I reside in Vietnam while my bank account is based in the US (as I am a US citizen). I have provided this information in the prompts, yet I have not received any further clarification. The problem is not limited to a specific ad but affects my entire payments account. Any assistance or insights would be greatly appreciated as this situation has been quite challenging to resolve.

My Facebook account has been hacked, and the password, email, and phone number have been changed so I can't access it anymore. My Facebook account is linked to an old email address. Recently, a new profile with my name and my daughter's picture was created. When I tried to log in through the Facebook app on my phone, I was logged out, and now my password is not working. I tried to reset it, but the reset emails are going to my old inactive Yahoo email, which I no longer have access to. I have a new email, but I can't update it on my Facebook since it's not linked. I recently bought a new iPhone XS and transferred all my apps. When I tried to log into Facebook, I forgot my password. Despite numerous attempts over a week to reset it, following the 6-digit email code, selecting a new password, and entering the 6-digit text code, I continue to receive an "INVALID PASSWORD" error each time. I even submitted a copy of my driver's license but have not received any further assistance. I'm hesitant to create a new account and hope someone can help me resolve this issue.
