I am experiencing difficulty accessing my Facebook account, and I am very frustrated. There appears to have been some suspicious activity leading to my account being locked. To regain access, I completed an ID verification process by providing my name, birthday, and additional ID details. The problem is that the birth year on the account is incorrect due to creating it when I was younger and providing false information. Unfortunately, I am unable to change this information while locked out. This account is essential for my small art business, and the urgency is heightened as friends and family have noticed my name displaying incorrectly as "Facebook User" instead of my real name.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue while trying to create a Facebook account. Despite providing my real name, photo, and submitting multiple photos of my driver's license, my account has been disabled. I intended to use the account to showcase my artwork, which does not violate any policies. After setting up my account with authentic information, including photos of my paintings, I encountered a request for a photo of my face. Following this, my account was suspended pending review, and then it was disabled due to an alleged identity issue related to animals or objects. I complied by submitting legitimate documents, such as my driver's license, as requested. There has been an ongoing issue that needs urgent attention. I have unfortunately been receiving explicit content from an individual much older than myself repeatedly. Being only 16 years old, this content is highly inappropriate and illegal. This person has shared such material not only with me but also with my friends in a group chat. Their behavior is unacceptable, especially on a platform like Facebook that is meant to be safe for all users. The individual in question is using the account name imran Solangi. I urge Facebook to take immediate action by deleting this account to prevent further harm. My personal Facebook account, business page, Messenger, and personal Instagram account have all been disabled. I have contacted Facebook to report a possible hack as I suspect my ID has been compromised. Despite providing details of unusual events prior to the disablement, such as silent phone calls, Facebook deemed me ineligible with no further response after reopening the report. It has been almost 48 hours since this issue began. I am keen to recover my photos, contacts, and maintain my business page. I have responded to Facebook multiple times, acknowledging the possible violation of music policies by sharing concert videos and offering to remove them. The Facebook Page for DJI Authorized Retail Store in Makati City was unexpectedly unpublished on April 25, [redacted]. We are surprised as the page has been active for almost 2 years, following all guidelines set by DJI. Our marketing materials, including pictures and captions, were all original and authorized by DJI. As the first Authorized Reseller of DJI in the Philippines, this is the first issue we have encountered with our Facebook page. We seek clarification on why the page was unpublished and have already submitted an appeal on April 25, [redacted], at 9:55 AM. We are struggling to communicate with our clients due to this situation. We hope for a prompt response from the Facebook Team to republish our page. I was not informed that sharing content and music videos, even with proper credit, could violate Instagram's policies. Initially, I suspected that competitive pages reported me out of personal animosity. However, I understand now that I indeed contravened Instagram's guidelines by reposting content without explicit permission. I want to clarify that I never intended to mislead and always credited the original creators. My account was a source of positivity for me during challenging times, spreading joy through singing videos rather than containing any inappropriate material. Losing this account is deeply distressing; it held significant value to me and even connected me with well-known R&B artists like Jennifer Hudson and Brandy Norwood. I have always used my middle name Jonathan (Jonathan, Jon, Jonny) throughout my life. My legal name for job applications must be my first name, but this does not mean I am impersonating anyone. My account was disabled after I tried to submit job applications on Facebook, which I thought was safe. This account holds many of my life memories, and I genuinely believe there was no reason for it to be disabled. I am happy to provide more information if needed. I am requesting for Stacy Lynn Miller Smith to be permanently blocked from Facebook. She has used my name and shared my personal address on her Facebook account due to an incident involving my nephew 13 years ago. On top of that, she has posted harmful statements wishing harm upon my family members. This situation has left me concerned for the safety of myself, my children, and my elderly mother. The authorities have advised me to report this to Facebook. I strongly believe that action should be taken to prevent her from causing any further distress. Hello. Yesterday morning, a friend shared a link related to data and calls that I mistakenly clicked on, assuming it was affiliate marketing. Unfortunately, this resulted in my account being hacked. My Facebook phone number has been changed from [redacted]5 to 0[redacted]. Similarly, my email, [redacted], has been altered to something like r***********[redacted] I have multiple pages on my account, both personal and for clients, that are affected. My Facebook name is Unimke Abana, and my profile picture features a young man in a suit. I have submitted my ID for verification, yet I am still awaiting a response from Facebook. Currently, I am running ads for a business account and have messages pending replies. I urge for the recovery of my account and the removal of these unauthorized individuals from the platform. I suspect my friend's account has also been compromised.

I have a business page @detroitcocktailcamp, and I encountered an issue. Facebook created a second "ghost" @detroitcocktailcamp page without my consent. Events I created on Eventbrite are now showing on this second page. On Eventbrite, I also see the option to post events to both @detroitcocktailcamp pages. I attempted to close or delete the second page where I am an admin, but Facebook indicates the page is under a different account. It seems Facebook generated this additional page using my business email address, which is not linked to my Facebook account. I don't have a profile associated with this business email. This situation is causing confusion. How can I remove the unwanted second @detroitcocktailcamp page that Facebook's system created without my approval?

A less than flattering image was unexpectedly shared on my timeline and promptly removed once noticed. Unfortunately, it was then altered into a fake profile picture by someone on my friends' list and reposted on three public pages, causing me to face suspension at work. I have tried to access my story archive to retrieve the post but have had no success, possibly due to its quick deletion. I am desperate to locate the image to clear my name of any wrongdoing. I attempted to access my account from a different phone by entering my email address and creating a new password. However, after logging in, I was directed to someone else's account. I promptly logged out and unlinked the Facebook account from my phone. Upon trying to log in again, I discovered that my account had been disabled. I am puzzled as to why my email address would be linked to a different profile. Unfortunately, I am now unable to access my account from the second phone and cannot reach the settings from my primary phone where Facebook is still installed and functioning properly.

I recently received an email regarding a page I administer. The email stated that the "Albayan Foundation UK" Page was removed for violating Facebook's Terms of Use. I set up my account during college using my Yahoo email ([redacted]) and my school email ([redacted]). Recently, when I tried to log in on my phone, I was directed to a man's account named Aaron Spears. Upon trying to enter my phone number to access my account, I found myself logged into his account when I signed back in. Strangely, he has my phone number saved on his account. My husband found multiple accounts under his name. Due to this issue, I am unable to access my own account through my phone, as my new number is connected to Aaron Spears's account. Additionally, I cannot recover my email addresses on Facebook as I no longer have access to my university email. I can provide any necessary proof that [redacted] is indeed my account. The profile picture is of me eating a burrito. Your prompt assistance is greatly appreciated as I am currently organizing my high school reunion on Facebook. Thank you.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with a Facebook support representative pretending to be from Apple. Upon refusing to give him money, he retaliated by planting a chatbot called M-virtual assistant on my iPhone. This individual proceeded to access my account without permission and sent offensive messages to people on my friends list, causing distress and resulting in friends and family blocking me. The conversation took place on Wednesday, January 9, [redacted], between 2:43 pm and 2:59 pm CST, with the fraudulent activities occurring until 4:07 pm. If needed, these claims can be verified by checking the representative's phone records and activity log. My Facebook email address is '[redacted]'.

I am frustrated with receiving this email requesting my ID after explaining why I had to provide it. Please review the email I forwarded along with my initial message. Thank you for your help. My Facebook account, under the name Thomas Vanderavert, has two-factor authentication enabled using the 3rd party app 2FAS AUTH. However, after resetting my smartphone and PC simultaneously, I am unable to access the app as I am logged out of my Facebook account. Despite assuming that backing up my smartphone would include all apps, it did not. Now, with both devices reset, I cannot obtain the activation code from Facebook to use 2FAS AUTH. I realize I should have selected trusted friends for situations like this, but I never thought it would happen to me. To regain access, two-factor authentication must be disabled.
