To recover your Facebook account click https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/183000765122339 then enter your email or phone number into the space on the screen and click “Search”. You should see your profile picture show up on the right side of the next page with an option to send a code to your email on the account or the phone number on the account. Choose one, then go to your email or phone number you choose to get the code. Enter the code and click “Continue”, from there you should be prompted to create a new password. Once you create a new password you should be able to log in.

Hi, a couple of weeks ago someone has gone into my facebook and changed my password so I can no longer gain access to it. I've tried to recover my password via email, but my facebook is linked to my old Microsoft email address from years ago, which I can no longer gain access to either. Now, I'm having fraud emails sent to my current email address stating that they have gained access to my facebook and some other apps. They have even stated my password that I use to get into my facebook account, so I know it's not fake. Please can you help me recover my account ASAP or worst case, completely delete it so they can no longer pretend to be me or threaten me with fraud. I have all the information to prove that it's my account, I just can reset it as Microsoft wont let me recover my old account. I believe they might of got into my old email account also, hence why I can't gain access. Please help.
