My name is David K., and I am requesting a call back after 6:30 pm in Ontario, Canada at [redacted]. I recently experienced a situation where someone accessed my personal information through Facebook, posing as a contact and claiming I won the lottery. I realized this was a scam when I contacted my friend. I am extremely upset and have lost trust in Facebook. I am concerned about the security of my personal information, given that the scammers had access to details like my income, address, and workplace. I urge Facebook to take immediate action, or I will pursue legal action. I plan to contact the RCMP fraud squad as well. Please reach out to me after 6:30 pm in Ontario, Canada. Thank you, David K.

I recently received an email regarding my disabled account, requesting proof of identification with a photo of my birth certificate, passport, or driver's license. Some sources online label this request as a scam, while others claim it's legitimate. Despite the uncertainty, I provided two magazine subscription images as a secondary source. The email came from someone named Riley, but the address appeared suspicious with random characters before @support.facebook.com. To address this issue, I would like my account reinstated under the name wendyandsteve Stumpf, along with all my contacts and ownership of three pages.

I'm having trouble accessing my Facebook account. A friend tried to assist me, but I am now unable to log in. I've attempted the instructions provided, but they are either not effective or I may be misunderstanding them. As a senior citizen, I acknowledge that I could be confused by the process. I am frustrated by the lack of available assistance from Facebook. Upon calling the number I found online, I learned that phone support is unavailable. How can I recover my account without this option? My account username was The Rustic Nenny. I have additional contact numbers, which I am hesitant to share until I can verify that any communication is genuinely from Facebook with a solution to restore my access. Is there a way to connect with a live representative for assistance? Thank you.

My wife had a Facebook account that she was using in South Korea with the username "[redacted]". She didn't use the account for a few years, but her friends informed her that it was being used by someone else. After changing the password, she tried to delete the account due to being unhappy about it being hacked. However, the hacker managed to recover the account, change the profile name, and continue using it as their own. This individual is from Vietnam, as evident by the Vietnamese characters/language on the account and the Vietnamese friends added. We are really stressed out about this situation and kindly request a quick deletion of the account.

My Facebook account was hacked from Singapore last night around 3:37am this morning. I received notifications on my mobile phone, as it's always logged in through the Facebook app. The email linked to the account is [redacted] However, I can't remember the password to that email because the account is quite old. I tried to switch it to my current email, [redacted], but the verification process was unsatisfactory. There weren't enough security questions where I could provide more information to prove my ownership. I have many precious memories and photos stored in the account that I'm afraid I won't be able to retrieve. I hope to get my account back soon, as I'm unhappy about the situation and might have to escalate the matter if it's not resolved promptly. The account is also linked to Messenger, through which I keep receiving messages, which can serve as proof of ownership. However, I cannot send any messages from it. I believe providing photos and a list of friends and conversations from the account could help in verifying my identity.

I have been repeatedly blocked from posting and commenting on Facebook for violating community guidelines. I manage a secret group for adults over 18 with content featuring female models. Although my last 3 violations were overturned upon appeal, the penalties keep getting longer. Recently, a photo of a model led to a 30-day ban, even though it contained no explicit content. Despite my efforts to comply with guidelines, my appeals have been denied, raising concerns about my page being targeted unfairly. I value Facebook for staying connected with friends and have adjusted my content to align with the rules, even in a private group for adults. I seek advice to prevent my account from being permanently closed in the future.

Upon my return to Australia from Bali, I started a campaign on Facebook in Australian dollars, but it's displaying in Indonesian rupiah. Additionally, when I try to sell items on the marketplace, it's showing Bali as my location and I can't change it to Australia. I attempted to fix this by reinstalling the Facebook app, ensuring location services on my phone are on, and turning off location history. My iOS settings show Canada due to my past residency and imminent return, yet the issue persists on my computer as well. I'm uncertain about the next steps to resolve this matter.

I am concerned about my page, The Tuckered Pup Club, which recently faced deletion in 14 days. My business partner temporarily changed it to FluffyPugs, but reverted back later. Now, The Tuckered Pup Club has reappeared, and I want to ensure its safety from deletion. This business name has been my dream for a decade; hence, I desire clarity and ownership assurance. Moreover, I swiftly created a page called Thee Tuckered Pup Club to separate our paths, intending to transition it back to The Tuckered Pup Club. I seek confirmation that my original page is secure while Thee Tuckered Pup Club is removed. I appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you.

I am unable to access my previous Facebook account as I have forgotten my password and misplaced the written copy. It was my first password change in a while, and I regret not locating it beforehand. Unfortunately, I am now locked out of the associated email account as well. I inadvertently logged out to allow someone else to use Facebook without considering retrieving my password first. While I have been using a new Facebook account for about a year, I would appreciate assistance in recovering my old account, which I believe I last accessed nearly two years ago. Here is some of the pertinent information regarding my previous Facebook account that I hope can aid in the resolution: - Username: Skylar Rae Butler - Email: [redacted] - Old Password: ShitHappens (I am 80%-[redacted]% certain this was my previous password) - Friends list: - Corrina Butler - Corrina Lynn Butler - Jaycee Jordyn Greene - Dan Hill - Dwayne Henry - Jeremy Clause - Shawna Christine Woodruff - Date of Birth: January 7 - Cover Photo: Lion King Monkey with the quote "Bitch Don' Kill My Vibe" at the bottom

I discovered my 22-year-old son using my phone late at night over the weekend. Suddenly, my access to the FB app was compromised, leading to my account being disabled. Apart from this incident, there were other concerning behaviors from him, and he has since left. My long-standing FB account has never faced such a disablement. I promptly reported the issue as a potential hack to FB, providing my preferred contact email, yet I am still awaiting a response. Prior to the disablement, I noticed an influx of friend requests from women in the Philippines, a deviation from my usual activity. I am keen on having my account reinstated and understanding the cause behind its disabling. Donnie M. [redacted]

I was using my account when suddenly I was logged out, and it said my session had expired. When I tried to log back in, a different name appeared under my email: "Kimberly miles" and "dat". After logging out of "Kimberly miles" and trying to log back in, my profile name changed to "dat" with a profile picture of an Asian girl. I changed my password, but I got immediately logged out. Now, I'm blocked from accessing my Facebook account, which "dat" has hijacked and is messaging my friends and family. I care about the memories and photos from the 10 years on that account. How can I resolve this and regain access to my account quickly? Sincerely, Jarah C. PS: The email used for my Facebook is [redacted]

I recently received a notification stating that I have been removed from Vija Pinavija on Facebook Business Manager. As a result, I have lost access to the ad accounts and Pages associated with this business. If this removal was a mistake, what steps can I take to regain access? Despite receiving security messages, we have not made any changes to our Business page. Thank you.

I have linked my Yahoo email to my Facebook account for more than a decade. However, I forgot both passwords after changing them when I got a new phone. I never updated my phone number on my Facebook. Until today, I could access Facebook and Messenger on my phone, but now I can't. I am worried because I have sentimental photos and memories on my account. When trying to recover my password with my current email, it shows my cousin Brian, who is in jail. I am baffled by this association. I hope to retrieve my original page without losing my friends list and memories. I am willing to provide a photo or do a video call to verify my identity.

My Facebook account has been hacked, and my friends have noticed strange posts. My login information has been changed, and I am unable to access the account. The email address linked to the account is [redacted] I need to recover my account as I have a business page connected to it. I am concerned about the unauthorized access to my personal information and private messages. One of the unauthorized posts was about an iPhone for sale, which is not something I would post since I am an Android user. I discovered the issue when a friend informed me that I had been logged out from both my phone and laptop.

My account was compromised through my old email address, [redacted], which is linked to my account along with my current email [redacted] Despite contacting Microsoft regarding the issue, they claim the old email was recently created, but I know this is not true. I suspect the hackers may have also changed the phone number linked to my Facebook account since I am no longer receiving messages from Facebook unless I input my number instead of my email address. Despite my efforts to update and secure my account, I am unable to remove the old email address. I have sent a copy of my passport to verify my identity. Any assistance in regaining control of my account and enhancing its security would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Tynille C.

Dear Facebook, Yesterday, my life was unexpectedly disrupted when you requested my identification and subsequently disabled my account without warning. This situation is completely unacceptable as it left me with no opportunity to inform my friends, save my data, photos, or my friends' information. Currently recovering from a bus accident, dealing with trauma and PTSD, after months of recovery, I am now visiting friends in Brighton, feeling a sense of normalcy. However, in this crucial time where I am bidding farewell to my friends, you have deprived me of the ability to connect with them, access cherished memories, and the supportive messages that boosted my morale. My pages, Sgt. Sketch (my DJ page) and Bespoke Spike (My creative page), plus my admin role in The Glitterfish group, are inaccessible. The impact extends to my Instagram and linked accounts. Your actions have severely disrupted my life in a way that is entirely inappropriate and without warning. Currently away from home, I only have a reference from my landlord stored on my computer, which I have shared with you. I urgently request you unlock my account promptly, even if the reference is insufficient. Please allow me time to bid farewell to my friends, retrieve my data, close my business pages, and unlink other media accounts. Thank you, Spike Sketch P.S. The issue remains unresolved despite automated emails. I am in need of human assistance.

Dear Facebook Support, I am writing to address a recent issue regarding my account. Suddenly, without warning, my account was disabled after I was asked for identification. This action has left me unable to connect with my friends, access important data, photos, and messages, and manage the pages I admin for. Currently, while recovering from a bus accident and dealing with trauma, this loss of connection has been particularly distressing. I am in Brighton visiting friends, trying to regain a sense of normalcy, but the sudden interruption of access to my account has greatly impacted me. I have submitted my landlord's reference as proof of identity, but I am urgently requesting the unlocking of my account to retrieve important information and bids goodbye to friends. Additionally, I seek clarification on providing my birth name for record purposes only, instead of using it as my profile name. I appreciate your attention to this matter as the automated emails I have been receiving are not resolving the situation effectively. Thank you for your assistance. Spike Sketch

Thank you for your report: Good evening, It has been 1 week since I started running advertising campaigns on one of my accounts, specifically SKN Plus™️. Sunday evening, there was a charge of $50 for ad sets launched since Saturday, May 18, [redacted]. The payment could not be approved due to insufficient funds on the card, causing all my ads to be paused. So, on Monday, May 20, [redacted], I contacted one of my colleagues, who is an account and page administrator, to resolve the issue using their PayPal account. However, not only was the action blocked, but my advertising account was also disabled due to this failure. I contacted them yesterday morning, and they claimed the account was hacked, although I have no data indicating that. All advertising campaigns were launched by my team. I would like to restart my ads tonight if possible. I have reviewed the terms and conditions, we have followed them since the creation of my first advertising account, and the payment methods used are ours, so we have not used conflicting information. Please help me!

I have been trying to contact your team for several weeks, but it seems like the Help Center and Customer Support number are misleading. Additionally, there are other third-party providers claiming to offer technical support and charging fees. My name is SR. I have been experiencing issues with receiving login authentication codes for over a year and a half. I have followed the process, submitted my government ID, and uploaded pictures with the login code as instructed, but have not received any response. Although I managed to recover my account four months ago by changing my phone number, the issue has resurfaced. My updated phone number is now on FB. Please address this matter promptly as my account is at risk of being misused for false advertising, and I am unable to rectify this without your assistance in securing my account.
