To recover your Facebook account click https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/183000765122339 then enter your email or phone number into the space on the screen and click “Search”. You should see your profile picture show up on the right side of the next page with an option to send a code to your email on the account or the phone number on the account. Choose one, then go to your email or phone number you choose to get the code. Enter the code and click “Continue”, from there you should be prompted to create a new password. Once you create a new password you should be able to log in.

if there is an entire email thread all night of fixing Instagram I'm just trying to recover Facebook now luckily face book is the last one in Instagram of deleted this is all drug addicts related and the social media platforms are avenues for my loved ones to get drugs unfortunately so I am taking into my hands and thank you very much for helping me. I have already requested a change of login email for the account under *****@***.com o would like to change email recovery to *****@***.com. I have already sent two pictures with different handwritten numbers on them and a birth certificate and a driver's license so I have had an email trail so long that I can't even remember my name anymore it's so late please help me switch this and give me a reset code to this new google email.
