I am Peter John MacNeil, also known as Pete MacNeil. My Facebook account, [redacted], has been hacked, and the hacker changed my password and recovery emails. I provided my ID days ago for verification, but there has been no response except for an automated reply saying they will review it. I have been trying to inform them of my new email, [redacted], where I can be reached. The hacker is using an old corrupted email address of mine. I also shared my recent phone number, [redacted], for additional security measures, but the process stopped when I requested a password reset. Thank you for your assistance. Peter John MacNeil.

My Instagram account was linked to Facebook, and a couple of weeks ago, it got hacked. The hacker changed the password, email, and unlinked my Facebook account. I tried to get help but faced challenges, so I gave up and created a new Instagram account linked to Facebook for easier access. Recently, I received an email alert from Facebook about someone trying to login from Oklahoma. I promptly changed my Facebook password. However, today, I discovered that my new Instagram account was also hacked in the same manner as before. I fear being unable to regain access due to the lack of customer support. While my Facebook account seems secure, I urgently need to recover my original Instagram account, which I've had for about 6 years. It contains all my followers, photos, and more, and the username remains unchanged (@karlymackenziee). The new account, created over the past weekend, is of less importance to me as I hadn't posted on it yet.

I came across an image in my news feed that I found appealing, so I saved it (it depicted a woman without a top). It was a pleasant image for me, but when I attempted to share it with my friend on Messenger, Facebook restricted my account and displayed a warning message about sharing explicit content. This action confuses me as it was a private chat between just my friend and me, so I feel it infringes on our privacy for Facebook to intervene in this manner. I do not want to risk being blocked, but I wish to resume sharing similar content with my friends since it is not something new. It is puzzling because many people typically exchange such content on Messenger without any issues, so I am unsure why I encountered this restriction, especially considering that I saved the picture from Facebook itself.

I encountered an issue while trying to create a separate gaming page on Facebook for streaming. Following the prompts, I was unexpectedly blocked due to alleged unusual activity. Facebook requested verification that I was not a robot through a captcha, followed by a request to confirm my identity by choosing a method to receive a code. Despite selecting a number linked to my account, the code never arrived after waiting for 20 minutes. When I attempted a resend, I received a warning about improper usage and a message hinting at a potential block. Now, I find myself unable to access any part of my Facebook account as the texts with the code are still not coming through. I suspect the issue may lie in the missing country code from my phone number, only displaying the area code with the number itself. This needs to be resolved promptly.

I received three Messenger texts inquiring about vehicle availability, but I have not advertised any vehicle. I promptly responded that I do not own a vehicle. Subsequently, when attempting to log in to my Facebook account, I was denied access. Despite requesting a verification code via text, I did not receive it. Visiting the help center only led me back to the text code page that failed to send the code. Calling Facebook's phone number proved fruitless as it just played a recording indicating they do not currently answer calls. Additionally, my Messenger page continuously disconnects and reconnects.

I've been trying to contact Facebook Marketplace regarding an item I want to list. Here are the details: Listings Submitted for Review Case #[redacted][redacted] I can't figure out why this item violates your commercial policy. I've reviewed the policy multiple times in the last two days and can't find any violations. Sometimes my appeals are approved and other times denied. I've edited the ad numerous times to try to get it approved. I previously ran the ad and boosted it. When I tried to boost it again after the boost expired, it was rejected. I appealed, but it was denied. I'm frustrated and desperate for help. I need to sell this chair quickly to pay my rent. I'm a 60-year-old disabled man on a fixed income with health issues and many medications. I recently had a pacemaker put in due to my weak heart. The stress is overwhelming. Please, can someone assist me?

Hello, my name is Calvin Kim, and my account has been locked. It is requesting identity confirmation, however, the birthday provided is fictional and I am unable to verify it. I mainly use this account for gaming, and while I primarily use it, close friends also access it to assist with managing my in-game character. I recently changed the password to Droidhen123 after trying Drkiscool123 and Sugar17431, as a friend was having trouble logging in with the original password. The account got locked after he managed to log in. I had another friend attempt to log in as suggested by Facebook, but it didn't work. The username is [redacted] The account has no friends and is not linked to any payments. I am requesting assistance in unlocking the account. Thank you.

I've been receiving numerous emails from your team in the past week regarding my account being accessed and a code sent to reset my password, which I did not request. After trying to log in, I found myself locked out. Despite numerous attempts at changing my password and submitting my photo ID, the process keeps cycling back to the beginning. Even after following the "my account has been hacked" instructions, I'm stuck in the same loop. I suspect my email has been compromised, so I have changed my password. Running both my malware checker (iolo Phoenix365) and virus checker (F-Secure) multiple times showed no issues. I'm at a loss for what else to try.

A friend's son is in a difficult situation with a guy named Andrew Greene. David, the son, was asked for inappropriate pictures and is now being intimidated by Andrew claiming to be a lawyer from Chattanooga, TN. Despite David's fear of retaliation, steps were taken to verify Andrew's identity by contacting law firms, courts, and even the police. The bar association was checked as well, but no record of Andrew Greene as a lawyer was found. David's safety is now a concern, and efforts to uncover the truth about Andrew's identity have so far been unsuccessful. This distressing situation needs to be addressed to help David and other friends who may have faced similar issues with Andrew.

Hello, I accidentally deleted a conversation on Messenger that was very important to me. It was a year-long conversation with my friend, including photos. The conversation was on her phone, so I still have access to the data. I have searched online, but I could only find recovery methods for archived messages, which doesn't apply here. Is there any way you can help recover the conversation on her Messenger? I understand that usually deleted conversations cannot be undone, but I am hopeful that the data might still be retrievable. I am eagerly awaiting your response. Thank you in advance! My Messenger username is lacho.todorov21, and my friend's Messenger username is mikigueorgieva.

I've been attempting to connect my checking account to my personal fundraiser that expired on April 30th. Despite contacting customer support for three weeks, I have been unsuccessful. I even had a Verizon expert helping for an hour with no luck. It is frustrating to only interact with automated responses from Facebook. I am requesting the funds of $1,[redacted] for "Therese King's Moving and Health Crisis" and an additional $[redacted] due to issues with your platform that were not disclosed. I am determined to receive my money and insist on speaking with a human representative. Please provide a contact number for assistance. I will continue to pursue this until the matter is resolved. I urge immediate action to rectify this situation.

Approximately 12 hours ago, I encountered an issue where I was unexpectedly logged out of my main Facebook account and have since been unable to regain access. Despite being linked to my email address, only my old Facebook account shows up when I enter my email or phone number. I was still signed in on Messenger, and although my primary account is listed in the "switch account" option, I cannot log in as the password does not work. When attempting to reset the password, I receive an error stating that the account does not exist. Interestingly, attempting to sign in from my browser does not display a profile picture for my primary account and prompts a 4-digit pin code, which is puzzling. Moreover, the account recovery process does not show my email as an option. I have attached a screenshot from Messenger to validate my access issue. The active account from 13 hours ago is indeed my primary account.

I encountered an issue when setting up my Facebook business page for the first time. While in the process of editing the profile, the page was suddenly disabled without any explanation. This is particularly problematic for me as a Realtor in Miami, Florida, where utilizing Facebook is crucial for my business. The account has now been disabled for around a week. Despite submitting my requested ID to Facebook, I have not received any updates on the status of my account. This being my initial experience with Facebook, I must express my disappointment and frustration. The lack of access not only impacts my business operations but also the absence of customer support is highly unexpected from a reputable social media platform like Facebook.

Hello, my Facebook ad account has been disabled, which I believe is a mistake. I manage two business pages, one for my band, One Vote For Violence, and the other for my clothing brand, Medicated Merch. When creating my clothing brand page, I unintentionally used a photo containing a marijuana-related image in an ad. This was a one-time error, as my brand is not aimed at promoting the substance. Despite my attempts to rectify this issue with previous messages, I have not received any response. I seek assistance in resolving this matter promptly as I aim to promote both my businesses without using such images in my ads in the future. Thank you for your attention.

I recently began using Facebook. On May 17, [redacted], it was my birthday. In the morning, I enjoyed viewing a lovely compilation of birthday wishes from my friends presented like a card at the top of my news feed. However, when I tried to revisit it later, it had disappeared. I spent 5 hours searching for it to no avail. The next day, May 18, I was pleasantly surprised to see an even nicer birthday video recap with my friends' wishes at the top of my feed. Sadly, it vanished before I could save it. I found this situation very disappointing and frustrating, especially since it was my special day. I wonder why Facebook offers such fleeting gifts only to take them away so quickly. Could someone kindly assist me by providing the links to the first birthday card from May 17 and the birthday video recap from May 18? Birthday gifts should be treasured, not fleeting.

Hello, this is LaDesha Lashae. I am encountering issues with my Facebook account linked to the name Santeria Love. The phone number associated with the account is no longer active, and I am locked out after attempting to update my information. Unfortunately, I never set up an email or a trusted contacts list. While I have added a new phone number, the verification code is being sent to the inactive number. When prompted to identify friends, the system is suggesting strangers instead of people I actually know. I am willing to provide my email [redacted] and a photo ID but have not received any response yet. The old number, [redacted], is defunct, so I cannot receive texts on it. My current number, [redacted], is not receiving any verification codes. I am reaching out to seek assistance in regaining access to my account as it holds precious memories. I am hopeful that Facebook will address this matter soon. Thank you.

Hello, I'm LaDesha Lashae. I have an account under the name Santeria Love, but the number on my account is no longer active. When I tried to update my information, I got locked out of my account. I've had the account for a while but forgot to set up an email or trusted contacts. I added a new number, but it's sending verification codes to the old inactive number. Facebook is asking me to identify strangers or contact people I don't know on my friends' list to regain access, which is difficult. I provided my email *****@***.com and a photo ID as requested but haven't heard back. My new number ********** is not receiving any codes. I'm worried about losing access to my account with all my memories. I hope Facebook can assist me with this issue. Thank you.
