I shared 4 pictures of my 3-year-old daughter in her dad's socks and diaper, and Facebook flagged them for showing female nipples. After requesting a review twice and pointing out their inconsistency in handling pornographic content, Facebook eventually apologized and restored the post. However, the next day, they once again deemed the photos inappropriate, leading to a three-day block on my account. I am frustrated by this back-and-forth and seek a resolution to remove this ban and address the inconsistency in their content moderation.

I need assistance with Facebook ads. I made some errors when trying to place an ad for my Vasayo-[redacted] page, unintentionally breaking the rules. Now I have a new page, Memorable Meringues, but I cannot advertise because my ad privileges were revoked. I want to rectify this mistake and ensure it won't happen again. I am willing to delete the previous page to prevent any future issues. I just want to be able to advertise for my meringue page without any rule violations. Can someone please help me address this situation and allow me to run advertisements for my new page? Thank you.

Hello, my name is Natasha Kamal, and I run the Instagram account Natashakamalofficial. Recently, there has been abnormal activity on my account, as shown in the emails I have attached. It seems someone has hacked into my account, changing the password, email, and phone number associated with it. This has made it impossible for me to log in or recover my account. When I try to use the original email or phone number, it says they are not linked to any account. Additionally, the link provided to secure my account in the emails is invalid, further complicating the situation. This is a business brand page, and the issues are impacting our operations. I would appreciate any help or guidance to resolve this matter promptly. Thank you, Natasha Kamal

Dear Customer Service, I recently switched my broadband provider to SHELL ENERGY, and though I received emails about the changeover, I didn't receive the necessary equipment. When I tried to contact the company through Facebook, I faced difficulties because the account wasn't under my wife's name. I had to create a Facebook account to reach them, but I forgot my password and couldn't recover it despite following the instructions provided. When asked to send a photograph for verification, I faced issues and my account got disabled. I tried to recover it through GETHUMAN and submitted my ID as requested, but I still can't access my account. I would appreciate it if you could assist me with this matter. Thank you, BRIAN WIGLEY

I activated two-step verification on my account. I had my number registered but added my son's number. When trying to log in, he refused to provide the code and was upset. I attempted to use my number instead, but Facebook kept sending texts to his. I use DuckDuckGo as a browser, set to clear info on exit, and have only been using that. After switching back to my number, changing my password, Facebook logged me out of all accounts. I use a tablet as I have a basic phone. They requested a picture with a specific code, which I provided. However, after submitting it, I am stuck in the code generator page despite multiple attempts. I sent another picture with the code and am still awaiting a response. My Instagram linked to Facebook, my messenger is closed, and I can't contact family and friends. This has caused me anxiety as I can't access the code generator. I need help resolving this issue promptly as it is affecting my writing career applications and opportunities. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you.

I attempted to reactivate my Facebook account and it is now disabled. I initially managed to log in, but now I am unable to access it. I have submitted three requests to have it reactivated, including a photo of my driver's license, but I have not received any response. Initially, I had trouble with my email address, so I used my home phone number to receive a passcode, which worked. However, I was then disabled. I also noticed a different passcode sent to my email, which was unexpected. Despite my efforts, I remain disabled. Recently, I received a text about a password change on my cell phone, which is not connected to Google and only used for calls. Today, I tried to create a new page, but after receiving an email and text with different passcodes, I am still disabled. Facebook has my picture on my original page, and I included it in the ID submissions for reactivation. It seems like there are conflicting passcodes being sent, one via phone and one via email. Please consider that I cannot access Google on my cell phone. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Best, Pete

Hello, my name is Leonel R. Salazar Arroyo. I've been using Facebook Marketplace and have received positive reviews from buyers. I always strive to be honest and list fair prices for my personal items. Recently, I encountered an issue where a buyer reported me as a scammer. I had arranged to meet him at a Starbucks coffee shop between 9 am and 11 am, but he was 14 miles away and arrived late at 11:30 am. Due to my wife needing to leave for work and my baby sleeping, I couldn't wait longer. Despite explaining this, he accused me of being a scammer without reason. Our conversation is documented on Messenger. I'm unsure why my Marketplace account shows as under review. I believe I acted responsibly and simply had a miscommunication with this buyer. Thank you for your attention, Facebook team.

I currently have two accounts, one under my maiden name, Jennifer Slentz, which is functioning well. The other account is under my married name, Jennifer Foster, and it appears that someone has gained unauthorized access to it. The profile pictures on both accounts are very similar. The Jennifer Foster account contains years' worth of precious photos of my daughter and other personal items that I cannot afford to lose. The account seems to be open for anyone to post on it, which is concerning as I am a business professional. I fear that if inappropriate or damaging content is posted, it could harm my career. I have attempted to contact support in the past using my ID to prove ownership, but my requests have been ignored. I would greatly appreciate assistance in resolving this matter. My Jennifer Slentz account is connected to my Jennifer Foster account for easy identification. Please contact me at [redacted] or via email at [redacted] Thank you.

To Whom It May Concern at Facebook, This post, made by Andrew Soetiono at 10:39 pm, has been up for 14 hours, and I only became aware of it after 10 hours of circulation. The image features my sister. A police report has been filed in Singapore (P/[redacted]9/[redacted]), and if needed for verification, please reference the provided report number. I have reached out to various Facebook pages to request the removal of the shared post. My sister, a bystander DFS staff member, was involved in the incident, making this a case of doxxing, flaming, spreading false news, personal data breach, and violation of PDPA. We intend to pursue all legal options available to us against the initiator, as my sister has been greatly impacted by this distressing situation. I urgently request your assistance in removing the initiator's post and any shared content related to this matter. I trust that you will treat this matter with seriousness and I am looking forward to a prompt response. Sincerely, Benson

Hi, I am having trouble promoting an ad on my Instagram account, @carlyann_campione. I received an error message stating that I do not have permission because I am logged in as Carlyann Campione, who is not an admin of the ad account linked to my page. Previously, this Instagram was connected to a different account, @carlyanncampione, which I have since deleted along with the Facebook page linked to it. I am unable to request admin access with my new account as the old page no longer exists. The new page ID connected to @carlyann_campione is [redacted][redacted]. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

While using Facebook today, I encountered a bug. Despite clearing my browser's cache, I suspect it's a server-side issue. Here's the scenario: 1. Created a new account with the username "criesandgiggles" successfully. 2. Made a new page named "cries_and_giggles" under a different account. 3. Changed the username of the initial account to "neha.criesandgiggles". 4. Attempted to change the page username to "criesandgiggles," but couldn't due to it being supposedly taken. 5. Searched for "criesandgiggles," but found no existing user by that name. Attached a screenshot for clarification. Would appreciate help in resolving this issue as I prefer to keep this name. Thank you.

Hello, on 29/04/19, I changed the password for my account under the name Gifty Asare Flinstone because I realized someone was sharing my account. Since then, every time I try to log in, I am asked for a login code that I don't remember setting up. I am supposed to receive an SMS with the code, but I never get it, or I can generate one using my authentication app. I have attempted various methods like sending emails and using the Facebook help portal to regain access to my account. I kindly request that the authentication code login feature be disabled on my account so I can use just my password and email to log in to my Facebook account. I urgently need assistance and am willing to provide proof if necessary to confirm my ownership of the account. Thank you for your help. Best regards, Gifty.

A short while ago, I received a notification from Facebook stating that my session had expired and prompted me to sign in again. After attempting to log in with my registered email, I received an error message indicating that the email address wasn't recognized. I then used my phone number to successfully log back in. Subsequently, I received another notification from Facebook questioning the name I had entered and instructed me to respond via Facebook.com/support, which I have done. My first name is Renata, but many people call me Ren for simplicity, while Rara consists of my four forenames' initials and a nickname. If the latter format does not comply with Facebook's guidelines, would it be acceptable to change my name to "Ren Arnold"?

I am facing an issue and need help resolving it. On my Facebook page at www.facebook.com/wolfscec, if you click on a picture in the albums, you will see a link 'at Wolf's Cutting Edge Creations' that takes you to an unofficial 'fake page' with only 4 likes and 18 visitors. I am unsure of its origin but suspect I may have created it and forgotten. I want to delete the fake page, but I am concerned as it might be linked to my 'real page', causing posts to appear on both. I cannot find a way to contact Facebook support. I need advice on how to ensure that clicking the link directs users to the real page with [redacted] likes, not the fake one.

Hello, I recently reset my Facebook password. After doing so, I was prompted to enter a two-factor authentication code. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the mobile number associated with my account to receive this code via text. I'm also unsure of the code being asked for on my account page. Despite my attempts to seek assistance and providing my ID multiple times, I have not been able to resolve this issue. I desperately require help either in updating my phone number for authentication purposes or obtaining the personalized code from my account. It seems like a bit of a circular problem as the code is needed to login, which I can't do without it. Any guidance on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your assistance, Abby A.

I am extremely disappointed with Facebook. It seems like you are allowing inappropriate and threatening comments that focus on sexual content towards my family members, particularly my underage nephews. Richard Rigg has made numerous explicit remarks, and despite reporting this behavior, his profiles remain active. Moreover, you have taken his side in relation to comments he reported from me, which were merely a response to his inappropriate behavior. I am puzzled as to why you allow such behavior to continue unchecked while I face consequences for defending my family. Your inconsistency is evident in the fact that a comment where he accuses me of being a "Little Nephew Toucher" does not violate your standards. Do you support pedophiles or protect children? Your actions suggest the former.

I am very disappointed in Facebook. I have recently encountered inappropriate behavior on the platform by a user named Richard Rigg. He has made multiple sexual comments about my nephews, yet his profile remains active. I reported his comments against me, but Facebook took his side. Despite my reports, his comments about my nephews remain visible. I admit I may have reacted strongly, but he provoked me by attacking my family. Even when I reported his offensive language, one comment, calling me a "Little Nephew Toucher," somehow did not violate Facebook's standards. Where does Facebook's morality stand – with pedophiles or with children?

I am experiencing two issues: Firstly, while trying to log back into my Facebook account (Kylie Marie), I was asked to provide a six-digit code for verification purposes, but the code has not been sent to my phone despite it being the correct number. The platform is suggesting that I may be utilizing the feature in an unintended manner and threatens to block me. I am unsure of what I have done incorrectly as I want to regain access to my account where I manage a group with many members. Secondly, I had another account under the name Kylie Fairbairn. Unfortunately, I shared my password with someone I thought I could trust, and this individual has changed the account's email and phone number. They are now using my account to contact my friends and family for financial gain. Despite reaching out to support multiple times, the issue remains unresolved, and strangers are still misusing my account.
