I tried generating the code for my facebook account but it was unsuccessful. Moreover the device which was recognised by facebook for my account, lenovo K* note, was formatted by me. I had also forgotten the password to my account hence i had created a new one before formatting the phone. I have purchased a new phone and that is the reason why i am facing this problem. Code generator is not working in the new phone. Neither any messages have been sent to my associated number from facebook for generating the code. **Its been a week that i am unable to access my account and hereby i would request you to kindly do the needful and restore my accessibility to my facebook account. **My account email id for facebook is *****@***.com and my phone number associated with it is **********. ***With regards, *Shubhajit Sharma
