It's very hard to contact Facebook about an issue like this. Facebook needs better live chat.

The person I am trying to help wants to buy advertising. But he can't until he can get the review function fixed on his Facebook Business Page.
Sergey has tried several times to contact Facebook without success. I have tried for hours to figure out how to contact Facebook about this problem.
