Since creating my legitimate Facebook account as De C. Cluck, I've faced constant issues. I had an old account under De Cluck with the email [redacted], which I stopped using for personal reasons over a year ago. I couldn't recall the password when I tried to access it after some time. Despite numerous attempts to reset the password, it never worked. So, I created a new account as De C. Cluck with the email [redacted] and my new phone number [redacted]. The new account was activated, but then it was disabled without explanation. I was asked to verify my account through my phone number, but even though I entered [redacted], it was not accepted. Even after providing a picture for verification, my account remained disabled as Facebook attempted to verify it. After discovering fake accounts set up using my old and new phone numbers under different names, I managed to tackle those issues and access my real account. However, I continued to face problems with my phone number being recognized as valid. This ongoing situation has caused unnecessary frustration over the past week, and I urgently need this matter resolved, as Facebook is my primary means of communication with relatives who cannot use phones. The current state of Facebook has become incredibly bothersome.

In December, my account was compromised, leading me to change my password multiple times to secure my account from the hacker. Despite updating my password, it remained saved on my old iPhone. Recently, I upgraded to a new iPhone and now find myself unable to recall my password. I've attempted account recovery using my driver's license, but the password reset link provided doesn't seem to work. Furthermore, the promised email addition for future password recovery isn't reflected in my account. I am currently locked out and urgently need access to my account.

On April 24th, [redacted], an account appeared using my personal information and photos of my children. It left a comment in a group my real profile never joined. This comment was then shared on various business pages where I received threatening messages regarding my family and children from several men. Law enforcement advised me to contact Facebook to obtain details from this fake account, which has since disappeared. Multiple police reports have been filed on this incident. I want to press charges and ensure my children's safety. My name is Katelyn Rankin, and the false account used the name Katie Cain Rankin. There are still other fake accounts associated with this situation causing trouble.

I am facing an issue with my Facebook accounts. Firstly, I was trying to update my original account under the name Gary Allender Bartlett, with the phone number [redacted], but unintentionally ended up creating a second account under the name Gary Bartlett with the same phone number. I would like to deactivate the Gary Bartlett account and regain access to my original account. When attempting to reset the password for the Gary Allender Bartlett account, I was supposed to receive a code via text message, but I never received the code within the given timeframe. I responded to a marketplace ad for an iPad Pro 12.9” 256GB. The seller, Mike Garzon, engaged in extensive communication to assure me of the ad's validity, leading me to transfer $[redacted] AUD via bank transfer for the purchase. Mike provided his phone number, called me, shared his Facebook profile, an invoice, and a copy of his passport. Shortly after, I noticed the same item listed under a new seller's name, Tarek Rahman. Suspecting a scam, I now believe Mike's ad was fraudulent. He claimed to need urgent funds for his daughter's operation in Olomouc, showing me an ABN and invoice. Mike has since deactivated his Facebook and cut off communication. Tarek's ad for the same item at a higher price adds to my suspicion. I am at a loss of $[redacted] AUD. I would appreciate your assistance in investigating this matter to potentially recover my funds. I have reported the incident to my bank. I fell victim to a Crypto giveaway scam on Facebook. The fraudulent page promised triple the amount of crypto for any contributions. Despite its seemingly legitimate appearance and positive reviews from the [redacted] members, once I contributed, the page became inaccessible, suggesting I've been banned. I doubt Facebook can assist in recovering the funds, and though I understood the risk, it's concerning that this group may continue scamming others. I'm eager to report and have them investigated to prevent further harm. I'm willing to provide any details, like the group's name, for further action.

I need help recovering our Facebook account for French Mill Stone. A few years ago, the owner's daughter set up our FMS Facebook account during her time working here. She has since finished college and forgotten the password. She believes the account was created under her old email, [redacted] Despite reaching out to her, she cannot recall the password. Our IT team has redirected the email to [redacted] for me to receive any Facebook verification codes. I have submitted my ID and received a code, but the verification process is at a standstill. My spouse and I share a bank account where we usually exchange money on Facebook. I recently added a new bank account to my Facebook profile and requested $[redacted].46 from my husband. Despite his three attempts, each transaction was immediately canceled, as Facebook doesn't allow transfers between the same account. Strangely, all three payments still came out of our joint account, leading to over $1,[redacted] missing. I am puzzled as the transactions were marked as canceled. I would appreciate a refund for the $[redacted].46 x3 payments.

I am experiencing a frustrating issue with my Facebook accounts being disabled shortly after creating them, seemingly without cause. There is a Facebook page named "Goat Emergency Help and General Questions" that has been active since [redacted]. This group is offering advice on dosages and drug recommendations, which should be provided by veterinarians, not by unauthorized individuals. While they mention they are not vets and urge consulting with a professional, they still distribute shareable posters and give real-time assistance during emergencies, raising concerns. Users who challenge their advice are promptly removed. A member once mentioned her vet was consulted while she sought help from the group, highlighting the issue. The group's activities are not only illegal but can harm businesses and mislead individuals on medication. Veterinarians dedicate years of study to their profession and should not have their expertise undermined by unqualified sources sharing unverified information obtained from the internet. If Facebook tolerates such actions, it is disappointing and may make me reconsider supporting the platform. This situation is troubling.

Hello, I've created a page for my client, William Robinson, based on his business using his Instagram account. However, when attempting to create a Facebook account with the business email [redacted], I encountered issues and had to use my phone number instead. I intended to switch the account to the business email later but Facebook disabled the account after detecting I had another personal account linked to the same phone number. Prior to the disablement, I managed to share various posts from Instagram to Facebook. I now need to recover the account and find a solution to use the business email for the Facebook page.

I paid Tregg Bird $[redacted] in cash to install a wooden privacy fence. We have a contract with his details and agreed costs. However, he is not responding to my calls. He promised to come yesterday to install the posts with concrete but never showed up. I feel scammed and ripped off. I want a refund to hire another contractor to finish the work.

I want to bring to your attention a Facebook page named 'Tipping Challenge'. I have been a member of this page for a few years along with many others. They organize horse racing competitions, like the one I participated in at the aintree festival in March. Despite winning the competition, I have not received my winnings as the page administrator has apparently spent all the participants' money. Upon discussing with other members, it seems this is a recurring issue, with some still waiting for prizes from a year ago. This situation seems like theft to me, as they advertise cash prize competitions with entry fees, but fail to distribute the winnings to the winners.

I have been a Facebook user for almost eleven years, primarily using the Facebook app on my smartphone. Recently, I got a new mobile device. I have been using my Facebook account for over 10 years. However, I encountered an issue six months ago with my new HP laptop running Windows 10. After receiving a patch from Microsoft tech support, my laptop was no longer recognized by Facebook. Around the same time, my Samsung Galaxy S8 was damaged, so I upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy S9 and transferred all my data. Despite this, Facebook did not recognize my new phone. I tried logging in but failed, leading to my account being frozen due to multiple login attempts. I was then asked to reset my password, which I did repeatedly, but I couldn't remember a specific password. I discovered an added security measure requesting a 6-digit Generator code from Facebook to access my account on unrecognized devices. Finding this code has been challenging for the past six months as I am unable to locate it on the Facebook settings page. Despite numerous attempts, including submitting my NYS Driver's license for verification, I have not been able to resolve this issue. Nothing has changed with my email or mobile number during this time. I would appreciate any assistance to regain access to my account.

A page has been created using my business's name with incorrect contact details and false complaints about the company by past customers, including details about me and my supervisor. One post is from a former tenant who signed a confidentiality agreement not to post about us on social media. I contacted FB support at 1-[redacted] after following the online steps to remove the page without success. The representative I spoke to requested $50 worth of Google Play cards to resolve the issue quickly, promising a refund in 10 minutes. I'm uncertain if this is a legitimate request. The typical online advice suggests clicking on the ellipsis menu on the top right of the page and selecting "give feedback" or "report post," but these options are not available. How can I have this deceptive page taken down? I reviewed FB's community guidelines and found multiple violations, yet the platform keeps directing me to non-existent reporting options. We lack the administrative authority over the fake page since we didn't create it.

A few years ago, I personally deactivated my Facebook account with the name Ed Marohn. Recently, within the last 30 days, I tried to sign up again on Facebook, assuming my old account was gone. Initially, I used the email [redacted] to create a new account, but it got disabled after 12 hours. I then tried with the email [redacted], but it also got disabled after a short time. Despite submitting my ID as requested by Facebook, my account remains disabled, and I have not received any updates for over seven days. I believe there might be a conflict due to my previous account deletion. I only used my name, Ed Marohn, to set up the new accounts following all the rules.
