My Instagram account has been disabled for "Sexual conduct," which is absurd. I used my personal account to share pictures of me playing hockey during my hockey season. Instagram cited violations such as posting inappropriate content, selling or soliciting explicit material, or exchanging explicit content, none of which I have done. I have already provided my photo with the code and a picture of my driver's permit but have not received any response. I dedicated years to building this account, only to have it unjustly taken away due to an apparent error. I have never received any warnings from Instagram about my behavior. I am determined to prove that I did not breach the terms of service regarding sexual misconduct.

Every time I access Facebook, I'm prompted to sign in, then asked to input a code, and told that it seems like I haven't logged in from this browser before, and asked if I want to save it. This has been happening for months, despite repeatedly saving the browser for both my iPads. For a brief period, I didn't have to log in after providing my phone number for verification, but now I face the same login process for some games linked to my Facebook account. It's frustrating to spend time logging in, answering questions, and entering codes just to use Facebook and the games associated with it. I'm hoping to have my iPads registered and revert to not having to go through this login process constantly.

I am having trouble posting a business on Facebook for stump grinding and tractor work. Despite being a legitimate business, my ads keep getting rejected. I have reviewed their policies, and the only possible violation I see is not sending them a letter requesting to post on Facebook. I'm frustrated and need to speak with someone live. I am struggling to understand how to get my ad on Facebook Marketplace. I am feeling disheartened because I am trying to promote my legitimate business, but I can't seem to market it like others on Facebook. I don't believe all those individuals wrote letters to Facebook. I provided my phone number in the review section but have not received any calls or emails explaining the issue.

I requested Facebook to send me a password reset code, but they only send it automatically to my phone. Unfortunately, my phone is broken, and I can't access the code to get back into my account. I prefer not to have an account at all than to be online but unable to control my page. Thank you. Hanna E.

I'm having trouble accessing my Facebook pages. I haven't used the account for Claudiamaria Williams and no longer need it. The old email [redacted] is no longer active as xtra.co.nz is no longer available. I created a new account with the email [redacted], but Facebook recognizes it as linked to my old account. My Facebook account, Deatrice Sims, has been hacked along with my email [redacted] I have been attempting to inform Facebook that I cannot access the reset code as I no longer have access to this email. I also tried to receive a code on my cell phone for retrieval but that option is no longer available. Can Facebook send the code to my cell phone and my new email, [redacted]? I simply want to regain access to my account. The hackers continuously changed the password each time I attempted to set up 2-step security, complicating my efforts to reclaim my compromised account. I noticed the hackers' login locations from different cities and states and suspect they used a burner cell phone. I received a message about potential blocking due to frequent password changes caused by the hackers. I apologize for any unintended inconvenience. I am waiting for my ID verification to be completed. I seek assistance as a frustrated Facebook user facing victimization by hackers. Thank you for your attention.

I am having trouble with my business Facebook page. Previously, I could post on the timeline, in the page's stories, and share from my business Instagram account. Now I cannot post on the wall, stories, or share from Instagram to my business page. I have been trying to contact Facebook for almost two weeks without success. I suspect it is related to the business manager on Facebook. I have attempted to remove the business manager account from my page, but I am unable to delete it. I never signed up for a business manager account, just my business page a few years ago. This issue has recently started for me, and I am unsure why. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter so I can post to my page and stories again.

This morning, I had to factory reset my mobile phone, and after doing so, I found myself locked out of my Facebook account. Despite resetting my password and using the one-time access code, I am unable to retrieve the next code sent either to my inaccessible Facebook or my previous phone number. I believed I had updated my phone number to the current one, but it seems there was an error during the process. As my phone is my sole means of accessing Facebook, I am unable to log in via a computer after changing my password. I prefer not to create a new account and would like to access my original account.

Lately, I've been receiving messages from Facebook notifying me about logins from unfamiliar locations, like an iPhone 7 in Los Angeles. When I clicked on "this wasn't me," it took me to the password change option. The issue is that when I created my account in [redacted], I used a non-functional email, [redacted], because back then, valid emails weren't required. Now, I'm trying to input my real email, [redacted], but it asks for a password that I don't remember. I can't change the email without logging in first. I need assistance to regain access to my account quickly to prevent any unauthorized logins. However, I have noticed that my posts are constantly under review or being removed. I have disputed these actions and requested reviews, but the issue persists, with multiple reviews on the same post. I am starting to suspect that either someone is deliberately undermining my sales efforts or that it may be the admin themselves, given the number of removals. I have reached out multiple times regarding an ongoing bullying issue involving Davarrius Harvey, Jameka Booth-Mixon, and myself. To address this problem, we no longer go live from our personal pages but have created a private group. However, when suspicious individuals request to join and we decline and block them, they retaliate by reporting and getting our pages blocked. Despite blocking 35-50 fake profiles and reporting them, our pages continue to be targeted. These individuals openly admit to creating fake profiles to troll and get our pages blocked. It seems like a thorough investigation is not being conducted on our live videos, as we are the ones being bullied. I am considering seeking legal advice as this unfair treatment shows prejudice against us. We rely on going live to connect with our supporters, and it's frustrating to lose followers each time due to this harassment.

Hello! Recently, a friend had to reset her Facebook account due to security concerns. Worried about someone accessing my account without my knowledge, I tried updating my phone number for notifications but couldn't. As a precaution, I changed my email, phone number, and password on my settings and logged out of all devices where my account was open. Now, I can't log in because I can't verify the email sent by Facebook as it was not updated, and the code is being sent to my old inaccessible Yahoo account. My Facebook account got disabled after I posted pictures of my kids, including my nephew, swimming without swim trunks. Shortly after, Facebook notified me of the rule violation and disabled my account permanently. I tried to log in multiple times to no avail. When attempting to appeal, the verification code was sent to a mobile number that I no longer use. I'm the only admin for my Facebook page, where all my kids' photos are from infancy until now. I've emailed Facebook multiple times with no response. I desperately need assistance in reactivating my account and recovering the page. Thank you for any help you can provide.

My account was suspended without cause. I have submitted a photo for verification but have not received a response. I insist that my account be reinstated promptly as I have not violated any policies. I expect this matter to be resolved within 24 hours, or I will consider taking legal action.

My Facebook account was hacked last night. My name is Hannan and I can provide details to confirm it's my account. I studied Pharm D at Karachi University and work as an area sales manager in NQ Pharmaceuticals. I mainly chat with friends on Facebook, including Ghazal Naz for study and fun, Binte Habiba for study, Uzma Riaz for fun, my cousin Waleed Sheikh who sends pokes and stickers, and Kashan Sheikh who also pokes and sends stickers. I am frustrated with being locked out of Facebook for 3 days. Another user on a true crime site used it to make offensive remarks towards white people, including me, using inappropriate language and even threatening my life. Despite reporting this behavior, I was the one penalized and she faced no consequences. I have noticed a lot of concerning content on Facebook such as public embalming, extreme language, nudity, hate speech, bullying, videoed suicides, and death threats that seem to go unchecked. To be punished while others engage in severe misconduct seems unfair and has left me feeling disillusioned with the platform's administration.

I attempted to update my Facebook username from Lea.S.Lazaro to LeaLazaro. Initially, it appeared that the username was open. However, upon selecting it, an error message indicated it was no longer an option. Despite this, my username defaulted to a generic one. Now, when I strive to switch it back to my previous username, an error message states it's unavailable. I believe the issue lies beyond my control. I seek to have my original username reinstated.

Hello, I had set my username to 'RushiRaz', 'rushiraz', or 'Rushi.Raz' a few months ago and wanted to change it. I am not sure which one it was, but it's one of these three. I tried to change it but couldn't. When I tried to revert to my previous username, I encountered an error. I believe this username is unique to me as I have always used it. I would appreciate it if you could assist me in setting my username back to "RushiRaz" on Facebook. Thank you for your help in advance.

Hello, Currently, my company is in the process of developing a chatbot for Facebook Messenger. In order to create a Facebook app for this chatbot, we require a dedicated developer account that can host and test the app. We are keen on maintaining a clear separation between personal and business activities, therefore, we prefer not to use personal Facebook accounts for development purposes. We attempted to set up a developer account for team use, but with Facebook's strict policies against fake accounts, this approach was unsuccessful. I am wondering if there is a way to set up an account specifically for our company or team, which can create a page and manage an app linked to that page. This would enable us to utilize the account solely for development and testing purposes. I believe this issue is common among companies looking to keep work-related activities separate from personal accounts. I have been unable to find a solution thus far.
