I went through the steps, changed the password, and managed to get in. About 20 minutes later, it said I was logged out. When I tried to log back in with the new password, it wouldn't let me in. When I tried to change it, it only brought up an email that is not mine: b*********9@o******.com. I uploaded my ID to Facebook, but I haven't heard anything back. I really want access to my account back. I tried the tip to recover my Facebook account by clicking on the link provided, but when I entered my email, I got a message saying my email ID was not found on the account.

About a month ago, I had an argument in a Democrat forum where someone was being hateful towards Democrats. I called them out on it and got banned by Facebook for three days. Just yesterday, I logged in to find out that I've been banned again for the same reason. I rarely visit these forums due to the negativity they harbor. It's been over a week since I last visited. I haven't violated any rules and feel unfairly targeted. I spend my time playing games and my kids reach out to me through instant messaging since I'm disabled and they're concerned. I'm requesting Facebook to lift the ban so I can connect with my children and play my games. I am willing to remove these forums from my news feed to avoid future issues.

Hello, my username is "Orga Rouji." I recently attempted to change my name on Facebook, leading to a request to confirm my identity. I found three methods to solve this in the "Help Center:" identifying photos of friends, seeking their assistance, or providing my date of birth. Unfortunately, the first method is impossible for me as my Facebook friends are not actual acquaintances, and I don't recognize them or recall their photos. They live far away, making it challenging to ask for help. The third option, strangely, is unavailable to me despite being able to provide my birthdate (13th of August [redacted]). I kindly request access to my account as soon as possible. Thank you! (Apologies for any English errors, it's not my native language.)

My wife, who goes by the Facebook name "Ina De Villiers Pretorius," recently received two phone calls congratulating her on winning R850 [redacted]. The messages were in Afrikaans and appeared to be sent from her Facebook account, even showing an old profile picture of her. The messages encouraged her friends to participate in the opportunity to win a significant amount of money. We are concerned that her Facebook profile may have been hacked, as this appears to be a fraudulent scheme. We worry that other Facebook friends could also be contacted by the hacker(s). The two friends who have already been contacted by the hacker(s) are Beulah Erasmus and Magda Liebenberg (Janse van Rensburg). We would appreciate your attention to this matter. Hello, I'm Audrey Rothgeb. My sister and I are the owners of Sisters Side by Side LLC, a fabric store in Foley, Alabama. I have encountered issues with my business Facebook page being disabled twice, despite it being a space for sewing and quilting discussions without any inappropriate content. I am concerned about losing the followers I have gained. My personal Facebook, under Audrey Rothgeb, has not faced any problems. The business page is called Sisters Side by Side Foley, Alabama. I am experiencing significant issues with my Facebook account and am unable to reset my password. The email address associated with my account is inaccessible, making it impossible to use the email reset option available on my account. I have noticed that unlike on my friends' accounts, my account does not have the option to reset the password via mobile number, only through email. As I cannot access the email linked to my account, I am struggling to change or reset my password. I kindly request your assistance in finding a solution to help me regain access to my account. I am contacting you regarding the Border Concert Band Facebook group. I have been given admin access by the main admin to update the information provided by the band committee. Unfortunately, another admin has revoked my access without proper authorization from the band committee. Despite numerous attempts by both myself and the committee, the admin has declined to add another committee member and has refused to add the safeguarding officer as an admin, posing a security risk. This lack of control has led to the misuse of our photos and name. We are requesting the removal of the rogue admin and the addition of Jason Tattersall as admin, or alternatively, deletion of the group to allow for a fresh start.

Hello, I have encountered some issues with my new brand's Uniquely Me Apparel shop page. Currently, I am facing problems while adding products to collections as only 2 products display at a time. Searching for products doesn't yield more options either. The workaround of adding 2 products at a time shows more, but this stops after 24 products. How can I resolve this issue to add all my products to collections seamlessly? Furthermore, even though items are listed as IN STOCK, some appear as UNAVAILABLE in the shop. Additionally, certain variant product images are not visible to customers despite existing in the catalog. I am looking for guidance on fixing these issues promptly as our store launch is in 2 weeks. Good afternoon, I am an administrator of the Facebook page 3 Cows and a Cone (@3cowsandacone). On Saturday, April 27th, I received a notification that our page was scheduled for deletion, but I quickly canceled it. Later, I noticed that our private messaging had been turned off, which I promptly fixed. On Wednesday, May 1st, I tested the deletion feature and canceled it immediately. However, on Thursday, May 2nd, around 1:30pm, I saw another deletion notice and found our private messaging turned off again. I reversed these changes promptly. Our page previously had three administrators and one editor, but now only two administrators remain. It is puzzling as these deletion attempts must have originated from an administrator, or our page might have been hacked. I shared my views on Sadiq Khan, which were validated by the Queen as seen in the article "Sadiq Khan SNUBBED by the Queen - London Mayor NOT INVITED to Trump state banquet." The statistics in London are alarming: rape up 18%, theft up 34%, homicide up 27%, burglary up 19%, gun crime up 16% (despite guns being illegal), knife crime up 31%, and youth homicide up 70%. Khan's ineffective leadership is evident. It's concerning that I faced social media restrictions on Facebook for stating these verifiable facts, unlike the Queen influencing Khan. My [redacted] followers have less impact than her. I request my account to be unblocked promptly.

There are individuals on Facebook falsely reporting groups, causing them to be changed to secret and potentially deleted. My military-oriented group has been affected, and I heard setting a group to secret for too long leads to deletion. It’s frustrating that Facebook’s customer service is unresponsive, making it hard to address these issues. Having representatives available for chat support would be a huge improvement. Facebook’s current system is frustrating and needs to be more user-friendly.

A few years back, when creating our business FB page, we had to link it to a user profile. To protect our employees' privacy, we made a fictitious profile under the name Peyton Scott. Our business is Pawn Central Clinton. We are now looking to remove this profile to connect our page with our email, [redacted], for better message and review management through a third-party service. I've attempted to log into the fake profile to deactivate it, but due to its age, it doesn't recognize my device, and I can't reach out to the "friends" for verification as we don't know them. I'm seeking assistance in reinstating the account without a security check for self-deactivation, having the account deactivated by you, or separating the email from that account for our business use.

I am facing an issue with a makeup page on Instagram, @mahimaamua, that posted my pictures without my consent. When I asked them to remove the image, they tried to blackmail me into paying them. I have reported this multiple times to Instagram, but haven't received any response. The link to the photo is [redacted], and I have screenshots of the conversation as evidence. As Instagram doesn't seem to be addressing the problem, I am reaching out to the owners, Facebook, for assistance. Thank you for your help.

Hello, I am concerned about the recent requirement for me to change my name on Facebook. My account, Municipiul Sebes, was created in [redacted] with the email [redacted] This account was for the social community in the town of Sebes, Romania, with the zip code [redacted] in Transylvania. I have used this name for social purposes as an employee at the city hall, where it was important for me to maintain some privacy. However, I have been forced to change my name to Sebes Sebes. I am puzzled as to why my original name, which reflects my connection to the town, is now an issue. Meanwhile, I have noticed other users with names like "Sebesul furat" (meaning "Sebesul stoled") and "Ai parcat ca un bou in Sebes" (meaning "you parked like an ox") being allowed to keep their names, which seem inappropriate compared to mine. I would appreciate it if the platform could offer some clarification on this matter, as my account was established long before the recent guidelines were enforced.

Over a year ago, I lost my phone and had to get a new one. Unfortunately, I can't log into Facebook anymore due to the verification code being sent to my old number. I've tried the steps from Facebook's help center, including sending a picture of my ID, but haven't had any success. Despite sending multiple images, I haven't received a response. I even tried reaching out to the number Google provided, but that was not helpful either. Since I primarily used Facebook on my phone, I don't have access to my old number or a known browser to log in from. I feel stuck with Facebook's identity verification process not working for me.

My mother, E. R., is experiencing issues with her two Christian pages on Facebook, "A Warriors Arsenal" and "A Word of Encouragement". She contacted a number she found online for Facebook support, 1-[redacted]. The representative she spoke to mentioned her account was hacked from Ontario, Canada by someone using a Google Pixel 3 phone, even though she only uses an iPhone and has no ties to Canada. They further mentioned her account was being used to post profanity on other pages under her name. Despite her denial of the accusations and request for assistance, the representative abruptly ended the call. E. R. seeks help in resolving this matter to regain control of her pages, clear her name from the inappropriate content, and continue growing her community.

My Facebook account has been compromised. The hacker altered the email address, deleted the linked phone number, and changed my trusted contacts. Despite trying to recover my account through Facebook, both my old and the hacker's new email addresses do not show any account linked, nor does the previous phone number. It seems the hacker keeps changing the email to hinder my attempts to regain control. Given the substantial number of followers on my account, this has been distressing. I can verify my ownership with necessary details like photo ID/passport, the usual IP address used to log in, devices associated with the account, and my custom Facebook URL.

Hello, I've had my Facebook account, Jaymes Don Staudt, since [redacted] with the original email [redacted] Over a year ago, my account was hacked using the email [redacted] by my ex, who changed my password. I regained access and updated my email and password, but later forgot them when my phone was stolen. I attempted to use the Trusted Contacts method to recover my account, but it hasn't been successful. Now, I have a new account, James D Stoudt IV, and sought help through the Facebook help center. They provided a number, 1-[redacted], but the request for a Google Play card for verification seemed suspicious, so I declined. I'm struggling to contact Facebook directly regarding my trusted contacts issue and feel overlooked as a regular user. I value my old account for its memories and photos. Despite following suggestions to clear cache and cookies, the Trusted Contacts method isn't working. I'm hesitant to trust anyone requesting payment without confirmation. If there's another way to recover my account, I'm willing to pay $50 afterwards. Thank you for any assistance.

My Instagram account has been disabled due to "sexual conduct," which is outrageous as I mainly posted pictures of me playing hockey. Instagram accused me of posting, selling, or soliciting explicit content, which I have never done. Despite my attempts to appeal and provide verification, there has been no response. This account meant a lot to me, and losing it without any prior warnings feels unfair. I am determined to demonstrate that I did not violate the platform's terms of service regarding sexual content.

My account got disabled last Friday after receiving money through Facebook Pay from someone whose debit card was compromised. Both accounts were disabled after the transaction. The other person was able to regain access by submitting her ID. Despite following the same process and submitting my ID multiple times, I have not received any help after receiving a temporary password. The link provided leads to an error page consistently, and the temporary password does not work. Despite numerous emails and report submissions, I still haven't had my account restored. I have also tried to report the issue through a friend's account without success. I have changed my password several times but continue to face verification issues. I need access to my account as it holds many valuable memories and photos. Facebook has shut me out without offering a resolution.
