I created an account for a rescued horse that I later sold to someone I thought was a friend. Unfortunately, after giving her access to update the account while I was recovering from a broken pelvis, she changed the contact information and password. Despite the account being linked to my email and phone number, I am unable to reset the password as a different email now appears when attempting to do so. I no longer have access to the account and it seems like she is now using it to post negative things about me. I would like assistance either regaining control of the account or having it completely deactivated. My phone number associated with the account is [redacted].

I am concerned about the slanderous posts on Facebook targeting me. A fan of mine, LISA CALDWELL, is spreading false information about me on multiple accounts, tarnishing my reputation. She is making baseless accusations about me which are completely untrue. Authorities like the RCMP are aware of the situation, and they have advised me to seek help from Facebook. I hope Facebook can intervene promptly to address this issue, as it is causing me distress and damaging my good name. My name is MICHAEL KERR from Nova Scotia, and I urge Facebook to take action against LISA CALDWELL to stop her from spreading malicious stories about me. Your assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

For five years, I used the same phone to access my account until three days ago. When I tried to log in, it claimed it was not a recognized device. Despite receiving a security code, it did not work, so I changed my password via my computer. Each time, I confirmed it was me, only to be told I requested too many codes. Please recognize my device like you did for the past five years. The lack of effective help from Facebook is frustrating, and I seek a resolution. I wish to speak with a human, which currently seems impossible. Please address this matter promptly, or I will consider closing my account.

For the past two weeks, I have been unable to access my Facebook (FB) account. It seems that someone from a different country has taken over my account and changed the language to Arabic. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the email or phone number I used when creating the account over a decade ago. I have submitted my photo ID for identity verification at least twice. It seems the hacker has linked their email to my account. The original email was [redacted], while the current one is [redacted] In an attempt to create a new account on my phone, I got locked out within 24 hours, possibly due to being reported as fake. I am looking to connect with a representative to help resolve this frustrating situation, as my Facebook holds precious memories and photos. Thank you, Travis Chaney.

Since March, April, and May, Facebook has been making unauthorized charges to my account. It started with small amounts like £1 and increased to £7. I had recently deposited money into my account for my use, but now it's being deducted. I contacted my bank, initially thinking it was fraud, but it appears to be Facebook card payments. I don't use Facebook; it's been years since I did, and I don't even have the app on my phone. A total of £23 has been taken, and today another £7 was deducted, causing me anxiety. It seems like someone has my security code and is accessing my funds. I'm unsure why this is happening. I need assistance to deactivate the account, investigate this issue, and ensure a refund as I'm concerned about the ongoing deductions from my account.

Dear Sir, I am experiencing issues with Facebook repeatedly disabling my account without valid reasons. My first account, which is over 18 years old, was disabled because I couldn't provide the old phone number used to open it in [redacted]. Despite my explanation and efforts to verify my identity with my passport, phone number, email, and academic certificates, they disabled it. I created a new account, but it was temporarily blocked even after providing the necessary documentation. I opened another account yesterday, and the same issue occurred. I have consistently provided all required proof of identity, including my passport, phone number, email, and academic certificates, yet my accounts continue to be disabled. This situation is frustrating as I am trying to comply with their requirements. Sincerely, Okorafor H.

Dear Facebook Team, I am reaching out to you for help as I have been attempting to resolve an issue with my blocked links. Despite numerous attempts to contact Facebook, I have not been successful. When trying to use the debug tool, I received a message stating that my links could not be reviewed as they go against community standards. I was only trying to promote my boyfriend's website and shared a few posts on my page containing the link. To my surprise, the posts were later removed, and I now understand they were deemed inappropriate. This situation has negatively impacted my boyfriend's business as we are unable to share the link on Facebook or through related emails. I kindly request your assistance in unblocking the link promptly. The website is simply meant to showcase beautiful light switches and does not pose any harm. I deeply regret unknowingly violating community standards and assure you it will not happen again. Your help in unblocking our website would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your support. Best regards, Belle/A. M.

Hello, my mother's Instagram account, 'the_school_food_project,' was hacked. The account received two emails to change the password and a verification email, confirming her email was compromised. I attempted to reset the password using the email and phone number, but did not receive any SMS messages. When trying WhatsApp for recovery, I received a text to change the password to an unfamiliar account named 'delletedaccountfjenekd,' not my mother's. Her son can still access the account on his phone, showing all content and followers, but the username is different, 'porterite34_0va,' with limited contact info. Instagram's help website didn't offer a solution. My mom, who uses this account for her business, urgently needs access. Any advice or contacts for help are appreciated. Thank you. - Ned.

Dear Mark, I am reaching out as I am facing an issue with my links being blocked on Facebook. Despite my repeated attempts to contact the platform, I have not been able to resolve it. I would be extremely grateful if you could help me with this. The links have been blocked citing a violation of community standards when I tried to promote my boyfriend's website. Subsequently, our posts were removed, and we are unable to share the link on Facebook or even through related emails. The website is harmless, selling beautiful light switches, and unintentionally causing trouble for my boyfriend's business. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused, and I promise to adhere to community standards going forward. Your assistance in unblocking our website would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help. Regards, Belle/ Angelababy M

I am writing to address an ongoing issue I am facing with Facebook. For the past five years, I have been using the same device to access my account and receive alerts. However, recently, I have been encountering a problem where Facebook does not recognize my device when I try to log in. Despite verifying my identity each time, I am repeatedly locked out of my account after briefly gaining access with a security code. I have tried saving my browser, but the problem persists. This situation is frustrating, and I urge Facebook to resolve it promptly. If this problem continues, I will have no choice but to stop using Facebook permanently. I request a permanent solution to this issue to avoid the hassle of repeatedly struggling to log into my account. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Despite explaining the situation to Facebook, my account remained disabled. I created a new account, which was temporarily blocked even after submitting my passport, phone number, email, and academic certificates for verification. It is frustrating that Facebook continues to disable my accounts even after I have proven my identity multiple times. I have attached my passport and academic certificates for verification purposes. Thank you. Sincerely, Okorafor Henry

I recently got a new phone and encountered difficulty accessing my Facebook account. Despite seeking assistance from my phone carrier and visiting their store, I couldn't resolve the issue. Facebook requires a code generator for access, which I can't locate. However, I managed to find it once on another phone linked to my account. I've created numerous passwords and submitted requested identification info to Facebook. Initially, I regained access by requesting help from friends with a new password. Now, I'm being prompted for a generator code again after multiple failed attempts. I understand the security measures but have provided ample information. To simplify matters, I plan to update my phone number and email on my account. Assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I am attempting to promote a $10.00 per ticket Raffle for free Spay/Neuters in our community. Due to the system's regulations against animal sales, my post has been flagged. I appealed this decision but continue to face difficulties sharing it on local trade pages. I estimate having lost around $[redacted].00 in ticket sales, missing the chance to reach those who most need it. I request assistance in resolving this issue promptly or providing a $[redacted].00 reimbursement to cover the lost sales. A financial solution would enable me to support those in need. The raffle, supported by Forgotten Kitty Rescue & OAC Paws, News, & Information, is concluding soon, and it is impossible to recover financially. I have shared the raffle under these organizations and my name. I can provide a flyer image if required via Facebook.

Hi, my name is Hakeem Baynes. I'm having trouble accessing my Facebook account as it got hacked. The email address linked to my Facebook is [redacted], which I only use for Facebook. Recovering is challenging because I don't typically check this email for codes or emails from OUTLOOK. To establish my identity, I am willing to provide a copy of my ID. For now, I've been using my mother's email, [redacted], as a point of contact. Her name is Eurica Alleyne on Facebook and Lois Quamina Baynes on her National ID. Should you need more information to verify my account, I am available to answer any questions related to my Facebook account. I hope to regain access to both my Facebook account under Hakeem Baynes and my email [redacted] Thank you.

I recently purchased a new iPhone, and upon logging into my Facebook account on the new device, I discovered that my profile had changed. My main picture was missing, my posts were different, and I noticed that all 1,[redacted] of my friends and my groups were no longer visible. My daughter, Kelsey T., could still see my old account initially, but as of Monday, May 13th, she also lost access to it along with other friends. I would like to retrieve my old account with all its connections and delete the new one created on my new phone. Could you please advise me on how to proceed and let me know what information you require from me to facilitate this process? Thank you, Jim T.

I accidentally set an inappropriate profile and background image on my new FACEBOOK account, which was unintended. I am not looking to cause any trouble but wish to showcase my artistic work which has an erotic vibe. My goal is to create personalized calendars with high standards. Unfortunately, I am locked out of my account and need guidance on how to rectify this situation. I am willing to delete my account if necessary to comply with the rules. Thank you for your help. - BNS

I made an error by using images on my Facebook profile that were inappropriate unintentionally. I am not a hacker or looking to cause issues, just an artist trying to showcase my work. I have a creative project in mind that may have an erotic undertone but is tasteful. I am unable to access my account now to rectify this issue. I seek guidance on how to proceed, even if it means deleting the account. My goal is to abide by the platform's rules and have my account reinstated. Thank you, BNS.

Hello, I'm having trouble connecting my Facebook account with my Instagram profile. I initially created a new Instagram account for visual art, but it ended up being linked to my music Facebook page. Now, I can't link my music Instagram to the correct music Facebook page; instead, it creates a new page. Even after trying to unlink the visual art account, it stays connected as the default to link to Facebook. It would be more helpful to have a phone conversation to resolve this issue. Thank you for your assistance. The aim is to link my Instagram profile with the music Facebook page.

I've been trying to gain editor access to Taylor Carpenter-The Scott & Paulk Group-Coldwell Banker Denver West business page for Taylor-Carpenter. When I click confirm on the request, I receive an error stating that the link has expired or the page doesn't exist. This issue has persisted for 2 weeks now, and despite reaching out to Facebook for help, we haven't received any response. It's frustrating. I simply want to become an editor for her page, and I need the confirmation links to function correctly. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.
