I am in need of copies of all messages I have sent to Terri Madden since [redacted] for a court case. Can Facebook provide this information for me? I recall only starting communication with her in May or June [redacted], but her spouse is citing adultery in their divorce proceedings and mentioning communication spanning over two and a half years. Can Facebook provide the necessary details to clarify when our communication commenced for the court? This marks my second inquiry on this matter, and I am struggling to grasp the delay in fulfilling this request. I require any and all information regarding our Facebook interactions to dispute these claims.

I have an old Facebook account from [redacted] that I no longer have access to, and it needs to be deleted. The associated email ([redacted]) is no longer active, so I can't retrieve the password. There are inappropriate photos that could harm my business and relationships on the account. I've tried reporting it as fake and the photo as inappropriate, but to no avail. The account was set up before the friends recovery option was available. The old account is named "Courtland Wilson" without a profile photo, and my current account is "Courtland A. We encountered an issue with our business page as the associated email is no longer accessible. In attempting to update the information, we were prompted to provide a photo ID for verification, which we are hesitant to do for security reasons. We are willing to verify our identity using our EIN or Tax ID, but we are uncomfortable submitting personal information. Despite trying to create a new page, it also requires a photo for verification, which poses a challenge as there are no relevant photos to provide. We kindly request assistance in unlocking our account to update the email address and proceed with our business operations. Thank you.

I run a marketing company where my assistant helps manage social media for local businesses. She uses my login to schedule posts in Creator Studio for the assigned pages. I faced similar issues last week, but they resolved when I logged in from my devices. Now, she can't post to 6 out of the 8 businesses as the options are greyed out in Creator Studio. Even on the specific Facebook pages, she can only post as me or the other assigned pages, not as the businesses. We also noticed many Ad Identity Pages added recently, which is new since the problem started. She tried different computers, cleared cache and cookies, reinstalled Pages Manager, and submitted bug reports without success. Any help on how to fix this would be appreciated.

On Friday, May 10th, Jamey Odau responded to a message on Messenger that he believed was from a friend asking about a charitable cause and was corresponding with someone named Helen Butty. Unfortunately, he unknowingly shared his phone number, driver's license number, and Facebook password before realizing it was a hacking attempt. After deleting the messages, they discovered their Facebook account had been compromised. Despite trying to reset the password, they were redirected to an unfamiliar email address. They suspect the account was hacked as strange posts appeared, and some contacts may have been affected. The original email associated with the account, [redacted], is no longer accessible. The new email to contact is provided below. They seek assistance in regaining access to their account to prevent losing important contacts and further damage to their online presence. I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account. I initially used my phone number for the account, but the email associated with it has been deleted. I am a retired individual in New Jersey who has been struggling with setting up a Facebook account since May [redacted]. Despite successfully logging in and completing basic tasks like posting a photo and adding a few relatives as friends, my account has been disabled four times after just 2 or 3 days. I am using a one-year-old IBM ThinkPad for this purpose. None of my friends or relatives have faced a similar issue, and I have followed the online instructions to reactivate my account multiple times. My friend sent me money on Friday using Facebook Pay. Soon after, my page was suspended, and I'm being asked to verify my identity. Despite sending Facebook a picture of my ID multiple times and resetting my password, I am unable to regain access. When I received an email with a link and temporary password, the link was invalid, and the temporary password led to a page saying Facebook is down for maintenance. My friend, who was informed that her account was hacked after sending me money, was able to recover her account today. I'm worried as I have not been able to access my account despite repeated attempts to contact Facebook. I'm unsure why my friend could regain access while I'm still locked out. I've sent my ID multiple times and reached out via email, but haven't received any assistance from Facebook. I'm concerned about losing all the memories stored in my account, as my friend indicated that my account appears deleted when she searched for it.

After not using Facebook for many years, I recently created an account for my new business. I provided minimal information initially to protect my privacy but later realized I was violating Facebook's terms. In attempts to create a new account with more details, I encountered issues with my phone number not being accepted. On my third try, I used a different email, full legal name, a recent photo, hometown, company details, and added family and friends. However, I encountered the same phone number validation problem shortly after. I have had the same phone number for 15 years and am unsure how to proceed with account set up and login. I am unfamiliar with using Facebook and technology in general and need access to my account for my business resources. For the past few days, I've been facing an issue with posting on my business page. Whenever I try to post, I receive an error message stating, "Can't edit status. Sorry, but you don't have permission to edit this status update." This problem is new to me as I've never encountered difficulties posting to my business page before. Additionally, my business page no longer appears in my shortcuts alongside the other pages I manage. Tonight, I spent an hour attempting to resolve this issue. I conducted test posts from my computer, which were successful, but test posts from my phone with text and photos failed with the same error message. The message "Can't edit status. Sorry, but you don't have permission to edit this status update" keeps appearing. I would appreciate any assistance with solving this issue.

Hello, I recently bought three pairs of boots from a company I found on Facebook on April 4th. After several weeks, I received a small package from China with a cheap belt instead of the boots. Upon contacting their customer service, they claimed the package had been delivered correctly. When I pushed for the correct parcel, they insisted I return the wrong item, which would cost too much, and offered just a 30% refund instead. I now realize this is a scam where they send a cheap item, offer a partial refund, and keep most of the money. My account was unfairly suspended for 30 days, and I am seeking assistance from a live representative to address this issue. I am frustrated with the automated banning process that seems to flag content arbitrarily. I shared a joke on Facebook that criticized the account banning system, and as a result, my account was promptly banned. The content in question did not contravene any of the Community Standards. It was neither hateful, violent, explicit, nor insensitive unless the humor was offensive to someone's sensibilities. I am willing to share the post with you to prove its innocuous nature. I find it perplexing that I was banned while similar content circulates freely on other pages without consequence. I demand the immediate reinstatement of my account. If pages like Occupy Democrats and The Other 98% can freely operate despite their contentious content, then my account reinstatement is justified. I am ready to challenge this unfair ban and communicate directly with a representative. I insist on a detailed explanation as to why my account was suspended and point out the specific violation of the Community Standards. I adamantly believe my rights have been disregarded and seek resolution promptly.

Hello, my name is Wajiha S. I have repeatedly asked for help because my husband, Amer M., is attacking me on Facebook using the account name Sunny A. M. His email is [redacted] He is adding my family and friends and posting inappropriate content, including offensive language like calling me derogatory names. After attempting to uninstall and reinstall my Facebook account due to Marketplace loading issues, my account was disabled for allegedly violating Facebook's terms. I went through the verification process by submitting a jpeg of my passport to confirm my identity. Now, I am unsure of how to check the status of my account and when it will be reinstated. The initial issue with Marketplace loading remains unresolved, and I have ensured that I have not breached any of Facebook's terms.

A review by Myriam Abdelaziz was posted on my Voeu Image FB page, claiming the studio is fake and accusing Asia, the makeup artist, of unethical practices. The review includes false allegations of copyright infringement and breach of contract. Myriam signed a contract with Voeu Image granting them copyrights and reproduction rights for the footage created during the event. There are no images from the wedding posted on the FB page. Myriam was paid as per the agreement, with all related expenses accounted for, and the job was done to promote Voeu Image. The review is considered slander and defamation of character. My attempts to address this issue on Facebook have been hindered as Myriam has blocked Voeu Image. I believe the claims made in the review are baseless and have caused me significant distress.
