Since Monday, the 6th of May, I have been experiencing difficulties logging into my Facebook account. Every time I attempt to access it, a notification appears stating there has been suspicious activity on my account. The message prompts me to verify my identity by sending a confirmation code to an old phone number that I no longer use. Despite resetting my password via email, I am still unable to log in. My account remains suspended, and it is no longer searchable by other users. I suspect the issue may have arisen from being near the Russian border in Estonia where my phone could have connected to a Russian signal. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter as I have been without access to my account for a week now. I have not received any response from Facebook after reporting the problem through their feedback forms.

Hello, I am reaching out for assistance regarding my Facebook account under the name Remi Martin. On April 6th, [redacted], my phone was damaged, and I switched to a different device. During that time, I think I changed my password. My profile had a picture of me holding a bottle of Remy Martin liquor. Facebook is crucial for me as it is my main way of communicating with important individuals in my life. I suspect that my account was hacked, and I received a suspicious message from someone posing as my cousin, claiming to be funded by the United Nations to make a call. I did call the number provided but did not proceed due to suspicion of it being a scam. When I initially created my account, I used my Yahoo email as Gmail was not as popular then. I kindly request assistance in regaining access to my account. My name is Remi Corpos, and my contact information is [redacted]. I can be reached at [redacted] or [redacted] Thank you for your help.

On Friday, I ordered food for myself and a friend at work. After work, she sent me money using Facebook Pay. While chatting with another friend on Messenger after entering my account details to receive the money, she called me to inform me that I had blocked her on Facebook, which was not the case. Upon checking Messenger, I discovered that I had been logged out due to a potential hacking attempt on my account. Despite submitting my identification photo multiple times, I only receive a link and temporary password from Facebook. However, the link provided appears invalid when clicked or pasted into my browser, and the temporary password leads to an error message stating that Facebook is currently undergoing maintenance. Resetting my password repeatedly does not resolve the issue, as Facebook keeps requesting further proof of identity. Although my friend encountered a similar problem but managed to regain access to her account, I am still locked out. I am concerned about losing access to my account, which holds valuable pictures and memories, especially since I have not violated any rules.

For the past few days, I've been facing issues with using Facebook. I can only like posts, everything else is not working. I can't respond to notifications, comment, read comments, or share anything. It's frustrating because I couldn't even send Mother's Day wishes yesterday. I tried posting about sending Mother's Day cards to St. Jude's Hospital, but Facebook blocked it and now nothing works. I've reported the problem multiple times, but nothing has been resolved yet.

We've had a business page for a while now, originally under a different name. After joining a chiropractic franchise, we changed the page's name to reflect this and granted admin access to the franchise. Since we've ended our affiliation with HS, we are now Maple Leaf Chiropractic Tempe. We are facing challenges changing the current page name back to ours, Healthsource of Tempe. To prove our legitimacy, our new website is www.mapleleafchirotempe.com. Once we can switch the name back, we'll remove the temporary site. Preserving our current followers is essential. Once the name is updated, we plan to start running Facebook ads. Could you please guide us on how to proceed to resolve this issue? Your assistance is truly appreciated.

I have two Facebook accounts, but one did not transfer to my new phone. I can still access it on my old phone, but when trying on the new one, it asked for proof of identity with a copy of my driver's license. After sending it, they requested a business license/identification, which is not applicable as this is a personal account. I tried changing the email address, but could only add another email. How can I activate this account on my new phone when I can still access it on my old one? I have many friends on it, and I don't want to lose them. Can anyone assist me?

I recently received a ban from Facebook due to what I believe was an unjustly labeled comment. Surprisingly, this ban seems to have extended to all websites utilizing the Facebook plug-in, including the Newsweek site and even my local newspaper, the Skagit Herald. Despite multiple attempts to contact Facebook for clarification, I have not received a response. I am seeking a detailed explanation as to how and why Facebook can prevent me from participating in discussions on various media platforms. I find it concerning that a ban from one platform can have such far-reaching consequences. I am not overly concerned about the ban itself, but rather the broader implications of this action. I plan to reach out to my representatives, senator, state Attorney General, and other authorities to address what I perceive as an alarming overreach by Facebook.

My business page, Bandy Doodles, on Facebook is experiencing harassment, negativity, and bullying from members in similar community groups. They are leaving terrible reviews, comments, and posting inappropriate pictures, despite not being our actual customers. We are receiving 5-star reviews and positive feedback from genuine customers. These actions are damaging our business reputation unfairly. I urgently request removal of all the hateful content as soon as possible. I have blocked some users, but assistance is needed to address this ongoing issue. Your prompt action in reviewing and addressing these unwarranted reviews and comments is greatly appreciated.

My account was compromised in January [redacted]. I am unable to access it on my phone, but I can log in on my PC. After changing my password, the system prompts me to enter a 6-digit login code from the code generator, which I cannot access because I can't log in on my phone. Consequently, I am locked out of my account. When attempting to recover the account on my phone, it says an SMS code has been sent but I never receive it, despite having used my correct phone number for account recovery. Facebook is crucial for my job, and I urgently need access restored.

I recently received multiple blocks on Facebook for what I believe are unreasonable reasons. Firstly, I was blocked because of an image I didn't intend to post. I was testing the 3D image feature with a quirky sculpture and inadvertently uploaded it. However, I didn't actually post it; I was merely exploring the feature. Despite this, I was blocked for two days due to this misunderstanding. The second block stemmed from a satirical and humorous image of a party scenario where a woman humorously bites a man's nipple. Although Facebook's guidelines restrict nudity, there is an exception for content posted in a satirical or humorous context. This post was shared on my meme page dedicated to finding humor in out-of-context pictures.

My account was hacked on May 10th, and I haven't been able to log in since then. The hacker has been liking posts and possibly using Messenger on my account. I cannot reset my password as I no longer have access to the associated email, which I created solely for setting up my Facebook account years ago. I'm concerned about losing all my photos and my network of friends for future professional opportunities. I've attempted all the account recovery options, but my lack of updated security features may have made it easier to hack. I can provide my old password and proof of identity. Please assist me in recovering my account as I am unable to resolve this using the online tools provided. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

I recently got a new phone and encountered some issues logging into Facebook. After struggling for a bit, I managed to resolve the login problem. Subsequently, I attempted to add a trusted friend, but was alerted about unfamiliar security measures due to the new phone. To secure my account, I clicked continue, which led me to approving the session from a previously used device. I logged in from the old device, but unfortunately, the approval did not go through. As a result, my account is now locked in a "secure" mode, leaving me unable to access it.

My issue remains unresolved as my business continues to be adversely affected by another business page associated with my address that has been closed for over 2 years. Despite my efforts with Facebook and the verification of my business at this address, the issue persists. The account owner, "Rub it inn lounge," is incarcerated, and this outdated page is negatively impacting my business operations. It hinders my customers from checking in, obtaining accurate directions, or accessing my business page. As both the property and business owner, I have provided relevant documentation to support my claims. I am seeking legal advice from my attorney to address this situation with Facebook formally. The persistence of this issue for the past two years requires urgent action. Todd Rooney, Owner of R & R Bar and Grill.

Hello Facebook Support Team, I am experiencing difficulties with my Facebook account. Someone hacked into my profile recently which led to changes in my primary email address. Despite trying to secure my account, I encountered issues with logging in and confirming my identity due to mismatched birthdates between my Facebook account and my official identification. I have been proactive in trying to rectify the situation by providing the necessary information, but I have not been successful in regaining full access to my account. I am reaching out for assistance to resolve this matter promptly as I am unable to complete the requested steps for identity confirmation. Your help in restoring my account access is greatly appreciated. Thank you sincerely, Shivani T.

I have encountered some issues with my Instagram accounts. I attempted to contact Instagram via email, but it seems that the email support is no longer available. I initially wanted to create an Instagram account under the username _confiayfluye, which matches my official website, only to discover that the username was already taken. Despite owning the domain, the Instagram account I created with the alternate username, _confiayfluye, has been disabled. I am unsure why this happened and hope to resolve this situation. Subsequently, I used the username confia_fluye, but I fear this account may also face deactivation. Moreover, I am experiencing difficulty using my email [redacted] to set up a new personal Instagram account. The platform indicates that the email is associated with another account, yet when I searched for that account, it was not found. I am perplexed as I have no recollection of setting up an account with that email address. As a result, I currently have a disabled account and am unable to create a replacement personal account due to these unforeseen challenges. Your assistance in resolving these matters would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there, I used to enjoy how my Page Notes would automatically post to my linked Twitter account, but I've noticed it hasn't been working recently. My Facebook account is connected to Twitter, the Notes option is checked, the sharing is set to public, and the Notes appear on Facebook but not on Twitter. Here is my usual process: 1) Log in to Facebook 2) Click on the dropdown arrow labeled as "userNavigationLabel" 3) Select my government organization Page 4) Navigate to Notes on the left side 5) Click on +Add Note 6) Write the title and text 7) Hit Publish Regular Facebook posts still go to Twitter, just not Notes. I'm hoping this can be fixed or if I'm missing a step, I'd appreciate feedback from Facebook. Thank you for your help!

I recently came across an ad for the Keto Pure Diet and was interested in trying it. The website mentioned the cost to be $29.95, but after placing the order, I was surprised to see a charge of $[redacted].00. Nowhere during the process was this higher price mentioned, leading to a feeling of deception. It's disappointing that Facebook, where I found the ad, would allow such misleading promotions. This experience has shaken my trust in Facebook, and I might consider discontinuing my use of the platform.

On Good Friday, there was an unsuccessful attempt to hack into my initial account. After regaining access, I changed my password. A week ago on 5-12-19, an unknown Hispanic individual with only 16 friends added me as a friend without my consent, possibly through a compromised account. I promptly removed the suspicious account, modified my password, and set up two-step authentication with my phone number [redacted]. Unfortunately, this caused a continuous loop of code verification being sent to my phone, ultimately leading to being permanently locked out of my account. Despite multiple attempts to verify my identity by submitting my driver's license and picture, Facebook Help Center has not assisted me in regaining access to my first account. As a result, I have created a second account under the email [redacted] and am cautious about accepting friend requests. I am seeking assistance in deactivating my inaccessible first account as it creates uncertainty among my friends. Any guidance on this issue would be greatly appreciated as I am frustrated with the lack of response from Facebook.

I recently created a new account because someone hacked into my phone. I had to redo all my accounts from scratch. I encountered some issues where it wouldn't let me use my phone number since it was linked to my old account, so I used my mom's instead. After confirming my account with a picture, I noticed all my old account information was still there, which doesn't make sense. Now, it keeps prompting me to "connect" but fails to do so even though I have both Wi-Fi and data. I'm worried that my account could be hacked. I need help resolving this issue. Please contact me at [redacted] or email me at [redacted]
