Hello, I’m Stephen Hosegood. I've been locked out of my Facebook account for almost four years. I can't access the associated email either. My ex-girlfriend changed my login details to keep me out of the account and did the same for my email. She's using my children as leverage to hurt me, and the photos on the account are all I have of them. I want to access my old email or delete it to start fresh. I have identification to prove my identity, but I can't remember some old details requested for verification due to the account's age. I'm willing to speak with someone and provide a photo of myself with my government ID for verification. I really hope for assistance with this. Thank you for your time. Stephen H.

I created a Facebook account in February of [redacted] without adding a phone number. Unfortunately, I faced a family loss and had to step away from the account. Now, I'm attempting to log in using the same email and computer but with a new internet connection due to a move. Despite having the original security code from when I opened the account, Facebook keeps labeling my sign-in attempts as suspicious. When I try to reset my password using the link they provide, I'm asked to reach out to 'trusted contacts' that I didn't select but were apparently assigned by Facebook. These contacts are from online marketing groups I joined while exploring work-at-home opportunities. Unfortunately, some of them are inactive with no recent posts. Facebook periodically unlocks my account, but I keep getting stuck in the loop of needing these contacts to confirm my identity, causing repeated failed sign-in attempts. I'm eager to regain access to my account but find myself unable to break this cycle of lockouts and reliance on unfamiliar 'trusted contacts'.

I manage a business page named Mystic Sisters of the Desert that I own and created. After the recent update on the site, I have lost the ability to post on my business page under that name, but my editors, moderators, and other admins can still do so. My business relies heavily on Facebook, especially for Facebook Live, and the only way I can currently post is as a visitor to my page, resulting in fewer viewers seeing my content. I have attempted various solutions over the past few days without success. As Facebook is vital for my business and the primary source of my income, I am urgently seeking a resolution to this issue to avoid missing out on clients and appointments. I recently got married and wanted to update my last name on Facebook. However, I forgot my password in the process and now I am locked out of my account. The email linked to my Facebook is an old one which I no longer have access to in order to reset my password. I tried using the codes sent by my contacts, but it kept saying I attempted too many times. I don't want to create a new account as I have many memories and photos stored on this one. I'm hoping to find a way to regain access to my account, possibly by using my phone number for verification.

I'm experiencing an ongoing issue with Facebook requesting that I upload a photo showing my face due to suspected unusual activities on my account. This is frustrating as it has happened before with my previous account, which I lost along with all my old photos and contacts. Despite creating new accounts, I keep facing similar problems, such as account disablement for adding friends. I've lost numerous contacts and friends due to this issue. Although I uploaded a clear photo as requested, my current account is at risk of being disabled. If Facebook fails to resolve this matter, I am considering discontinuing the use of their platform. Hello, my name is Keita Krystal Kilarney H., and my Facebook username is Krystal Singh due to my husband's surname. I am a New Zealand citizen currently in India on holiday with my husband's family. I am puzzled as to why Facebook has disabled my account, which I have had for over 2 years. I have never posted anything inappropriate on my page. I have been using Facebook for many years with the email [redacted] Now, I am unable to access Facebook and they are requesting my driver's license, which I find unsafe. There is no phone support available which is frustrating. I have never had to enter my password before, and now I have to deal with a code that never works. I am not willing to change my email for Facebook. The time spent trying to resolve this issue has been incredibly frustrating. I signed up as a political candidate, but the verification letter arrived too late, rendering the political page useless. Now, my regular Facebook account is inaccessible. I refuse to provide my driver's license information due to privacy concerns. Please sort this out promptly.

As a marketing consultant, I am trying to access a company's business pages on Facebook and Instagram. I have requested access to the two current Facebook pages through Facebook Business Manager, but I know they are inactive because the email used to manage them is lost. Although I have access to the Instagram page, I am struggling to bring it into Facebook Business Manager. I have spent approximately 6 hours trying to become the admin and even created an additional account to try every possible way to import the page. I am starting to question if all this effort is worth it, as it seems like I may spend another week trying to gain access without any response. I have reached out to Facebook three times for support through different channels, and this is my final attempt to seek any assistance.

My friend's (now former) Facebook account was hacked a few months ago. She created a new one after contacting customer support to help close the old hacked account. The issue was complex because the old account was created when she was young and she couldn't access the linked email or outdated phone number. Although she doesn't mind not being able to use the account again, she was devastated to lose all the photos and videos stored on it. Is there any way to recover them? Perhaps by reviewing old messages to confirm her identity and make the files available through another account or by any other means to help her retrieve these sentimental files, including nearly all her only daughter's baby pictures. I am unable to access my Facebook account as I haven't received the confirmation code despite numerous attempts. I have been experiencing this issue for the past two days, and it is causing me severe anxiety since all my friends are on Facebook. Now, I am locked out for attempting multiple times to log in. When will I be able to try again? I have changed my password multiple times but to no avail. It seems like the Trusted Contacts feature is not working as well; even my wife is unable to help. Many others on Verizon seem to be facing the same issue. I have followed all the steps on the Facebook support page, but most of them require me to be logged in, which I cannot do. Please fix this issue urgently.

I created a Facebook page around [redacted] called "Yeudyah Ysrayl," but forgot about it as I mainly use my current page "Jay Jay Hudson." Lately, when trying to log in on my Android phone with my new page's credentials, I found my old page instead. It's puzzling how Facebook linked my old page to my current phone number and email [redacted] since the accounts are not related. The old page "Yeah Ysrayl" represents a previous life chapter I've moved on from as a recovering trauma survivor. I'm dismayed to be receiving emails related to that old account. I'm wondering why Facebook connected them, considering the old page has been inactive for almost a decade. I am seeking help for a friend who has had two Facebook accounts stolen by an individual who used to manage the account Xhemal Adjini from Macedonia, which has now been taken down. The pages stolen were "Banner The Super Hero Service Dog" and have been renamed to "Koyote Lajme Trend," with a third clone page called "Just Banner Super Hero Service Dog" also created. Despite reporting the theft and fraudulent activity on these pages, they remain active and the reports disappear. The person who stole the pages has been taking pictures from the original owner's Instagram account without permission and harassing the owner and her friends, mainly through Messenger. Despite reaching out to Facebook for assistance, no action has been taken, causing significant damage. The thief claims to work for Facebook and appears to be fluent in Albanian, possibly using a translator for English. I observed the page management location change from Menlo, Georgia (original owner) to Kosovo (thief) during the initial stages of the theft. I wish for this individual to be stopped and the pages returned to the rightful owner. I possess screenshots of these incidents as evidence. Please provide a direct contact for further assistance.

Hello, I need assistance as my Facebook account has been disabled by your security system. I have been using the email "[redacted]" and the mobile number +91 [redacted] to access my account regularly. Yesterday, I was able to log in without any issues, but today, I am unable to access my account. When I try to log in, it states that I have violated the terms and conditions, which I haven't done. Someone has hacked into my account. While playing PUBG, I noticed someone using my Facebook ID, which alerted me to the hack. I have already submitted a copy of my ID for verification. I want to clarify that any activity on my account since yesterday morning is not done by me, and I should not be held responsible for it. Please assist me in recovering my Facebook account. I am trying to verify my profile linked with my Facebook account using my email, [redacted], and phone number, [redacted]. Previously, I used [redacted] for another Facebook account. After my phone broke, I purchased a new one from Verizon. However, not all the data from my old phone transferred over, including my Facebook account which was already logged in. I am unable to access my account on the new phone because I cannot recall my password, and the email associated with it is from a long time ago with a forgotten password as well. The phone number linked to my account is also outdated. I have been trying various methods to reach out to Facebook about my hacked account for about a month now, but unfortunately, I have been unsuccessful in getting through to them. It's frustrating to see a lack of customer service support from such a large social media platform. Hello, I used to have a Facebook account that I closed due to a career change. My previous business, Global Tread, had a page named Chef.Hire on Facebook. Now, I have started a new venture in tarot card readings called Sublime Spirit Tarot Readings. I created a new Gmail account and phone number for this business. Hello Facebook, I have been trying to reach out to you through various platforms regarding my compromised Facebook account. Around May 15, [redacted], my phone was stolen, and I recently discovered that the thief is still using my phone and Facebook without my permission. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unsuccessful in recovering my account up to now. My Facebook name is "Mphahlele Kabelo Vincent," and my login email is [redacted] The login approval codes were active, but I can no longer access my Facebook account since I no longer use the Blackberry email and cannot reset the password. Dear Sir, I am in need of assistance; I am feeling frustrated due to the support I received from a security specialist named Linda. She was not attentive to my queries and treated me poorly, which left me upset. I am eager to pay for my Ads promptly to support my business, but Linda has blocked my payment account and insisted I get a new credit card. Despite confirming with my bank that my current card has no issues and is not linked to any fraudulent activities, I am hesitant to change it due to its importance and cost implications. I believe there should be a more flexible solution instead of being forced to switch cards. I have been using this card for 20 years without any problems, and it is unsettling to encounter such a situation.
