Hello, I am Deny Ann Sofia Reyes and my Facebook account is under the name Sofia Reyes. I recently changed my password but unfortunately, I got logged out and now can't remember my password. Despite numerous attempts, I am unable to access my account. I tried the Facebook Help Centre which directed me to use codes from my trusted contacts. However, after entering the codes, I received conflicting messages. One indicated that my email is already used on another account and the other said I tried too many times. This has been my second day struggling to regain access. I also tried providing a new email and phone number but to no avail. I am stuck in the trusted contacts procedure. I need help to login, reset my password, and enhance my account security and privacy.

Hello Facebook Agent, I hope you are having a great day. I encountered a small issue that I'm unsure how to resolve. I recently created a new Facebook account and set up a business page on it. Following that, I accessed my business manager and attempted to link my accounts to create ads. Regrettably, I only see my personal page listed in the Ads Manager, not my business Facebook page. I am unable to find a solution on how to connect my Business Facebook Page with my Ads Manager. I would truly appreciate your assistance, understanding you have a busy schedule. Thank you in advance.

Hello, I recently enabled two-step verification on my Facebook account. Unfortunately, I accidentally logged out and have been unable to log back in despite numerous attempts. Facebook prompted me to enter a login code, but I haven't received any texts due to being locked out for over two weeks. I have submitted my government-issued ID, a picture of myself holding the ID and a code as requested, but have not received any response from Facebook. Unfortunately, I enabled two-step verification on my Facebook account, and unintentionally logged out. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to log back in as I am not receiving the login code or text messages containing the code. I have provided my government-issued ID and a picture of myself holding a sign with a code as requested by Facebook, but have not received any response from them for over two weeks. I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account. A scammer deceived me into giving away my username and password. They attempted to extort $[redacted] from me and when I declined, they accessed my FB account, changed my contact email, and added a fake phone number, preventing me from receiving reset codes. Despite obtaining reset codes from trusted contacts, I keep encountering an error message stating "you are trying too often, try again later," invalidating the codes. I provided all requested identity verification and sent multiple documents via mail, but Facebook has ceased communication. All I seek is to regain access to my account, which I have held for over a decade.

I am in need of assistance resetting my password for Facebook. I accidentally logged out and can't recall my password. When trying to use the code sent by friends, I received a message stating the email is already in use on another account, which is incorrect. I didn't use an email but a phone number, and my account isn't linked to an email. Despite reaching out to Facebook, they couldn't find an account associated with the email provided, which I know because my account doesn't have an email. I'm hoping to regain access to my account without creating a new one and losing my data. Your help in resetting my password is much appreciated.

Hello, about a week ago, I received a message from someone I thought was a friend on Facebook, saying she won a grant from Facebook and my name was on the list. She asked for my Facebook password, a copy of my ID, and some information. Sadly, it turned out to be scammers who took over my Facebook page, changed my password, and blocked me from my account without my knowledge. The next day, I created a new account to warn my friends about the scam. However, any account linked to my name seems to be disabled. I've submitted my identification to you twice, but I haven't received a response. Can you please assist me?

My account has been disabled permanently, and I am confused as to why. The email I received mentioned security reasons and did not provide details. I submitted my current state-issued ID but was still denied access. This account holds many important memories for me, including photos of my son's birth. Restoring access is crucial, especially since I am currently unable to use my phone for communication without my Facebook account. I am willing to provide any additional identification needed to prove my identity and regain access. My Facebook account is under the name Kylie Rae, and although I briefly changed it to Kylie Kylie, it was reverted due to a fake name violation. I desperately seek help in recovering my account and preserving my cherished photos. The loss of my memories is deeply upsetting, and I am eager to resolve this issue and retrieve my valuable content.

My original account has been disabled without any explanation, despite having used it for years with personal photos and memories. I've tried to contact the help center multiple times to no avail. I recently tried to access my old Facebook account that was deactivated back in [redacted]. I had briefly logged in again in [redacted] but deactivated it once more. Now, I urgently need access to the content on that account due to a potential legal issue. After forgetting my password and changing it, my account is currently "locked" pending security requirements. Since I only had one email linked to this account and no other alternatives, my sole option is to contact five old Facebook friends from when I was 16. I've reached out to four of them, but unfortunately, one has passed away. Only one friend has seen my message and replied, attempting to help by clicking on the www.facebook.com/recover link. However, an error occurred showing the link as invalid. I've tried submitting my ID through the Facebook Help Center, but it keeps rejecting my email address, claiming that my account is not locked. On May 7th at 8:39 am, I received a message from Facebook regarding a report about my account. They stated that it was reported for impersonation and that they would review it. Shortly after, at 8:45 am, I received another message stating that my account was removed for violating Community Standards. They requested an ID to confirm my identity or to report any mistakes. Later, at 9:08 am, I received a further message requesting documentation to verify my account ownership in order to regain access. Despite sending my passport photo, the issue persists. I received another message at 4:53 pm reiterating the need for documents to confirm ownership. I explained that I used my maiden name just for classmates to find me, but the problem remains unresolved. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Raelyn Holdsworth McFarland.

I recently created a Facebook account after much encouragement from friends and family. After selecting a few favorite bands and adding a profile picture, my account was immediately disabled, and I was asked to provide a photo of myself. I first sent the same full photo I used as my profile picture and was then requested to send a close-up picture of my PA Driver's license to appeal the account suspension. I complied and submitted the necessary photos. I have been submitting appeals every few days since my account was disabled on 05/05/19. Unfortunately, I have not been able to reach anyone at Facebook for assistance. I kindly ask for help in resolving this issue so I can reconnect with my loved ones. Hello Facebook team, I have been experiencing this issue regularly for the past few days. I am puzzled as to why this problem, which has never occurred in the past 2 years, has suddenly started happening over the last month. If you suspect that my account is fake, please disable it entirely. Even if this is not the case, the repeated inconveniences are concerning. I am certain that there has been a mistake somewhere. I was using my ID when this issue occurred, and my security measures are robust. Therefore, I believe there may be an error in your review process. I'm having trouble with an item listing on Facebook/Marketplace because it's linked to a deactivated email address. I've tried different solutions with no success. I resorted to deleting the deactivated and new email accounts. Now I'm not sure what I've done. I want to completely remove these accounts and start fresh with a new one using my updated email address. My Facebook account has been disabled without any reason. When I tried to log in from my phone as usual, I received a message saying it's disabled. I am unable to recover my Facebook account using my old Yahoo email, which shows how long I've had this account. I risk losing all the pictures of my daughter on Facebook if I can't regain access. I am also a beta tester for the new updates. I need Facebook to restore my account as I did nothing wrong. My account was set up to receive all news, and I need the option to change my email to my current Gmail since I can't access the old Yahoo email. Please help me as I don't want to lose my account, which I've had since [redacted]. I have always used the same account and never created multiple accounts. I hope they can restore my account with the option to switch to my Gmail from [redacted].

I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account that is linked to my Yahoo email address, [redacted] Three weeks ago, I changed my password, but a couple of days later couldn't log in. Facebook claims I am using an old password, but I haven't changed it since the update. I tried accessing my Yahoo email, which I haven't used in years, but it says the email doesn't exist. I set up three trusted contacts to help me recover my Facebook account, but after entering their codes, I received a message saying I was trying too frequently, even though I waited a day or two between attempts. I reached out to Facebook support but haven't found a solution. Are there any other methods I can try to regain access to my account?

My account was disabled for alleged trademark violations, and I would like to appeal this decision. My name is Melinda Slingsby, and my email is [redacted] I am unable to contact the person who reported me, as she is a former disgruntled employee. She had previously signed a model release form authorizing the use of her pictures for promotional purposes while working for me. Unfortunately, she has now started a competing business and is maliciously reporting old posts featuring her images (with consent). I would have gladly removed the images if she had only reached out to me directly. She previously granted written permission for their use even if she left her position. This situation stems from her personal vendetta to harm my business. I am prepared to provide Facebook with copies of the model release form and employment contract to refute these false allegations aimed at sabotaging my business.
