My Facebook and iCloud were recently compromised by an individual named Brad Carleton. He mentioned having assistance from a friend to hack into my Facebook account, stealing deleted photos. I shared a photo with someone named Dan English, who then deleted it from our conversation. Somehow, this mystery person still acquired the photos and is now distributing them. I have reported this to the Belleville Ontario police for appropriate action. It is concerning and distressing that someone named Janet Tthomas from Peterborough sent me these photos but refused to disclose their origin, later blocking me. This situation is serious as it could have severe consequences. Urgent intervention is necessary to address this matter promptly.

Dear Sir, I have been using my Facebook account for almost 4 years now. Recently, I was asked to confirm my identity, but I mistakenly sent my profile picture instead of my voter ID. Now, whenever I try to access my account, I only see the message: "Unfortunately you won't be able to access your account while we are reviewing this additional documents. We appreciate your patience, and we will get back to you as soon as we can." Is it possible for me to have another chance to provide my ID card details and regain access to my account? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

After setting up two-step verification for my account to enhance security, I unfortunately lost my phone while running errands. Since I mainly used Facebook on my phone, I now face difficulty accessing my account due to forgotten passwords for both Facebook and Gmail. Adding to the challenge, one of the trusted contacts listed happens to be my second Facebook account, which I am also locked out of. I have attempted multiple times to resolve this issue without success. Can this situation be rectified?

I received a message stating that my session has expired. My cellphone is the only trusted device for my Facebook account. However, the Facebook application no longer recognizes it as trusted. I am unable to receive the 6-digit code required to log in as I had not provided my phone number for this account before. My Facebook account is under the name Andreea Blagu, and the email associated is [redacted] I am the admin for my business account "L'amour du pain" and a user for the clinic where I work, "WhiteKiss." I purchased a ring from a seller named Wendy Odom Mynatt. The Watermelon Tourmaline ring was listed as genuine, but upon inspection at a jewelry store, it was confirmed to be a fake. When I tried to address this with her, she disagreed and then blocked me, preventing me from reporting her as a seller. I am seeking to report her for misleading claims.

Hello, I'm Jesse Lopez and I require assistance as I can't recall my email address or password to log in to my profile under the name Low Ak. My memory is impacted due to Schizophrenia, hindering my ability to remember account details. Could you kindly provide me with the email address associated with the Low Ak account? Thank you in advance for your help. I eagerly await Facebook's response to assist me in resolving this matter. Your prompt reply is greatly appreciated. Goodbye.

My Facebook account has been hacked, and the hacker is sending my ID pictures to people. They've changed my phone number and email, so I can't access my account. It's temporarily locked, asking for a password which I can't reset as they've changed it. I've been struggling to regain access for a week but the hacker keeps getting back in.

Hi, I am Hendrik, and I have 2 Facebook accounts for gaming purposes. I am not a hacker; I simply use my email for Facebook - [redacted] (hendrik4) and [redacted] (mitos4). The other night, I was at an internet cafe playing games for 8 hours, and when I felt sleepy, some of the other visitors seemed suspicious, so I changed my Facebook password for [redacted] (mitos4). The next day, I forgot the new password. Can you assist in resetting my Facebook password? I can provide my identity for verification.

In the past on Facebook Messenger, when you were in a group chat with someone you had blocked, you would receive a message warning you about this when you opened the chat. However, after a recent update, the message now includes the blocked person's name and profile picture. This change can be unsettling for users as seeing the profile picture of someone you've blocked could be distressing. People typically block others on Facebook to avoid being reminded of them, so displaying their name and photo in this context is clearly inappropriate.

Hi, I'm writing because my Facebook account was disabled three days ago. I didn't violate any community standards, so waking up to find my account gone was a shock. I reached out to Facebook through the help center, but haven't received a response. I'm upset because I've been a member for fifteen years and have many photos and contacts on my account. The last thing I did was answer a question in a group page called "I Have a Question," which shouldn't have caused any issues. I'm hoping to have my old account restored rather than creating a new one. Could you please clarify what happened and if it was due to a hack? It's puzzling to me, especially since I didn't even post anything before my account was disabled. I appreciate any help or insight you can provide. Thanks, Leah.

I recently created a new account to begin anew. Before I could upload a profile picture, I was unexpectedly logged out. To proceed, the system prompted me to verify my identity by uploading a photo. However, as I hadn't uploaded any images on my account yet, this has caused me concern. I am currently unable to log in as the system awaits verification of a photo that isn't there. This has become a frustrating ordeal that I would like resolved promptly.

I'm unable to access my Facebook account due to a severe head injury sustained in a car accident on February 23rd. While experiencing post-traumatic amnesia, I inadvertently changed my password and can't recall it due to short-term memory loss. The email associated with my account, [redacted], is unfamiliar as I haven't used it for a long time. Although I have my phone number linked to the account, it was lost during the accident and subsequently changed as I recently switched phone carriers after being discharged from the hospital following treatment for a traumatic brain injury. My current number is -+[redacted]6, and I'm unsure if there's any way to regain access without starting anew, a prospect that is challenging for me due to my aversion to change.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my account through the usual means. When attempting to log in, I was prompted to verify my identity using one of two methods. Opting for option 1 to receive a text message code, I have made several attempts but have not received any code, despite selecting the correct mobile number. I then proceeded with option 2 (alternate phone) and advanced to view recent login sessions. Upon review, I discovered three sessions using Chrome on a desktop PC on April 30, May 3, and May 8. As I rarely utilize Facebook on a desktop or laptop, I am concerned about these sessions. Though I managed to reset my password via "find my account" and confirmed my identity through email, I am still unable to log in without repeating the verification process. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am experiencing repeated issues accessing my Facebook accounts. I initially created a personal profile and a page for my prospecting business. However, I keep getting locked out of both accounts. Frustratingly, I had to change my email and create a new profile, only to face the same problem when I made a new page. My profile account is "Wades MonsterProspecting," and my page is "Monster Prospecting." These names are important to me as a prospector. Resolving this matter promptly is crucial because this is a busy time for my business. I believed using Facebook would benefit my prospecting endeavors and help others with similar goals. I teach gold panning and have designed my gold retrieval system. I hope for a swift resolution so I can continue pursuing my hobbies and dreams. Thank you.

I have been a member of Facebook for six or seven years. Recently, I fell for a scam where someone claimed I won $10,[redacted] through Facebook. After sending them $[redacted] over messenger, I realized it was a scam. They took control of my profile and messenger, and then locked me out of my account by changing passwords and emails. They are now impersonating me and messaging my family and friends. I live in Arkansas, and the scammers are using the names Brown Williams and Mike Anderson. My Gmail showed activity from Nigeria. I am desperate to regain access to my account, where I store precious pictures of my children. I have been trying to report this since Monday, but I need help as I am not very tech-savvy. I feel like I am stuck in a nightmare. Please assist me in recovering my account. Thank you.

I have made several requests to change the name of the page I manage for a secondary school alumni association. After receiving rejections from Facebook, I successfully submitted a request with supporting documents for a name change. However, upon trying to log in, I received a message saying my documents are under review. I have emailed Facebook but have not received a response. It is urgent as I need to communicate with a large following of alumni for upcoming events. I need access to the account with the new name to keep the students connected. I would appreciate an update on the status of my account and when I can expect to use it again. Thank you. - Monica

Hello, I have been using my Facebook account since [redacted]. However, this year, in April, my account was disabled without any warning and remained disabled for over 35 days. After that period, I received an email from Facebook stating that my account was disabled by mistake, and they reactivated it. But then, it was disabled again for 5 days, only to be reactivated once more with a similar explanation. Yet again, for the third time, it was disabled without any given reason, and it has now been disabled for over 15 days. Despite submitting all my original IDs to Facebook, I have not received any response from them. I am unsure about the reason for these repeated disablements. It is concerning as I have important contacts and family members on that account since [redacted].

I attempted to create a Facebook account a few days ago by setting up a new email address and proceeding to create the account. Facebook prompted me to upload a photo of myself for verification purposes before allowing me to use the platform. However, after not hearing back from them for two days, I tried to log in only to find out that my account had been deactivated for unknown reasons. I submitted an appeal and uploaded various identification documents like my Aadhar card, driving license, and college ID card for verification, but my account remains locked after three days with no response from Facebook. Interestingly, a similar situation occurred with my Instagram account (using the same email address), but it was reactivated within a day of my appeal. My Facebook account name is "Swadesh Aaditya" and the associated email is '[redacted]'.
