I suspect that my Facebook account has been taken over by someone who got a hold of a phone number I previously owned but rarely used, which has since been reassigned. They logged into Facebook and claimed the account as theirs, changing the name and other details. I was made aware of this by my daughter on May 6th, the compromise occurred on the 5th. I reached out to Facebook about this on the 7th, but I don't think they fully understood the situation. I had to create a new page just to contact them, which I didn't like. My Facebook account holds sentimental value as it is like a journal of my life, with irreplaceable memories. I am struggling to navigate through this situation and need assistance. I have various health issues, including strokes, which make it challenging for me to deal with this kind of stress. My name is Arlene Sweeney from Rockford, Illinois, currently residing in Morehouse, Missouri. Though there are many Arlene Sweeney on Facebook, there is only one me, and I wish to regain control of my account. My email address is [redacted] and my current contact number is [redacted]. Managing everything on a small phone screen adds to the difficulty. Please, I need help urgently!

I understand that Facebook is typically for personal profiles, but I am working on promoting a webcomic by creating social media accounts for its characters. I have noticed others doing the same for fictional characters. However, I encountered issues as all the character accounts, except for one, were taken down, and my phone number was disabled on Facebook. I am looking to recover my phone number, reinstate the deleted accounts, and possibly create more in the future. If making multiple accounts on Facebook is not feasible, I would appreciate any suggestions for alternative social media platforms where I can pursue this strategy.

Hello! I used to have the name Bénie Faveur on Facebook, but I recently changed it to Réjouissance Joy because I sent a message to someone that I regretted and wanted to prevent them from seeing it. To achieve this, I initially changed my name and deactivated my account. Later, after blocking the person, I realized I wanted my original name "Bénie Faveur" back. I learned that I need to wait 60 days before changing my name again. I noticed that to expedite the process, I may need to report that my account was hacked, although it wasn't. I just want my old name back, and I understand the necessary steps to make that happen.

I am experiencing a concerning situation with Randall Mickel who has gained unauthorized access to my Facebook and Google accounts, sending inappropriate content to my contacts. After changing my phone number multiple times, he still manages to obtain it. Despite changing my email and password numerous times, the issue persists. Randall Mickel's contact information is as follows: Phone number [redacted], and address [redacted] W Vanderbilt Dr, Oakridge, Tennessee. His daughters, Tiffney Mickel and Chelsea Mickel, can be reached at [redacted].

I am unable to post on our page as it has been blocked, stating it goes against community standards, which is untrue. Despite attempting to appeal, I received an error message. This has hindered my ability to post for the past three days, which affects our primary method of advertising for our French Bulldogs. The page is named 'Unique French Bulldogs Australia - from our home to yours worldwide'. I kindly request the immediate lifting of this block so that we can resume advertising today.

I have identified an issue with the Lil Peep group and its online behavior as it has been experiencing a lot of spam and hate speech. The group seems to lack sufficient moderation, with only one mod and an admin. Upon offering my assistance to admin Gian Piero Calderon, he expressed interest but mentioned he can't appoint new mods due to him being just a moderator. The admin has been inactive for an extended period, contributing to the current situation. Calderon is considering potential solutions, including the possibility of taking over as admin if the inactivity is confirmed. It is essential to address this problem promptly to create a more positive and supportive environment within the group for its sensitive members. I hope for a resolution soon to improve the overall experience for everyone. Thank you, Krissy Grant.

A few days ago, I created a community page for our martial arts school and accidentally named it "AalesundKarate" instead of "Ålesund Karate Klubb." I have tried appealing the issue but only received a standard response. For clarification, the page is in Norwegian, and the character "Å" can also be written as "AA." I am very frustrated with trying to correct this mistake. Our logo with the correct name is displayed at the top left of the page, and our website also features the correct name: "Ålesund Karate Klubb" at aalesundkarate.no. I have invested money in advertising this page shortly after its creation, but I may avoid using Facebook for promotions again if we cannot have our correct name displayed. To see a similar example with the correct naming, please visit our friends' page at @LorenskogKarate. Please assist us in getting our name right.

I have been experiencing difficulty logging into my account for the past 6 weeks, ever since I changed phones. The accounts I am having trouble with are my business page, "Tracy Harris Hair and Aesthetic Specialist," and my personal account under the name Tracy Harris. The email address associated with my business page, which is still in use, is [redacted] For my personal account, the email address is [redacted] Despite being told that a code has been sent to my mobile number multiple times, I have not been receiving it. I rely on Facebook for both personal and business use, having been a user for 10 years. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue to avoid losing access to these accounts. Thank you.

I have been trying to get some answers about how to boost/promote my videos on Facebook and Instagram. It seems like in order to reach more people, I need to pay for the boost/promotion. I am wondering what benefits I will get from doing this and how exactly I should allocate my budget. Also, I am unsure if I need to have the necessary funds in my bank account before promoting the videos or if I should activate the payment security pin during the promotion process.

I've encountered a problem with Facebook and Instagram allowing me to tag products due to an issue with the link connected to my business website. I suspect there might have been a report made against my account mistakenly. While adding a product to the catalog, I received a notification about content being flagged as abusive by other users. It's puzzling since I deal with selling fabric and pillows, and there seems to be no reason for this issue. You can visit my website at lauraparkdesigns.com to verify that the content is not inappropriate in any way.

I added people to my group and unexpectedly got kicked out. I had to go through a 48-hour review process. Now, my page is searchable, which wasn't possible before. However, I am unable to access it. On Messenger, it now displays "messenger" instead of "Facebook user" and restricts me from replying to conversations. This experience is frustrating. If I cannot regain access, I might consider leaving Facebook. I face issues adding members to my group due to perceived suspicious activity. Please, help me recover my account so I can use it properly.

Hello, We are experiencing an issue with our Facebook page that we are struggling to resolve. We have an [redacted] K page where we run ad break videos. Over the past few months, our reach has consistently plummeted to nearly zero for a week, followed by a brief return to normal reach for 4 or 5 days before dropping to zero again for another week. This cycle repeats itself: 5 days of good reach, 7 days of zero reach, and so on. We have attempted various solutions, such as removing links from videos of artists to avoid clickbait and carefully reviewing and editing our captions to prevent clickbait-like content. Despite all our efforts, our reach continues to drop to zero weekly. We are eager to rectify this issue and comply with Facebook guidelines if we are unknowingly violating them. We would greatly appreciate it if you could review our page at the link below and provide insight into what we may be doing wrong. Your assistance in understanding the cause of our reach drop would be invaluable. Thank you in advance, B. W.

Hello, I recently encountered an issue with my Facebook account. Last week, a friend used my email to make a purchase on a Facebook garage sale. Since then, whenever I log in with my email, it takes me to an account under my friend's name. Initially, I assumed it had just changed their name during the garage sale process. To rectify this, I altered the displayed name to mine, only to discover it's not my actual Facebook page. My original account, belonging to "Anna Stanowski," displays shared content up to May 07, [redacted], with 55 friends, mainly family and close friends. Previously, Facebook would send a one-time password for verification, but now I'm unable to access my original account through my email. I would appreciate any assistance in recovering my rightful Facebook page. Thank you for your help.

Recently, I updated my company page name to correct a typo, however, there is a new policy requiring another update. The challenge is that due to the previous change, I am unable to make any more adjustments at this time. The current name is "Nicole Sherman a Travel Academy Affiliate," and the new format should be "Nicole Sherman, An Affiliate of Travel Academy." I understand and respect the policy but unfortunately, my typo has caused this predicament. Any assistance to expedite this change would be greatly appreciated as I aim to comply with Travel Academy's guidelines.

My new charity account was disabled mistakenly. I created a Facebook account for my new nonprofit, but as I am not familiar with social media, I might have made an error when adding an administrator. Due to past identity theft, data breaches, and experiences of domestic violence and assault, I do not feel comfortable using Facebook personally, but it is essential for my nonprofit's success. I was adding another administrator to ensure safety and intended to remove myself from the account. I am hesitant to upload personal documents for verification, as I am concerned about privacy. I believe it is unfair for Facebook to request verification after signup if it was not initially needed. I simply want a Facebook Page for my charity, ideally managed by two Executive Board Members without my involvement. How can we facilitate these changes?

I recently discovered unauthorized access to my account from a different source, prompting me to change my password. Upon attempting to log in with the new password, I encountered an error stating it was incorrect. Unfortunately, the email linked to my account is outdated, and I cannot recall the password. Yahoo informed me that the email is inactive, potentially allowing someone else to access it. I lack an alternative email. Is there an alternative method to verify my account ownership without resorting to creating a new one? I aim to retain my current account and update it with a current email address.

Dear Sir, I have been using my Facebook account for almost four years. Recently, I was asked to confirm my identity, but I mistakenly submitted a profile picture instead of my voter ID as requested. Since then, whenever I try to access my account, I am greeted with a message stating that my account is under review. The message reads, "Unfortunately you won't be able to access your account while we are reviewing this additional document. We appreciate your patience, and we will get back to you as soon as we can." Could you please assist me in getting another chance to provide the correct ID details and regain access to my account? Your help is greatly appreciated.

I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account. The phone number I originally used to create my account is no longer in my possession, and the new owner has changed the password. As I did not link an email address to my account, the only way to log in is through the mentioned phone number which I am unable to use. Additionally, my attempts to create a new Facebook account have been unsuccessful as they keep getting disabled. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you, Clare A.

Hello! I am a bit hesitant to pay five dollars for customer service. Maybe Facebook should take a moment to consider its own practices. I understand Facebook is facing financial losses, but mistreating users doesn't seem right. Does this mean I am not valuable enough? The idea of charging for customer service seems off. I require assistance, and I feel like Facebook is ignoring me. Daniel

My account was disabled without any reason. If I like a page and there is a comment section, I believe I have the right to comment as I wish. If someone does not like my comment, they have the option to block me. However, I have been using this account for 11 years and it is upsetting that it has been disabled. I have filed complaints and requests twice a day for the past three days, but nothing has been resolved. Please, I urge you to recover my account. This situation has been distressing for me.
