On Monday, someone tried to hack my account and I got locked out. I usually log in with my phone number because I forgot my password. I'm willing to provide a copy of my ID and old passwords for verification. My name on Facebook is Brnesha Jackson, and my profile picture shows me with black and blonde hair. I want to keep this account as I'm friends with my kids' father, Da Real Wax, who has a disease; it's important for our kids to see his photos when they grow up. Please contact me promptly. I need assistance regarding a false accusation, slander, defamation, and bullying post on my old social media post. This individual, Harish Moongah, whom I believe is still a member, made these claims months ago, but I was only recently informed. I have reported this to the police, and an investigation is ongoing. Any support from the community to identify the responsible party would be helpful. Despite the presumption of innocence, this person, a former friend with whom communication ceased due to disrespectful messages in the past, is causing distress. The situation is worsened by my young son's involvement in commenting on the post, potentially affecting my other children and family. Hello, Yesterday, I accidentally added a lady who doesn't speak English on Facebook. She sent me a message implying something inappropriate, to which I responded that it wasn't something I was interested in at the moment. I tried using Google Translate to communicate with her in her language since she didn't understand English. However, when I woke up this morning, I found out that my Facebook account was disabled. I created a public Facebook group called Dr. Buzz Fans under my account, Debbie Hensley. I attempted to shut it down yesterday as the sole administrator with around 65 members. Despite following the steps to remove members and myself, today about 20 members, including me, were deleted, leaving some still able to access the group. I asked a member to re-add me, but without admin rights, I can't close the group. Could you help me in resolving this issue? I appreciate your prompt response via email. We are currently handling a business Facebook page, primarily accessed via our phone. We are now seeking guidance on how to access this account from a desktop. However, we are unsure who the administrator of the page is. We are hesitant to log out from the phone without this information, fearing we might not be able to log back in. The main account associated with the page is Alexander Homestead (if we recall correctly), and the page specifically is Alexander Homestead Weddings.

Since I am a teenager, I do not have immediate access to a birth certificate. While attempting to rectify an error with the last name on the account, which displayed as "Ishida Shouya," I encountered an obstacle. Facebook prompted me to select three friends to assist with the account verification process, but the individuals presented are currently inactive. I hope you can acknowledge my submission of the school ID for "Alexa Miu" promptly, as I am eager to resolve this matter and regain access to my secondary account while maintaining my primary account under the name "Alexandra Ariban." I am in distress as someone has compromised my account, altering my email and phone details. Although my display picture and friends remain unchanged, the hacker is attempting to extort money from me and has made numerous unauthorized alterations. Feeling fearful, I seek urgent assistance in deactivating or reclaiming my account. I recently set up a new Facebook account for my business but had trouble making it look professional. Unfortunately, when I deactivated the new business account, my personal account got deactivated as well. Now, I'm trying to regain access to my original account. Despite trying two-factor authentication, I haven't received any verification codes on my phone. I am unable to log in from another device due to the deactivation. I've also submitted my driver's license to Facebook for verification but have not heard back from them. I really need my original account back. Thank you!

I am having trouble deleting my two Instagram accounts. Despite following all the steps provided by Instagram Help, I have been unsuccessful in removing the accounts. The first account, @martin.costigan.37, has 4 followers. I have attempted to delete it, but it seems to be undeletable. The associated email is [redacted] The second account, @costiganmartin, has [redacted] following and 40 followers. I couldn't recall the password to log in and reset it, but the reset link was not sent to my email, [redacted] Recently, I suspect unauthorized access as the number of accounts followed by @costiganmartin fluctuates between [redacted] and [redacted]. Both accounts are troublesome - the first is private, and the second is public. Kindly delete both accounts. For the past month, I've been encountering a persistent issue with accessing Facebook and Instagram through their mobile apps. Despite numerous attempts at troubleshooting, such as toggling account settings, reinstalling the applications, and verifying my Wi-Fi connection, I still can't log in using the apps. It's peculiar that I can access the platforms through web browsers without any problems. The recurring error message "sorry there was a problem with your request" appears every time I attempt to sign in, making it impossible to create a new account as well. It's evident that many users are facing similar challenges, and it's becoming increasingly frustrating. I would greatly appreciate any assistance or guidance on resolving this issue, as I feel like I've exhausted all possible solutions.

I, Kristi McRae, have been hacked four times in just two days. The hackers changed my email address, password, and phone number, making it impossible for me to access my Facebook account. I created a new account, but that was also hacked. Now I am without Facebook or Messenger, and I am extremely frustrated. I recently placed an order for an ad, but I am confused about the billing details. I used my credit card for payment as I found it hard to understand the charges. However, I received two different ads - one active and one inactive. My website is for Evangelical Christians and Jews in Israel (ECJI). I would like to clarify the duration of the ads; I prefer each ad to be limited and not run indefinitely. I misunderstood the term "lifetime" assuming it meant forever. Could you explain what a "lead" is? I am uncertain about the total cost and need to rectify any errors as soon as possible. I initially wanted one ad but seem to have been billed for two. I am devastated by the unexpected passing of my very best friend last October. Unfortunately, he did not have an executor appointed, and his half-brother, who had been estranged from him for years, has taken over as the executor with the help of an attorney. To my dismay, my friend's Facebook page has been removed, leaving myself and others who cared deeply for him feeling hurt and upset. It is clear the half-brother did not act in a way that honors my friend's memory as we had hoped for a legacy to remain. I am concerned that the removal of the Facebook page was done without permission and urge for assistance in this matter.

I have been receiving numerous emails from various dating services for the last three months, all seemingly interconnected. It all started with Arabian Date Team, and despite my attempts to unsubscribe by contacting them directly, the emails persisted, even escalating to around 50 per day. I noticed similar patterns with other services like Amo Latina Team, African Date Team, Russian Date Team, Euro Date Team, China Date Team, and Flirt Date Team, all seemingly originating from Malta. Despite my polite requests to stop the emails, they keep coming, with some customers reporting issues like being scammed out of money. I believe these companies need to be regulated. I am frustrated with Facebook's handling of my account. I feel unfairly targeted and removed without a proper explanation. I have never been abusive on the platform and believe I have been unjustly reported. I am disappointed by the lack of action against users who have been abusive towards me. Given my situation with Asperger's and the impact on my ability to communicate with friends, I will escalate this matter further.

My account got disabled because I used a fake name like PUBGProHehe while playing PUBG Mobile. I didn't realize this violated the Terms of Service. I focus more on playing the game than on my account details. Now, I can't access my PUBG Mobile account where I've invested time and money. I'm willing to do whatever it takes to get my account back. I’m a 72-year-old grandmother who has been blocked from contacting sellers on Facebook Marketplace for moving “too fast” between posts. This is the most absurd thing I've encountered in my 72 years on Earth! I'm redecorating my bedroom and reaching out to multiple sellers for furniture and decor items. What is Facebook thinking to do this to me? I’ve purchased many items from Marketplace over the years, and now I can't even ask sellers about item dimensions. Additionally, two of my posts have been "under review" for no apparent reason for three to six months. I have contacted Facebook about this issue, but have received no response. One item is a Victorian tin that resembles a book, and the other is a clean, family-oriented Christmas novel. I don't understand why these posts are problematic, especially when Facebook allows inappropriate content to circulate unchecked. The lack of communication and illogical decisions concerning innocent users like myself lead me to question the management of Facebook. Perhaps some reevaluation of priorities and decisions is needed. Shame on all involved!

As the new promotions manager for Queens Nightclub and Queens Hometown Bar in Barrie, Ontario, we have made the decision to merge both establishments' Facebook pages. Previously, the two places had separate pages, with one gaining more traction than the other. However, when we attempted to merge the pages, the process was immediately blocked without any explanation. We aim to combine the pages to benefit from the larger following while maintaining a single online presence for both sections of the bar/club. Help us merge these pages seamlessly to avoid losing any followers and ensure smooth operations going forward.

I have sent two messages to Facebook Messenger using the email [redacted] I am trying to contact Facebook regarding a lady who is using her Facebook blog site to harm people through hate, lies, illegal audio, and damaging words. The lady's name is Dr. Adrian Wood of "Tale of an Educated Debutante." Please review her last two videos and all her stories on West Virginia. Facebook should also check a newspaper article from Hagerstown, Maryland today, where Mrs. Wood is being sued for the mentioned behavior. She uses her blog site to get supporters for $5 a month, having [redacted] of them. Her blog is solely a gossip site where she attacks not only West Virginia but also her own state. Please consider shutting down her Facebook blog and any other Facebook sites until the lawsuit is settled in court. Thank you, God bless. I believe Facebook does not want a bad reputation for allowing Mrs. Wood to harm many Facebook users.
