I own and manage the Lovely Chimes Photography Facebook business page. Lately, I've been unable to post or upload photos as the system requests admin permission. Can you help resolve this issue so I can resume posting and sharing images? Additionally, I unintentionally changed my role to editor, and I would like to revert to being the admin. I simply wish to restore the original settings without any further complications.

I am the owner and admin of the Lovely Chimes Photography Facebook business page. Unfortunately, I am experiencing an issue where I am unable to make posts or upload photos as it keeps asking for admin permission. Can you assist in resolving this matter so that I can resume posting and sharing photos on my page? Additionally, I mistakenly changed my admin status to editor. Hello, I am unable to access my account because the computer I typically use needs a motherboard replacement. I attempted to recover my account by submitting a personal ID photo, but the link provided was non-functional. Furthermore, when I enter the code for password reset, it prompts me to use the previously used computer for login, despite changing the password. This situation is becoming quite frustrating for me. I currently have three Facebook accounts: one personal account under Joey Cutz, one business account for Camp Cutz Fitness Bootcamp, and a third account linked to an old email address that I need to delete right away. The third account, under Joe Idoni's name, resurfaced recently and still displays a profile picture of my ex and me from years ago. Unfortunately, I no longer remember the password or have access to the old email associated with this account. I tried to recover it using what I thought was the correct security answer, but it seems to be unsuccessful. How can I quickly resolve this issue and delete the third account?

Hello, my name is Ashley J. Tyler. I have submitted a copy of my passport to Facebook as proof of identity. Unfortunately, my account has been hacked, and the email address associated with the hacker is [redacted] I would like this email removed from my account. My correct email address is [redacted] Despite following the link provided and resetting my password, I am still unable to access my account. I need assistance with my hacked account that I've been trying to recover for the past month. Despite previous attempts on this platform, I have not been successful. Although I receive notifications via email, I still cannot access my account. The hacker changed the recovery mobile number from [redacted]9 to their own, preventing me from completing the process. This situation is tarnishing my reputation. I've created a temporary Facebook account for official use with a different mobile number. Please take necessary action before the situation worsens. Hello, I recently switched devices and am experiencing difficulties logging into my account without access to my account details. I need to recover my account prior to passing on my old device. Hello, I recently logged out of my Facebook account and forgot my password. I attempted the "forgot password" option, but I no longer have access to my old email. I tried using my three trusted contacts to retrieve codes, which I entered, but the system keeps telling me I have tried too many times and to try again later. I have already waited a while before attempting again, but I am still receiving the same message. I am worried about losing my account as it contains many pictures and memories. Since last month, my account has been hacked. I have tried to recover it without success. I previously reached out here, but little action was taken. I can see notifications in my email, but I still can't access my account. The hacker changed the recovery mobile number from *********** to their own, preventing me from completing the process. They are using my account to damage my reputation. I have created a temporary Facebook account with a different mobile number for official use. Please help me recover my account before things escalate. I request to delete the hacker's recovery number and email from my account, as well as to remove the 6-digit code generator that the hacker added. Thank you.

Hello, We have a Facebook page for St. Michael's Children's Centre in Hazel Grove, Bedworth, UK. The primary contact, Karen Dolan, who was an admin, is leaving. We attempted to change the email on the account to Joanne Burridge ([redacted]). However, Joanne is unable to access the page to post information or add admin. Despite our efforts, the ad account email is not changing. Another admin, Tracey Evans ([redacted]), also had her access blocked due to a Facebook photo review request. We'd like to have Joanne Burridge and Tracey Evans as administrators for the St. Michael's Children's Centre Facebook page. Today, my account got disabled. My aunt reported my Facebook account after receiving messages from someone with the same name as me, but I can assure you it wasn't me based on how that person was writing. She reported it out of unfamiliarity with Facebook, leading to the account's disablement. I have submitted a photo of my driver's license in hopes of resolving this issue. Losing access would mean losing connections with friends and family all over, as well as valuable pictures and videos. This situation has left me feeling extremely upset.

Recently, someone approached me claiming I could receive a free grant but asked for my Facebook information. Upon providing it, they requested my ID and password. I noticed them changing my password to a Gmail account from Georgia starting with an "m". Despite my concerns, they assured it would only take 5 minutes. Subsequently, my Facebook account was stolen. I have reported the incident to the authorities in Binghamton, New York, and the FTC. Following this, I created a new Facebook profile, urging my friends to report the original perpetrator. Surprisingly, my second account was removed while the original remains compromised. I am Jimmy W. from Binghamton, NY, originally from Hackensack, NJ, deeply troubled by this ordeal. Thank you.

My Facebook account is currently locked on an email address that I haven't used for years. I suspect it may have been hacked, but I desperately need access to my page as it is essential for my church activities. Unfortunately, I'm unable to use my correct email or phone number due to a situation where I helped my deceased father with his account. To make matters worse, my posts are being deleted by family members who didn't assist him like I did during 17 out of 22 years when my parents were together. Hello, I have been trying to contact the Facebook team for a while now. I have submitted all the necessary documents to verify my Facebook account which is very dear to me. It has been instrumental in connecting me to my client base since day one, and over the past 5 years, Facebook has been incredibly helpful to me. However, last year, out of the blue, Facebook requested identification documents from me. Although I have submitted them before and the issue was resolved, it has happened again with no further update after the submission. My profile also manages a page as an admin, and I have lost control over my page. Everything has become more challenging without access to Facebook. Hello Facebook, My name is Nader El Sayed, born on February 3, [redacted], from Egypt. My account is linked to the email address [redacted] My account was hacked, and the hackers uploaded photos of a terrorist group which violated Facebook's policies. Even though I recovered my account, I couldn't delete the image, resulting in my account being deactivated. My account was mistakenly deactivated, and I did not breach any of Facebook's community standards. This is my government-issued identity. Hello, my wife forgot her password for her Facebook account, and unfortunately, I accidentally reset her phone. She is from Vietnam and is not very tech-savvy. She doesn't even remember her Gmail password. Since she moved to Singapore to be with me, Facebook is her only way to keep in touch with her friends. We are willing to provide any necessary proof to show that the account belongs to her, including video verification. Please assist us in recovering her account.

Instagram disabled my account mistakenly after a hacking incident. The unauthorized posts made by the hacker violated Instagram's guidelines. Despite my numerous attempts, Instagram has not assisted me in recovering my hacked account. The hacker's actions have resulted in the removal of my account, which I find unjust. I have reached out to Instagram over 60 times, but have received no help. Kindly review my situation and provide assistance in reinstating my account. Thank you.

I have made multiple attempts to contact Facebook via email and Facebook chat as an employee at Miccosukee Enterprises in Miami, Florida regarding our inaccessible original pages - Miccosukee Resort & Gaming, Miccosukee Golf and Country Club, and Miccosukee Indian Village. Previously, the pages were mistakenly set up under a personal account of Miccosukee Tribe by a former manager, causing Facebook to issue warnings to an inaccessible email address before the pages were shut down. Despite creating new pages, we are experiencing difficulties as people are still engaging with the old ones, affecting our business operations. The old pages are the only ones appearing in search results for Miccosukee. We urgently need to resolve this issue by either removing the old pages not linked to any personal accounts or gaining control over them and deleting the new pages. Your prompt assistance is greatly appreciated.

My boyfriend, D.C., had his account hacked. He logged in early on Tuesday, May 7th, [redacted]. When he tried to log in later that day, it said his password was incorrect, although he didn't change it. He's unable to access his email to reset his password. The hacked account seems active as I messaged it and got a response from someone who then blocked me when I mentioned they weren't Demetrius. There are pictures of our daughter on that profile, and I'm concerned about her safety since we don't know who has hacked the account.
