My account was hacked, and I received suspicious emails from Facebook on my work email prompting me to change my password. Despite changing it multiple times, I can't remember the latest one as my computer autofills it. I have two accounts, one on my work desktop and another under the name "angelacipollarowland." I need help resetting my password to prevent further unauthorized access and stop the individuals sending diet videos to my friends. I refuse to delete the account due to sentimental conversations and pictures from my late sister. It's essential to catch these perpetrators. Angela Cipolla Rowland

I disabled my Facebook account for a break but now can't find it when trying to reactivate it. I'm devastated as important photos of my children are on there. I used it to store all my pictures. Please help me retrieve it. The account might be under two emails: [redacted] or [redacted] My name is Kayla Laskey. I would be immensely grateful if someone could recover my account. I didn't realize I might lose all my precious memories because I took a social media break.

I am seeking assistance regarding my boyfriend's Facebook account. Yesterday, upon waking up, he found that his account had been temporarily locked. The notification mentioned a login from Chrome in Dublin, Ohio, while we reside in Portsmouth, Ohio. This unknown activity took place two hours before he tried to access his account. Despite waiting 24 hours, the account remains inaccessible. The email linked to his Facebook account is also inaccessible, suggesting a possible hacking incident. Although his cell phone was linked to the account, attempts to log in or recover it through Chrome have been unsuccessful. Facebook sends a code to the phone, but upon entering it, the account remains locked, claiming his old password is incorrect. This has prevented him from setting a new password, which is concerning as he fears losing precious photos and videos of his late grandparents. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Kreston Dempsey and Todd Pack. (Note: The account in question belongs to Todd Pack)

I was locked out of my account on Monday, (6/5), due to suspicious activity. When I tried to recover it with a security code, I encountered an error. I then visited facebook.com/login/identify, received a code via email, changed my password, but still couldn't log in without a security code. Although I eventually managed to log in, I could only request the security code to be sent to my old phone number, which I no longer use, and not to my email. Despite receiving notifications prompting me to log in, I am unable to do so because the code isn't being sent to my email. I have vital information stored in the account that I urgently need access to. I've been feeling extremely anxious and helpless for the past two days, with no assistance in sight. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

On a Saturday evening, I returned home from an activity excited to show my uncle a profile on Instagram. However, when I tried to log in, I was unexpectedly logged out and unable to sign back in. Despite not violating any of Instagram's terms, I received an error message when attempting to access my account. Even trying on my uncle's phone, it stated my account was disabled. Feeling shocked, I haven't received any response from the Instagram team after submitting my appeal twice within 24 hours. I am starting to feel concerned since I have sentimental photos stored in that account.

I found myself unexpectedly logged out of my Facebook account on my phone. I'm unsure if this was due to a hack, but I know I did not intentionally log out. It has been quite some time since I last changed my password, and unfortunately, I cannot recall it now. Facebook is prompting me to log in through the email associated with my account, but I can't remember that email. This dates back to when I first created my Facebook account in 5th grade using a Yahoo email, and I've been using a Gmail account for the past 8 years. Unfortunately, I can't remember my Yahoo password to recover the account. I'm reaching out for assistance to regain access to my Facebook account, as I believe I should not have been logged out without my knowledge. My name is Victor Sutton, and you can contact me via email at [redacted] or on my cell phone at [redacted]. Thank you.

Hello Facebook Team, I am the owner of the studio Nje Ose Zero P.F. located in Albania with tax ID L[redacted]1S. I am encountering an issue with my Facebook Business Manager. The Business Manager ID is [redacted][redacted]. My account "Florenc Duhanxhiu" with the email [redacted] has been disabled after a client reported my fan page due to a video for which I have the copyright to use. Following the client's request to remove the video, my account was disabled, and I lost admin access to my Facebook Business Manager. I have attached a screenshot illustrating the problem from my perspective and the ownership of the video. I kindly seek your assistance in reinstating my main account from disabled status, as I have not violated any Facebook policies or terms of use. Additionally, I would like to regain admin access to my Business Manager to manage my Facebook page and add my upcoming projects. Please feel free to ask me any questions. Thank you. I have experienced issues with multiple Facebook accounts due to hackers Lorna Dawkins and her son Maurice Dawkins. They have taken control of my accounts, including my LinkedIn and Gmail. If you receive unkind messages from my hacked accounts, please know they are not from me. I observed the name Esme Jameson in my email associated with LinkedIn. These individuals have disrupted my online presence, and I cannot access my LinkedIn account. They are known for hacking and causing harm while benefitting from government support. I kindly request assistance to regain access to my accounts. Thank you, Corelli G.

Hello! On May 10th, I received an email from Facebook informing me that my primary email had been changed. However, I did not make this change and do not recognize the new email address. Facebook stated that they couldn't assist me until they could confirm the account belonged to me and requested me to send something from their ID list. I have attempted this multiple times using various forms from the ID list. Additionally, I tried the initial step multiple times of having a password reset link sent to my email and phone number, but since the email is no longer mine, this method is ineffective. Despite my efforts, the issue remains unresolved, and I am hesitant to continue sending documents to regain access to my account, especially since it is for my business page. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Rhea Skinner from Basic Kneads.

Hello! On May 13th, I received an email from Facebook informing me that my primary email was changed. I did not make this change, and the new email is unfamiliar to me. Facebook mentions that they require confirmation of my ownership of the account before assisting me further. I have followed their instructions by submitting various forms from the ID list multiple times. Additionally, I have tried the initial step of resetting my password, but the email linked to my account is no longer mine. Unfortunately, none of these attempts have been successful. I am hesitant to continue sending my documents repeatedly to reclaim my account. Could you please assist me in regaining the administrative rights to my Facebook page? Thank you, Rhea Skinner from Basic Kneads.

In late [redacted], I lost control of my old account when it started showing a different man's profile upon login. The email associated with it was changed, hindering my access. Despite creating a new account and later deleting it due to wanting to leave Facebook, someone has been circulating intimate pictures of me from the old account. Unfortunately, I can't report this hack or the distribution of personal photos as I no longer have access to the associated email, password, or mobile number. Although my girlfriend has tried to help, it's challenging to get assistance solely through the Help Center without explaining the exact issue. I fear that my private pictures might fall into the wrong hands and cause distress among family and minors. Urgent assistance in addressing this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you. - B. K.

While creating an ad for my page, I received a message on my regular account prompting me to send an SMS to my mobile number for security reasons. After complying, I encountered a similar request, this time asking for a photo of myself for verification. The inconsistency arose as my account did not have any pictures initially, leading to my account being locked. This situation hindered my business operations greatly. Subsequently, I created a new account today, which was unexpectedly deleted too. This cycle of events lacks justification as my activities have been entirely legitimate. I am frustrated and seeking assistance to resolve this perplexing issue promptly.

Hello Facebook Team, I have been unable to access my personal Facebook account for over two months now. I believe this might be due to using my nickname on the account or perhaps a misunderstanding or false report. I have always adhered to Facebook's terms and am willing to update my account with my legal name by providing my birth certificate and school ID. Facebook is essential for me to stay connected with friends and family, and I sincerely request that my account be reinstated promptly. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I encountered an issue with my Facebook account's login, so I secured all my accounts and attempted to reset my password, but I couldn't proceed because my current password was incorrect. Consequently, Facebook logged me out of my active browser session. Unfortunately, my associated email [redacted] has been deactivated by Yahoo and is irrecoverable. Despite my phone number [redacted] being linked to my account, I cannot use it for recovery. The new email reset option provided a code that gets flagged as "used too many times" even though I haven't used it before. My account is crucial as I manage a social media page through it. I have even provided my driver's license for verification purposes. I am seeking assistance in regaining access to my Facebook page. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I experienced a login issue between 3:30-4:00 am on May 7th. An hour later, when I attempted to log in, it stated my account was disabled. Despite my efforts over the past two days, I have been unsuccessful in resolving this. I cannot recall any actions on my part that would lead to this, and any violation of Facebook's guidelines was unintentional. Restoring access to my account is crucial as it is directly linked to my professional endeavors. Denying me access would result in significant setbacks. I implore the Facebook Team to review my situation and reinstate access to my account.

For the past decade, I've been known as Sasquatch among my close friends and family. Due to not being able to use Sasquatch, I created a Facebook account under the name Samsquatch BC. Currently, I'm struggling to gather funds for a name change. I find it challenging to confirm my account as I am homeless with no official documents in my name. Although my legal name is Chace Robert Wauthy, I prefer to be called Chace only by officials like police, paramedics, doctors, and judges. Due to my paranoia, I avoid using the name Chace online. I am locked out of my account and feeling offended by the demand for proof of my identity. How can I prove my identity to a machine without any paperwork, given my current situation? I strongly prefer using the name Sasquatch online and question why it's not considered a valid name option. I intend to legally change my name to Sas Qua Tch once I have the necessary funds. Facebook is essential for me to connect with others and find support for my social, paranoia, and financial struggles.

Hello, I'm Kenzi Dalton. I'm managing the social media page for Hebron Brew Haus. The restaurant owner, who isn't tech-savvy, requested me to handle the account. Due to a change in ownership, the restaurant's name has been updated to Kentucky Bourbon & Brews. However, our attempt to update the page name was declined. We are seeking assistance to approve the name change to Kentucky Bourbon & Brews to align with the new restaurant name without having to create a new page from scratch on Facebook.
