Hello Facebook Team, I am Rahul Rastogi from Mumbai, India. I recently started a new company named Tzar Venture, a Digital Marketing Agency. About 3 months ago, I created a Facebook Page under the name Tzar Venture. Unfortunately, I have forgotten all the login credentials for accessing the Tzar Venture Facebook Page account. I have tried to recover it using my various email accounts, phone number, and User ID but have been unsuccessful. I am considering creating a new FB page with the same name, Tzar Venture, but I am concerned about losing the likes and traffic from the old account. Hello, my name is Tamika Eady. While using Facebook on Sunday morning, everything was running smoothly. Later in the afternoon, when I attempted to log back in, it prompted me with an old password, which I did not change. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the email linked to my Facebook account to retrieve the reset code. I tried resetting the email password to access the code sent there, but since I rarely used that email after initially setting up Facebook years ago, I was unable to regain access. It seems like my Facebook account might have been hacked. I am eager to recover my account, update the email to one I can access, and include my phone number for future security measures. When I type on the keyboard, there is a delay of about 3 seconds before the text appears on the screen. I can visually see the letters being typed out without any physical touch. This odd lag only occurs on the Facebook app on my iPad running the [redacted] original version 12.1. My internet speed is exceptionally fast with more than sufficient ping and upload rates. I have attached a video showcasing this issue. I've attempted to contact Facebook but to no avail. Interestingly, this problem persists on Facebook when using Google and DuckDuckGo as well, not just on Safari. I am hesitant to share my main email due to these concerns. It seems more attention to detail on the app's functionality would be beneficial.

After receiving a strange notification about a post violating guidelines, I encountered a robot pop-up offering help. Despite trying to click away, the notification persisted, blocking access to Facebook customer support. I searched online for alternative methods but kept getting redirected to the same robot page, hindering my ability to reach out for assistance. Due to my disability, Facebook is vital for maintaining connections with friends and family. I have used the platform for many years without issue. As someone not very tech-savvy, I am finding it challenging to resolve this on my own and am reaching out for any possible assistance. Hello, I am a tech professional known as The Lady Gadget, currently managing a client's Facebook account. Unfortunately, a foreign individual managed to gain unauthorized access to my client's successful page through her business account, seizing admin control and removing her as an admin. They are now posting ads on the page, leaving my client unable to post as herself. The page in question is The Domestic Curator based in New York, owned by Rhonda Chesser Porter. Despite multiple attempts to seek assistance from Facebook support prior to the hack, the support team provided unhelpful generic responses that did not address our specific issue. We are in urgent need of reclaiming control of the page/business account, reinstating my client as an admin, and removing the unauthorized admins. I restarted my phone on Sunday, only to find out that when I tried to log into my Facebook and Messenger accounts, I was locked out. It kept saying my password had been changed a week ago, but that wasn't me. It seems like I have been hacked. I have tried several times from my phone and was advised to do it from a computer, but I'm still unable to log in. The last time I accessed Facebook was on Sunday. I didn't set up my Facebook account years ago, so I have no recovery information like email or phone number. The email ageelateya@yahoo was created by someone else. My actual emails are teyaagee@yahoo and agee36618@gmail. I don't want to recreate my Facebook account. If I can't resolve this, I might just delete it. My last known password was FabFierce40.

Hello, I am a vape shop owner who has been sharing compliant posts about petitions to the Canadian Federal government, among other topics. I have never boosted a post to increase sales or promote vape products. Recently, Facebook denied my boost on a post discussing Health Canada considering a ban on flavors and online sales, even though it did not mention vaping and used a bitly link. After appealing, Facebook shut down my ad account, stating it consistently promoted non-compliant ads. However, if Facebook originally approved these boosts, why are they now being deemed non-compliant? I am frustrated and feel unfairly targeted. I am eager to resolve this issue and have my ad account reinstated.

I have been selling items on MarketPlace for a year and a half. Recently, I posted some embroidered dish towels and a collectible, only to receive messages about not following guidelines. Despite seeing similar items on the platform, my posts seem to be getting flagged. I posted three AMITRON watches this week, and while one was rejected for not following "commerce" rules, the other two were accepted. It's confusing and frustrating to deal with these inconsistencies. I feel like raising this issue might result in my posts being targeted negatively in the future.

About a month ago, my account got hacked, and I had to create a new one. Unfortunately, I got locked out of the new account. When I contacted someone claiming to be from Facebook, they instructed me to buy Google Play cards at a store to regain access, which raised a red flag. Despite my attempts to create a new account, I keep getting locked out. I've exhausted all my options, reaching out to various parties, but nothing seems to work. I encounter issues with my phone number being labeled as invalid, and despite promises of email verification, I receive nothing. I am at a loss on how to resolve this and would appreciate any assistance in fixing the problems.

I shared a photo of Bai Ling on Facebook where she is topless, but there was no explicit content or inappropriate activity in the image. I was blocked without prior notice or a chance to clarify. Hello! I recently created a page named 'Frugal Drip' but accidentally linked it to my personal account, Zakariya A. After realizing my mistake, I promptly created a new account for 'Frugal Drip' and adjusted the admin settings accordingly. The following day, my personal Facebook account was temporarily suspended, despite quickly resolving it as I am the legitimate owner. The reason given was suspicious activity related to apps like Canva and Aliexpress, which I do use personally. However, my 'Frugal Drip' account was requested to verify with a picture of myself, which is concerning as it has not been reviewed yet. As a result, I am currently unable to access an ad I am running due to these issues. I am hoping to regain access to my account ('frugal_drip' and page 'Frugal Drip') promptly. Thank you.

I am experiencing difficulty logging into my Instagram account as it requires verification. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the phone number and email used for verification. After contacting their support and receiving replies from Facebook support, as Instagram is owned by Facebook, the automated responses from the bot have not been helpful. I complied with their request for a picture to verify my identity, but they continue to send password reset links despite me knowing my password. In summary: Issue: Unable to bypass verification step when logging into Instagram. Requested Solution: Remove both email and phone number from my account to facilitate login. I'm having trouble accessing my Instagram account for verification. I no longer have access to the phone number and email linked to the account. I reached out to support, but received automated responses from Facebook as Instagram is owned by them. I believe the creator is the person who received the complaints I filed, Jessica Derrick, residing at [redacted] South Snyder Street, Christopher, Illinois. Her phone number is [redacted]. She posted partially dressed pictures of me and hateful messages on this Facebook account. I have reported this to the state's attorney and the police department in Southern Illinois. I have been dealing with attempted hacking on my Facebook and Messenger accounts all day. I want to ensure that my telephone number, emails, and security questions remain unchanged.
