Hello, I am Francis Gabriel Sansing from the Philippines. About an hour ago, my account was hacked. While I was on my way home, my account got logged out. When I tried to log back in, I received a message stating, "You used an old password. You changed your password 40 minutes ago." My photography business relies on this account, and many of my clients recognize me through it. I am willing to provide my ID and even video call to verify my identity as Francis Gabriel L. Sansing. Dear Facebook, I'm Beami from Thailand. I have already submitted this issue to the @help center more than twice, but still have not received a response. When I try to log in, it shows another name, Ayham Alqudah. All my linked accounts, such as Instagram, have disappeared, and my PUBG flag has changed. I have been attempting to obtain an authentication code for the last two weeks with no success. After getting a new phone, I encountered issues with the authentication process. Despite approving it from another device and trying code generators like Duo, I couldn't receive the necessary key. Even contacting support turned out to be unhelpful. Additionally, submitting a picture holding the code did not resolve the problem. I am in need of assistance in resolving this matter.

Hello, I have been using this account since I was a child. I don't understand why my account has been disabled. I have attached two pictures showing that I was hacked a few hours before my account was disabled. The hacker used an email copy of mine, [redacted], which is not mine. My records will show you that this same email address tried to hack my account last month and a few times before. I only use two emails, one from Hotmail and the other from Gmail. Someone from Dhaka, Bangladesh hacked my account, as shown in the pictures. By the time I tried to resolve the issue, it was already too late. Please help me, as it's not my fault. I need to regain access to my account since I will lose contact with my family and friends. Also, my Facebook account is linked to other apps. Please investigate and resolve this issue promptly. My name is Chrystal Rydzik, and I have been using Facebook for over a decade. Unfortunately, a few months ago, my account was hacked, and after reporting it, my page was immediately shut down. I lost over a decade's worth of family photos in the process. Recently, my 36-year-old brother was unexpectedly placed on life support due to severe health issues stemming from a long battle with addiction. Tragically, he passed away on May 3rd, and I am now trying to organize a remembrance for his funeral. My original Facebook page got either cancelled or locked, and now I seem to have a new Facebook page. I need to start adding friends and personal information, but I am hesitant as my old page holds years of posts and photos that I cherish. I am eager to recover my original page, which is why I reached out to Facebook 5 hours ago. I hope they can assist me in retrieving my old page soon.

Hello, I'm Ashley Odongo. I would like to recover access to my Instagram account @happily_ashleyy. A few months ago, I deactivated my account to focus on school. Now that school is finished, I tried to reopen my account but encountered issues. When I attempted to log in, it said my password was incorrect. When I tried to reset the password, it stated that my account no longer exists. Even using my phone number to reset the password didn't work. I used dual-authentication with my old phone number, and now that I have a new number, the troubleshooting options are not helping me. I really just want to regain access to my account. Thank you.

I am facing cyberbullying from Ahmed Faisl. He creates multiple accounts and has harassed my family through messages. He's threatening to share my personal information and photos on Facebook. He even threatened me with violence. I have evidence of his threats. Removing him from Facebook or blocking his devices hasn't stopped him. If he exposes the photos he forced me to take, it would ruin my life. I'm feeling depressed and desperate, even contemplating suicide. I urgently need assistance to prevent this from escalating. Dear Team, I have been a Facebook user for over 5 years, mainly for social interactions with family and friends. Recently, I joined Shopify-focused groups to start an online store by running Facebook ads. Due to a lack of knowledge about infringement, I unknowingly used content from Facebook for advertising, resulting in my website being blocked. I learned my lesson and created a new site and Facebook page. However, I made the error of sharing my new site URL too widely, not realizing it was considered spamming. Despite successfully running ads and receiving orders, my store was blocked again for spamming. My account has been compromised, and all my login details were altered, including my email and password. The email linked to my account is [redacted] The hacker has substituted it with aryankaalii+[redacted], an email address I do not recognize. This account is crucial to me, and I urgently need assistance to secure it. This is the third security breach I have faced, but this time, the perpetrator changed both the email and password, locking me out entirely. I am very concerned about the safety of my information.

Hello, I am an immigration consultant based in Canada. We must adhere to strict regulations regarding our services. It has been challenging as we are not able to use the term "Legal Service." When trying to classify our business, I selected "Consulting Agency," but this does not accurately describe our services. As we are not immigration lawyers, I am wondering if it would be feasible to include "Immigration Consultant" as a category option. In Canada, there are over 4,[redacted] Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCIC) who utilize Facebook for their businesses. The industry is rapidly expanding, and many RCICs may encounter the same issue when setting up their business page on Facebook. I followed the rules and provided the necessary information to confirm my identity, including photos, birthdate, and name. However, I have not received a response in over a week. I reached out twice in a short period, mistakenly thinking the first message didn't go through. Unfortunately, I fear they may not be responding due to a mistake I made. When I try to post a live video on Facebook using Chrome as my browser, I encounter an issue where the video doesn't get posted and the processing notification doesn't appear as it used to. Instead, I see a spinning icon without any progress. Surprisingly, when I switch to Internet Explorer to access Facebook, the video is visible, although sometimes with playback issues. This discrepancy between Chrome and IE is puzzling.

I am currently on vacation and unable to meet or speak with the individual who posted a picture of my husband and our dog without permission. The post accuses my husband of abusing our dog, which is not true, as our pet is treated well at home. I kindly request Facebook to remove the picture and provide me with the opportunity to contact the person who posted it via messenger. My husband does not have a Facebook account, which complicates the situation. Hello everyone, I urgently require assistance as I am being harassed by an unknown woman on Facebook. She is leaving comments on my private profile, my advertising/marketing page, and even on other "saltwater reef forums." Additionally, she posted a false review on my site, giving me 0 stars. Despite her claim of a horrible experience with a coral company, I do not own a business or offer any services; my site is merely for sharing my saltwater reef pictures. Although I have blocked her and another fake profile, could someone please help me remove the review? I have never interacted with this individual before. It seems she may be envious of my coral collection, considering her husband sells coral. She has resorted to name-calling, despite the significant age difference between us (I am almost 40, while she is 22). Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Hello, On April 21, [redacted], my Facebook account was hacked. I was locked out and asked for a password that it claimed was old, even though I never changed it. Unfortunately, Facebook sent a long verification code to my Yahoo email, which I no longer have access to due to forgetting the password. Moreover, the phone number linked to the Yahoo email was lost eight years ago, so I can't use it either. Facebook then prompted me to contact three friends for help to regain access, and a code was sent to them in February. However, when I tried to enter the code, it stated that I had attempted too many times, which is confusing. Thank you, B. O. Balikis
