My marketplace is blocked, and I don't believe I've listed anything wrongly or violated any guidelines. I think Facebook has made a mistake. If you think my items or ads don't meet your guidelines, please let me know how and why so I can correct the issue. I have only been advertising ordinary household items, and I would like to understand what's causing this problem. On another note, I have been bombarded by scammers lately trying to pay for items with fake checks. I have their messages saved and would like to see them prosecuted. Additionally, I had a bad experience with a buyer recently who caused trouble, which may be related to this block. I request a second review to resolve this issue. Thank you for your attention. Sincerely, Douglas Kerns.

I ended my relationship with my ex-boyfriend a year ago due to the issues he caused with my friends, family, and at work. He continues to harass me by posting false things on Facebook because I do not want to reconcile with him. Since the breakup, my life has been peaceful with less stress as our toxic and unhealthy relationship was influenced by his psychological problems. His actions, such as sharing private photos and spreading lies about me being deceased or associating me with negative groups, have affected my reputation. Despite still loving him, I cannot tolerate this behavior which is why I ended things. His ongoing harassment is causing distress, and I seek help in resolving this situation. Please check our Messenger conversations to verify my claims. Your assistance in addressing this issue is greatly appreciated as I do not want to lose my job due to his actions.

Hello, I'm having trouble accessing my account as I'm not receiving the codes on my mobile linked to Facebook for verification. I have attempted this multiple times over several days without success. After trying to resend the code, I received a message warning about potential overuse but still no code came through. I managed to troubleshoot and change my password on my Mac by using my mobile number, where the code included an international prefix (+61). However, upon trying to log back in, the security check page only displayed my mobile number without the international code. I'm unsure how to proceed and would appreciate some assistance. Thank you.

My partner recently got a new phone and faced an issue logging into her Facebook account when setting up apps. A past stalker situation led her to create an alternative account as Alexandra Nuttall, which has now been disabled. Her original account, Lady-Stacey Bayes, was reactivated. However, the Nuttall account is showing up on her account list instead of the Bayes one. We've tried password recovery using a number that isn't hers and my email, but no luck. The account we need to recover is likely linked to [redacted], but she can't remember the password. We're wondering if there's a way she can verify her identity by sending a driver's license photo or similar for Facebook to cross-reference with her account photos.

Yes, I have repeatedly sent copies of my ID, including a picture with Messi in it, or a code. I have done everything I could to recover my hacked account. My account is under my email address, [redacted] It was hacked, and now someone is using it to track my whereabouts. They enabled the two-part code generator, but I don't have access to that number. I am unable to get into my Facebook to remove the two-part login. I opened this account in September of [redacted] after returning home from Iraq and Afghanistan. I have irreplaceable pictures on here, and I stored them on Facebook to ensure they would last forever. I'm unsure of what else to do to recover my account. Despite sending my ID and a picture with the code, I'm still unable to get back into my account.

Hello, Tonight, I posted about selling concert tickets. Since I've seen many similar posts from friends recently, I thought it would be easy. I included details about the concert, venue, ticket quantity, price, and used 'ono' to show I'm open to offers. I also indicated that friends could share the post. However, Facebook flagged my post, saying it wouldn't be visible in the marketplace or buy and sell pages. I followed the policy, tried to appeal, but couldn't select my ticket sale status for appeal. I've tried multiple times to fix this and inform Facebook in writing, without success. I want my status approved promptly, as I frequently see similar posts on my feed. I've tried to comply with the necessary actions but faced obstacles due to Facebook's lack of appropriate options. Thank you, Lisa

I am Leqaa Youssif Elsayed, and I am currently using the email address [redacted] for my active account. There is an issue that bothers me whenever I see my old hacked account on the group I recently joined with friends. The old account displays activities that I have not initiated or communicated with before. Several years ago, when the account was hacked, the intruder attempted to contact my cousin via video chat, posing as me. I no longer have access to the phone number and email linked to that compromised account. I am not seeking to recover the account; I simply wish to have it deleted. This way, I can avoid seeing it in the group I am part of now and prevent the impersonation of me to others.

I am Billy J. Votanoz and I have a profile on Facebook. Recently, there has been an ongoing issue where Facebook has accused me of something that I strongly disagree with. I am unaware of any problem from two years ago that Facebook has mentioned. I have been attempting to contact Facebook's Administration Department to address and resolve this issue, but have not been successful in reaching out to anyone. I am requesting a response from Facebook and am hoping to schedule a phone conference to speak directly with someone about these false accusations before proceeding with any further Facebook business activities. Please reach out to me at my email address provided to initiate the process. Thank you. - Billy J. Votanoz

I recently changed the password on my account and was prompted to create an input code generated from a phone application, which I did not have installed as I delete it every semester during finals. After downloading the app and trying to log in again, the system stated it would send a code to my phone. However, I received an email indicating that my phone number had been disconnected as it was no longer valid, even though I have had the same number for years. Consequently, I am unable to generate a code or have one sent to my phone. I opted for the last resort of sending a picture file with my ID to verify my identity, but I have not received any response from Facebook after almost a week.

My friend's ID was hacked on Tuesday evening, and the hacker started messaging her friends using her account. The hacker changed both the email address and password associated with the account. Despite attempting to recover the account using her phone number, the verification code never arrived. After trying various methods in distress, it seems the account may have been temporarily deactivated. Eventually, we were able to track down the hacker, who claimed to have initiated the process to delete the account. Unfortunately, we have not received any further updates on this. My friend has been using this account for many years, and we are eager to regain access. We have exhausted all the options provided in the help center without success. We are prepared to prove our ownership of the account but unsure how to proceed further. Your prompt assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. We are eagerly awaiting your response. Hello, I am seeking assistance in changing my name on Facebook after confirming it incorrectly. I mistakenly confirmed a name unrelated to my actual name, which I deeply regret. My preferred name is simply "Sammy," as I am Taiwanese and have a uniquely translated last name in English. I have been searching for a suitable name for recognition that also avoids ridicule, but unfortunately, I have not succeeded. Your help in allowing me to change my name back to what I typically use or showing only my English first name, which is uncommon in my country, would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Facebook User

Hello, I made an error when confirming my name on Facebook, selecting a name that isn’t what I typically go by. I usually use “Sammy” without a last name due to complexities of my Taiwanese last name when translated to English. I have been trying to find a suitable name that is recognizable without getting ridiculed. I would appreciate being able to change my name back to what I actually use or at least display only my English first name, which is uncommon in Taiwan. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Regards, Facebook User

Hello, I wanted to inquire about the possibility of changing the name displayed after confirming it on Facebook. Regrettably, I confirmed a name that differs significantly from my actual one. I usually go by “Sammy” without a last name due to the unusual translation of my Taiwanese last name into English. I am seeking a name for recognition that is suitable and avoids ridicule. I would appreciate any assistance in reverting to my commonly used English name or possibly displaying only my first name. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Facebook User

Hello, I would like to inquire about changing my name after confirming it. Recently, I was prompted to confirm my name on Facebook, and unfortunately, I mistakenly verified a name that does not match my true identity. The name I confirmed has never been associated with me or anyone I know, and upon reflection, I regret not sticking with my original name. In my daily life, I am known simply as "Sammy" without a surname. This choice stems from the fact that my Taiwanese last name translates into English in a peculiar manner. I have been searching for a name that is both easily recognizable by others and does not invite ridicule, but I seem to have missed the mark. I am hoping for the opportunity to revert to my commonly used name or at least display only my first name (an English name uncommon in Taiwan, reducing the likelihood of confusion with others). Thank you for your attention and assistance. Sincerely, Facebook User

Facebook erroneously removed one of my live feeds, claiming it was hate speech. After review, Facebook admitted their mistake, issuing an apology, reposting the video, and lifting my ban the next day. Despite this, I am now unable to start a live video on my account. On my phone, it prompts to check the internet connection, while on my computer, it states, "cannot make live video at this time." This restriction makes it challenging for me to engage with my Facebook audience. It seems like Facebook is censoring users without facing backlash. Several of my posts have been wrongly flagged for hate speech, although they comply with Facebook's Community guidelines. I've never advocated violence against any group. Facebook removes these posts without clear explanations. While I can't spare the energy to defend each post, being blocked from live streaming after Facebook acknowledged their error is unfair. I request the reinstatement of my live streaming privileges, as my content does not warrant such restrictions.

I am reaching out about a distressing situation that my husband's family is going through due to the recent passing of his brother, Trevor Bailey. His ex-girlfriend, Jen Davidson, is causing additional pain by falsely claiming common-law status to access the estate, rather than letting it go to Trevor's daughter. Jen has resorted to making baseless accusations, harassing texts, and forging documents to benefit herself. Despite being separated at the time of Trevor's death, Jen is manipulating the situation to her advantage. She has even gone as far as making serious false allegations against Trevor. Jen's erratic behavior poses a significant threat to Trevor's family, especially his mother, Shannon McLeod. This situation is troubling and needs to be addressed promptly to prevent further harm. All individuals involved reside in Edmonton, AB, Canada.

Hello, I am inquiring if it is possible to update my name after confirmation. I mistakenly confirmed a different name on Facebook that is not my actual name, which I now regret. I typically go by the name "Sammy" without a last name due to the complexity of translating my Taiwanese last name into English. I have been struggling to find a suitable name that is recognizable while avoiding any ridicule. I am hopeful that you can assist me in reverting my name to something I commonly use or display only my first name, which is uncommon in my country and less likely to be confused with another individual's. Thank you for your attention and assistance. Sincerely, Facebook User

My fiancée had an account under the name Misty Leigh Hamilton. Recently, someone hacked her account and changed the associated phone number and email address. When she tried to reset the password, the verification went to the hacker’s updated contact information. The password was Allheart7787, and [redacted] was the email on the account. The phone number was [redacted]. I can communicate with Misty via messenger. I messaged her, and the hacker replied, asking for an Amazon gift card instead of the money I owe her to bait them out. We have photos and videos that we don’t want anyone else to see. Misty can provide the last three passwords. We want the account shut down immediately, even if we can’t recover the content. Please help us with this urgent matter. Thank you. My phone number is [redacted], and my email is [redacted]

Could you please block individuals who report innocent photos on social media platforms? I recently shared a picture of my son who had colored himself in with a pen, and it was reported for self-harm. It seems absurd to deal with such unwarranted reports. I believe it's important to raise awareness about issues like this rather than continually face negative reactions or suggestions for seeking help. Is there a way to improve the response system to address genuine concerns more effectively? I would appreciate a more constructive approach, perhaps offering solutions to common parenting dilemmas like removing ink stains from a child's skin.
