I am currently unable to access my Facebook account as it is under review due to a photo I uploaded. I have gone through a separation, and I am looking to start over with a smaller circle of friends on a new profile. Within the next 15 days, during my vacation, I plan to transfer some friends and admin roles to my new Facebook account, as my new partner prefers a smaller community. With over [redacted] contacts, I have decided to create a new Gmail and Facebook account to avoid privacy breaches. If possible, I would appreciate it if my new profile could be unblocked so I can begin moving forward. Maintaining my old Facebook account is impacting both my professional and personal life negatively, and having a fresh start would greatly benefit me. Thank you for any assistance in this matter.

My account, Julian Smith, has been hacked and now shows as Ahmed Mustafa. Previously, my account had my old email address and phone number, leading to this issue. Despite numerous reports, Facebook has not resolved the situation, causing distress to my family. The email linked to the account, [redacted], and the old phone number, [redacted]4, are no longer in use. I now use [redacted] and [redacted]5. My URL is Julian.t.smith1. I provided ID to Facebook and can submit more if needed. A suspicious email in Arabic was also received, possibly from the hacker. Seeking a prompt resolution as we await Facebook's response. I had an old account under M. R. Plemons. Recently, I created a new one under M. Plemons from Gainesville, Texas to clean up my social media as I pursue the officer route in the Marines. Now I'm locked out as my email and phone number are linked to both accounts. I didn't set up the trusted persons option. I'm desperate to access my account as all my important connections are there. I've tried all possible password combinations to no avail. Please help me regain access so I don't lose all the effort I put into this account.

My account was hacked, and now scammers might be using it to trick my friends. I got messages from people I know, like Earlene W. and Shelton M., saying I could get $[redacted],[redacted] from the government. They directed me to a lawyer, who asked for a $[redacted] delivery fee paid in Bitcoin. Feeling foolish, I followed along. Another friend, Shelton M., claimed to have paid only $[redacted]. Later, I was told to contact someone else on Facebook, who took over my account. Now, I'm worried they'll scam others using my info. I've changed my Facebook settings but wonder if there's a way to stop them from using my details. I admit I should have been more cautious.

I've had a frustrating experience with Facebook support. I opened about 15 tickets, but they all got closed without resolving my issue. They seem to be avoiding helping me. Original Message: Hi Lazar, I appreciate your reaching out to Facebook. It seems like there is an issue with your payment method that needs attention. It appears you are trying to add a payment method to your business manager account. However, it seems that the method you are attempting to use has been temporarily suspended for security reasons. I have attached a screenshot of the payment error for your reference. Our company card has always been used regularly in the past without any problems. Our bank has confirmed that there are no issues on their end. Dear Sir, I have sent many requests, but my issue remains unresolved. My account is disabled, hiding my FB friend timeline and Messenger. The Help Center has blocked my account, so I kindly request your assistance in recovering it. My FB account is linked to my Gmail ID, [redacted] I tried to verify my identity by selecting photos of friends, but the process was incomplete. Due to my phone being out of service range and my data not working at the time, the Help Center could not verify my identity, resulting in them blocking all the secure settings of my FB account. Please unblock my account, re-enable secure settings, and allow me to verify my identity with trusted friends. I am facing a problem, and this is my real FB account. Kindly recover all settings and resolve this issue as soon as possible. Please unblock my FB account as I believe it was not hacked, but rather blocked by the Help Center. Hello. I am a school employee and we utilize a Facebook group chat for communication. I have raised some concerns regarding the processing of our school budget liquidation report within the group chat. After more than 10 minutes, our school head has seen my messages and requested that I delete them to avoid any negative impact. My current issue is how to permanently delete messages that were sent over 10 minutes ago. Could you please consider implementing a feature that allows users to delete messages regardless of the time that has passed? I am feeling remorseful about the messages I sent and Facebook's current 10-minute removal option is not sufficient. Hello, my name is Danilo, and I am the owner of a coffee shop in Australia. I am facing a situation with a former employee who has been harassing me online by posting negative and hateful comments about my cafe and myself. My Facebook account has been hacked for the second time in about 4 months. I am currently temporarily locked out and unable to reset my password since the hacker has already changed it. Despite my efforts to secure my account by changing my password, the hacker managed to alter it again. I received an email confirmation of the password change, further confirming that I have been compromised. Prior to this incident, I noticed suspicious activities and changed my password as a precaution. However, the following day, I found out that my password had been changed once more. Earlier, Facebook requested additional security measures like my phone number, but I couldn't add it due to it being linked to another account I mistakenly created for Leighann Hatt while trying to resolve the previous hacking incident around Christmas. I seek guidance on how to regain access to my Facebook account, which has served as my primary means of staying connected with my family for over a decade. Thank you, Monica

I am currently experiencing difficulties with accessing my Facebook account. In September [redacted], there was a security breach. I followed the news advice and logged off, but I couldn't log back in. Dear service provider, I am seeking assistance with an issue regarding my Facebook account. I have been using this account to share photos, posts, and chat with my friends. Yesterday, I dedicated a lot of time to creating, captioning, and posting a family vacation album. It posted correctly at first, but after some hours, it was shortened to less than half with the second portion missing. The saved album on FB was also changed. I would appreciate it if the album could be restored to its original state. I made sure to follow all FB guidelines, and there was nothing inappropriate in the content.

Dear service provider, I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account. I only have one account which I use regularly to view my friend's photos, posts, and chat with them. When I tried to login on the Facebook app on my phone, a message appeared saying someone else might have accessed my account, and it has been locked for security reasons. I followed the steps to verify my identity and change my password but got stuck at the point where I needed to identify photos of friends, which I couldn't do due to a limit. I know my trusted friends' photos but couldn't use this option. Please help me unblock the identity confirmation option so I can proceed and access my account. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 9, which is a replacement for a previous one. I'm having trouble logging into my Facebook account on the new phone. I originally signed up in Colorado with the email [redacted] and phone [redacted]. Now I'm in Florida with the email [redacted] and phone [redacted]. None of the passwords I remember are working, and I haven't been able to receive a code via SMS to reset my password despite several attempts. I've even contacted my carrier for help. Hello, My name is Tia Miller. I got logged out of the Facebook app, and when I tried to log back in, I might have entered the password incorrectly. I attempted to reset my password but realized the email linked to my Facebook account is outdated. Additionally, the phone number on the account is no longer valid. I tried verifying my identity by submitting my driver's license, but when I clicked on the link in the email provided to reset my password, it didn't work. The system mentioned I tried too many times and to attempt later. Today, when I tried again, the link didn't lead to the same place as yesterday, even though the email indicated the link was valid for 7 days. Instead, it directed me to enter a verification code sent to the outdated email linked to my Facebook account. I no longer have access to this email. Could you please advise me on how to regain access to my Facebook account?

I have encountered an issue with my new Facebook account being disabled while I was updating my bio details. Following the prompt, I submitted a photo for verification purposes as requested. Subsequently, I was asked to provide my Driver's License and military ID as further verification, which I promptly submitted. However, even after two weeks, my account, under the name Karamoko Tankersley or possibly displayed as Kay Jay, remains disabled. I often change my passwords, and recently, I changed my Facebook password but forgot what I set it to. When I attempt to reset it by clicking "Forgot Password," it doesn't allow me to reset it and instead keeps displaying "You're trying too many times," preventing me from accessing my page. Although I am still logged in on Messenger, I am unable to log into my actual Facebook account. It would be distressing to create a new page as I have numerous precious memories on my current one, especially following my grandfather's recent passing. I possess many sentimental photos and mementos on the page and fear losing them. Please, I am in need of assistance to regain access to my account.

I recently received a message from FB stating that my account has been locked and requires verification to unlock it. I tried following the instructions provided, but I encountered issues with the identifying friends and code option disappearing. Since I solely use FB on one device, I'm unable to log in from another device. I am hesitant to upload my ID due to concerns about potential malware. I am willing to verify my identity through an alternative method if available, but I haven't been presented with any other options. Thank you. After clicking on the link in the email from FB to reclaim my account, I successfully changed my password. However, I am unable to proceed any further with unlocking my account.
