The issue in GetHuman-damonfle's own words
I have recently got a phone and a new phone number but because I have authentication code generator on my Facebook I am having trouble logging in. Unfortunately I no longer have access to my old mobile number so I have no way of accessing the code generator pin. If possible I would like the code genetor remover from my Facebook account so that I can just log in with my email address and password. I also no longer have access to my email address linked to my facebook account but I still use it to log in to Facebook. If someone could help with resolving this that would be great as I have not been able to log in to Facebook for months now and have tried reporting this issue to Facebook numerous times and have had no response. The only issue is my old phone is broke so I can’t log in to Facebook on a device I have done previously so I’m locked out of my account even though I know my email address and password which is so annoying. The email address linked to my Facebook account is *****@***.com and my new mobile number is *********** but the phone number linked to my Facebook is *********** which I no longer have access to. Any help would be much appreciated
