I am still trying to understand the situation. My wife and I are the owners of the page. She created the Uncensored Stream Team page, and we have another streamer with us. We share the games we play on that page. I shared it on various pages related to Call of Duty and other streamer pages. We have not engaged in any inappropriate behavior such as spamming. We are puzzled as to why we are blocked from following, liking pages, and commenting. Please rectify this issue and provide clarification on why this restriction is in place. The message I received states: "You're temporarily restricted from doing certain things on Facebook." It appears that sharing login information with a suspicious website may have caused this restriction, allowing them to utilize the account for spreading fake likes and comments. If this situation does not violate Community Standards, kindly inform us.

I am a disabled veteran in a wheelchair and suffering from ALS. I have been experiencing harassment, receiving death threats, and even had the police involved. I was advised to create a memorial page, but people are still trying to contact me. I need assistance in formalizing a memorial page for me on Facebook. Please contact me urgently at my email address or phone number provided. I also need help removing two other Facebook accounts. The situation has escalated to people showing up at my house at inappropriate hours. I would appreciate a prompt response and resolution to this matter.

I recently had two posts that led to me being put in Facebook jail. The latest one is currently under review, but if it stays, my account will be locked for a month. The post is about men and women dynamics regarding infidelity and breakups. There is no vulgarity, personal attacks, hate speech, or mention of violence. I am unsure if Facebook uses algorithms or if a human reviews the posts. I see no violation of community standards in my flagged comment. If the decision remains, I plan to delete my account. I believe free speech is being restricted on the platform, despite not inciting hate or violence. Most of my posts are jokes. This issue must be addressed.

I recently sold my old phone and forgot that I had 2FA enabled on my account. I am unable to sign in on my new phone because I no longer have access to my old device. I have tried all the methods provided on your website, but none have worked for me. Unfortunately, I did not save any backup codes. Could you please assist me with regaining access to my account? It's important that I can reconnect with some distant family members. I am uncomfortable providing a picture of myself and don't have an ID yet since I am 17 years old. I do have my password, the email associated with the account, and the phone number linked to the account. Your help is greatly appreciated.

I'm having trouble logging in. I recently sold my old phone and purchased a new one. Unfortunately, I forgot that I had two-factor authentication enabled on my account. I've tried all the methods on the website, but since I only ever logged in on my old phone and no longer have access to it, I can't verify my new phone. I didn't save any backup codes either. I'm concerned because some of my distant family might think something happened to me. I'm uncomfortable sending a picture of myself and I don't have an ID yet as I'm only seventeen. I do have my password, email, and phone number associated with the account. Please assist me in resolving this issue.

I need assistance with restoring our Holocaust board's Facebook account. The account was set up in December/January but was closed down by January 18th. We are in urgent need to reactivate it as we have received a significant challenge grant and are unable to attract new members without an active page. Despite contacting Facebook multiple times, the issue remains unresolved. I am the administrator of the page which was named ACBHM with 86 members and awaiting [redacted] more. A few years back, I added my maiden name to my Facebook account following their suggestion to help old friends locate me easily. However, this resulted in me having two accounts and I've been unsure which one to use. I tried to close one but can still access both. Now, I want to resume using Facebook but I'm at a loss on what to do. I can't recall the passwords for either account. I'm contemplating closing both and creating a new one to avoid further confusion. When I attempted to transition my friends to the updated account, it wasn't successful. I need assistance to navigate this situation and get back on Facebook.

I've had my Facebook account for many years. I can't recall the password, but I do remember the email I used, which I no longer have access to. I updated my password about a month ago but can't locate it. I believe Facebook is sending reset codes to my old email instead of my phone number. I'd like to keep my Facebook page and transfer it to my new phone. The email associated with my Facebook account is [redacted], but I now use a different email. Please assist me in retaining my account; I prefer not to create a new one after all these years. Thank you for your help.

Dear community, I recently encountered a problem with a PayPal transaction. I sent $20 to my wife through Facebook, but she was unable to receive it on the card linked to her SSI disability payments obtained from Ace check cashing locations. Our church's Facebook account was locked, and they are requesting verification as we were logging in from a new computer. We have a personal account under the name Evansburg Church with the phone number linked being a landline, making it impossible to receive the verification code via text. The official church name is Evansburg United Methodist Church which differs slightly from our account name. Despite trying to use codes from three trusted friends twice, the codes were not accepted. We kindly request Facebook's assistance in unlocking our church account.

I recently interacted with Gethuman regarding an issue with a fake account belonging to Chloe Taylor. This individual threatened to expose my personal information unless I complied with their demands during a FaceTime call. Despite attempting to resolve the situation, Chloe has not responded to my messages and has used multiple phone numbers to contact me, causing distress. I worry about my privacy and the possibility of any information being shared without my consent. The stress from this situation has been affecting me physically, causing stomach discomfort. I'm currently experiencing issues accessing my Facebook and Messenger accounts as I have forgotten my password. Unfortunately, I cannot reset my password as the phone number linked to my account is outdated, preventing me from receiving the necessary verification code. This problem began a few months ago when I also encountered difficulty accessing my Google account due to a forgotten password. I am concerned that my accounts may have been hacked. I have been attempting to resolve this for approximately three weeks without success. Previously, I had set up my phone for easy access using a picture tap instead of entering my password each time. I do have identification available to verify my ownership of the Facebook account. Additionally, I have an alternate email address where I can be contacted to assist me. My main priority is recovering pictures of my beloved dog that has been with me for 17 years.

Hello, my name is Tanner Wilson and I reside in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. I recently upgraded to a new phone and successfully transferred my apps. Due to my forgetfulness, I have changed my password multiple times in the past few months. The passwords I previously used were "Sassy123," "Duramax03!," "$assy123," "AdvancedOasis2k18," "Variations may MP&C2K18," and "MP&C2K19." I have relied on my trusted contacts to receive login codes. However, an error message is now indicating that I have attempted to log in too many times. I am no longer receiving SMS messages, and I cannot access the email associated with the account, which is either [redacted] or [redacted] My account is very important to me as it holds a significant part of my life. I have been using [redacted] for years now. I also want to mention that my old Samsung S5 prepaid phone, which is logged into Facebook, is the only device I have that is still connected to my account. I fear losing my account permanently. I can be contacted via Messenger since that phone, functioning only on Wi-Fi, is still logged in. Please, I sincerely request assistance.

Lately, I've been facing issues with Facebook where I keep getting blocked from using features like the like button, commenting, or uploading pictures. This has been occurring for several days now, almost every day or every other day. Sometimes, even when I haven't been online for hours and try to perform a simple action, I receive a message stating I'm misusing the feature by using it too quickly and then I'm temporarily blocked. It's frustrating as I feel like I'm being unfairly targeted or bullied by Facebook. I've been a member since [redacted], and with my conditions of PTSD, anxiety, and being manic depressive, it's distressing to deal with these restrictions. Facebook used to be a solace for me on tough days, but now these actions make me resent using it. I hope this situation stops soon, and I can go back to using my normal page without being singled out.

I received a message on Messenger from a friend about money waiting for me, and unfortunately, my account was hacked after I clicked a link. The hackers have deleted my account, and I don't have access to it anymore. Facebook holds lots of important photos with friends and family for me. I need help to unlock and recover my account, and to change the password urgently. Moreover, my friends and family are also receiving these messages, and it's challenging to contact everyone to warn them. My husband posted a warning message, but not everyone has seen it. I have the phone number of the person who sent the message, and I've saved all the messages.

I was in the process of setting up a new Facebook Page for our Cultural and Sports Club called "Sangam NSW." We are a non-profit sports and cultural organization registered with the NSW Office of Fair Trading with an incorporation number of [redacted]. The login ID for the page is [redacted] with the password being sadhu2019. I uploaded photos from two events in December [redacted] and January [redacted] and started sending friend requests to fellow South Indians interested in our activities. However, after being asked for a photo of myself, my account got disabled as it should have been the club's photo, not an individual's. I followed Facebook's help instructions to resolve the issue but haven't received any response yet. I believe I haven't violated any rules and would appreciate it if my page "Sangam NSW" under the user ID [redacted] could be reinstated. Hello. I am concerned about Facebook disabling my page, Veen Ezyloan, for alleged violations of the terms and conditions. I find it unfair because a competitor's page, "Mudah My Ringgit," which operates similarly, has not faced the same consequences even after being reported. I am having difficulty accessing my Facebook account because someone with the same name has hacked it. I encountered issues a few years ago when I received birthday messages on October 25th, even though my birthday is on November 19th. Currently, my account displays a male profile instead of my legitimate female profile. Despite sending a picture of my driver's license to Facebook, I have not made progress in regaining access to my account. I am extremely frustrated with this situation and the struggle to reclaim my own account.

Hello service provider, I am facing a serious issue and urgently need your assistance with my Facebook account.
