I accessed Facebook on the desktop site, logged in, and navigated to settings>General. I clicked on Identity Confirmation and then View to apply for verification of my Facebook profile with a blue check mark. During the process, I was asked to provide pictures of my state ID. I selected to upload images of both the front and back of my state ID. Unfortunately, the pictures were rejected due to lighting and glares. After multiple failed attempts, the option to "Submit an appeal" was no longer available, and instead, I was prompted to "find a notary" or "download a notary form." I am seeking assistance with canceling the identity verification process.

I accessed the desktop version of Facebook, logged in, and navigated to Settings > General. Under Identity Confirmation, I attempted to verify my Facebook Profile with a blue check mark. The process required me to submit images of the front and back of my state ID for verification. Despite trying multiple times, my images were rejected due to lighting and glares. Initially, there was an option to "Submit an appeal," but after several attempts, this disappeared and was replaced by "find a notary" and "download a notary form." I am seeking assistance in canceling the identity verification requirement.

On April 13th, I posted my song and a video made from pictures. However, on April 19th, I noticed that it had been removed. The song was written years ago and recorded about 3 years ago. I have reached out multiple times to inquire why my video was deleted, but have not received any responses during the holidays. I suspect it might be related to a person I had blocked who had previously stalked me on Facebook and posted negatively about me on my music page. There was also a recent incident where a post was made claiming I was somewhere with a fever, which I did not post. Music is my life, especially as I am disabled and dealing with major depression and PTSD. I feel vulnerable and anxious, hoping for some resolution from Facebook regarding this issue.

I am curious about the term "deleted user" listed in the administrative records. When looking at my data downloaded for March 13, [redacted], this term appeared for the first time. Recently, I received a notification that an old number was removed from my account, which is okay. However, in either the account status change or administrative log, it mentioned that the number was removed because someone else claimed it. The notification also included an IP address tied to an AT&T account, which surprised me as I did not expect to see an IPV6 address associated with my Facebook account. Lastly, I am wondering how I can access information about an account I used to develop for several months back. Will there be a record of it once it's been removed?

I am having difficulty accessing my old Facebook account because it was only linked to a lost mobile number, and I can no longer sign in from my previous locations due to moving to another country. The account holds memories with my family and school friends, and I am eager to regain access. I am willing to provide any necessary proof of identity, including a video call, to recover my account. I kindly request Facebook to verify my identity through alternative methods such as a video chat.

I visited the help center seeking assistance with memorializing my son's account. Despite trying to ask specific questions, I couldn't find the answers. I searched for contact information but couldn't locate any. I submitted a trouble request even though it didn't match any criteria. Next, I discovered GetHuman and dialed the number provided. Opting for customer service, I was informed that issues are not handled over the phone and to visit the help center on Facebook. After calling again and selecting option 9, I was guided back to the help center. I urgently need to either chat or speak with a representative regarding memorializing my son's account as he passed away on 12/18/17. I regret not doing this sooner. It is crucial that I connect with someone from Facebook to receive guidance, address my inquiries, and get specific instructions. I am hopeful that Facebook can either email me, call me, or enable me to send them an email for a response. Establishing a customer service email or phone number for us to reach out and resolve our concerns would be highly beneficial.

My Facebook account was accessed from a remote location in Iowa, despite me living in Lytton, Iowa. I was prompted to verify if it was me, but it wasn't. The remote location was nowhere near me. When trying to update my phone number through Verizon, I was given a number that belongs to Michael Sweany, not Carol Ann Lohr. Michael lives in Early, Iowa, while I reside in Lytton. Despite trying to create a new Facebook account with help from a friend, the issue persisted. I messaged Michael to clarify the situation, suspecting my account was hacked. After contacting Verizon a second time for a different number, I attempted to report the issue to Facebook, only to be told it was my fault. I've been using Facebook since [redacted], and now, at 56 years old, I'm unable to access crucial support groups due to this predicament with my account. To resolve this, I need assistance from the Facebook support team.

Good morning, I wanted to inform you that my daughter received a message on Facebook from her late great-aunt, Brenda Slack, who passed away about a month ago. The account belonging to Brenda Slack should be deactivated as she is no longer with us. Since we do not have access to her Facebook details, I am managing her estate. The message my daughter received indicated that the account was recently created, which is not true as Brenda has been in a nursing home with no Facebook access for several years. It seems that her account has been compromised. Kindly assist in closing the Facebook account for Brenda Slack. My daughter has also reported this impersonation via her own Facebook account. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I encountered an issue when trying to log into my Facebook account recently. I received a message stating that I had been logged out and prompted to enter my password. After doing so, I was informed that the password was incorrect and advised to create a new account. I suspect my account may have been compromised and would like assistance in accessing my original account, registered under the name Valerie Reagan Fingland. I am unable to utilize Messenger without setting up a new account, which I prefer not to do. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help, I eagerly await your response.

I have been restricted from using Facebook for 30 days as J KingDavid TheWorthy for posting content that does not comply with Facebook's standards. I made a hypothetical statement on a post but did not direct my words at any individual on Facebook. Although I am unsure about the specifics of my comment, I find it unfair that I cannot interact with my family and friends on the platform for a month. While I accept my comment being removed, the temporary ban seems excessive given the circumstances. I kindly request the appropriate party to review my case, reconsider the decision, provide details about the violation, remove the comment, and reinstate my account promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Someone had access to my email and tricked me into sharing a verification code, leading to a scam. The perpetrator gained control of my Facebook account, and now I am unable to log in using either my email or phone number. The "about" section of my account appears blank, lacking any information. Despite exploring suggested solutions, none have been effective due to the situation at hand. I am seeking alternative methods to regain access to my account.

My identity has been compromised through Facebook and Messenger. My account had an old cell number linked and was hacked, with fraudulent accounts using my info. One account linked to [redacted] had my current phone number. Another account used my [redacted] email with a different phone number. I provided pictures of my ID from Pennsylvania. I have struggled to access my own account due to notification preferences. I have contacted the FBI. Please shut down the fraudulent accounts and help me regain access. I have always tried to protect my identity and now need your assistance urgently. Contact me at [redacted] or @icloud.com. Thank you for your help. - Todd D.

Hello, I am Joseph R. I had my Facebook account registered on my old phone with a security code that prevented access from other devices. Unfortunately, my old phone was damaged, and now with my new phone, I can't log in as it doesn't recognize the browser. I used my phone number instead of an email for logging in, but since I no longer have access to that number, I am unable to receive the login verification code. I tried to verify my identity by sending a picture of my ID, but it hasn't resolved the issue. I need help accessing my Facebook to connect with work contacts.

I recently changed my password on Facebook because I received an influx of friend requests, which made me concerned about potential hacking. Subsequently, I also updated my phone number. During the security verification process using my friends' pictures, I encountered issues due to my "glass" screen protector behaving erratically. Although I believe I answered the second security question correctly, it was marked as incorrect. Unfortunately, the option to contact friends for help is not feasible for me as I communicate with them solely through Messenger. I have been using Facebook since [redacted] and would appreciate any assistance in recovering access to my account. Thank you. - Amanda M.

I'm unable to log into my Facebook account because I need to use a code generated by my authenticating app. Unfortunately, after a recent factory reset on my phone, I lost access to the code as it was wiped out. Although I changed my phone number on Facebook, I'm not receiving the option to send the code to my updated number. I did set up two-step authentication previously and was able to receive texts then. I initially enabled this feature due to a recent hacking incident. If I regain access to my account, I plan to disable it promptly, as it seems ineffective thus far.

Hello! I've made multiple reports about this issue, but my follower count keeps decreasing instead of increasing whenever I gain a new follower. The numbers on my account are stagnant and troubleshooting hasn't worked. I tested my account with others following me, and it remains stuck. Please assist me, as my colleagues had a similar problem before and you were able to resolve it for her. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, among other solutions. I urgently need help as I'm unable to reach Instagram for assistance. This situation is affecting my business operations. Unfortunately, the problem persists despite gaining more followers recently. The lack of response from Instagram is concerning. I urgently need help to resolve this issue as it's impacting my business. A prompt resolution would be greatly appreciated.
