I created a new Facebook account yesterday using a different name due to ongoing issues with criminals hacking and impersonating me on the platform for over 8 years. Today, while setting up my account and trying to join various groups, I noticed that a specific group I saw yesterday, "You Grew Up in Lethbridge If You Remember," was not visible to me this morning. Now, when attempting to log in with my correct password, it's not working, and the system indicates that my account has been disabled. This situation is troubling as these criminals have caused distress to me and my contacts for far too long. I sincerely hope that the issue is not connected to anyone within Facebook. I lead a popular beta fish group on Facebook that is under attack. The group was mistakenly reported in January [redacted], leading Facebook to disable it. After following the review process and ensuring we complied with community standards, the group was reinstated. Unexpectedly, Facebook permanently deleted the group for apparent violations later on. I recreated the group with the same name, added vigilant moderators, and ensured strict adherence to community standards. However, this morning, the group was disabled again. We are confused as we have not breached any community guidelines. Despite multiple attempts, we have been unable to reach anyone for assistance. I am seeking help to resolve this issue promptly.

My name is Ahmed Sardar Mousa, but my friends and those who know me call me Pistol Vorrx, which is also the name of my lost account. I recently had to change my name on Facebook as someone claimed it wasn't my real name. I've had this account for over 11 years, and it's not fake. It holds important contacts, shared files related to my upcoming college graduation, and connections I don't have outside of Facebook. I'm hoping to either retrieve the account with the existing name or change it to my real name, although I prefer to keep my nickname as it's part of my identity. I need access to my contacts, documents, and more on the account. I'm willing to provide the necessary documents to prove my real name if required. Please assist me as Facebook is where I met my fiancée, and it holds our precious data, memories, and chats.

I suspect that my Facebook account has been hacked, and the password has been changed. A few days ago, I attempted to log in using the saved password, but it didn't work, and I couldn't remember the correct one. Upon checking on my phone, I noticed that my account was accessed in New Jersey on the day I couldn't log in. I followed the "forgot account" steps, provided my driving license, and updated my email address since the original one is no longer in use. After submitting the information, I received an email requesting me to click a link to proceed with the account recovery. Unfortunately, the message stated that I had entered the code too many times (even though it was my first attempt). It seems like my only option now is to create a new page, which I'm reluctant to do.

I'm currently unable to access my Facebook account after uploading a selfie on the 19th of April. I believe the photo I uploaded meets all the necessary guidelines for Facebook. Previously, I had to create a new account due to suspicious activity linked to my email address, and now I am unable to use my new account. I would appreciate it if my account could be unlocked. On April 6, [redacted], I received a text from a friend asking me to check out something she posted on Facebook that another friend shared. I logged into Facebook through the website as I don't have the app. While scrolling through my friend's page, I couldn't find the picture mentioned, so I switched back to Messenger where I was chatting with four friends. Around 10-12pm, I returned to Messenger, only to discover my session had timed out. When I tried to sign back in, I was informed that my account was disabled. I am baffled as I haven't violated any of Facebook's rules by posting or commenting on anything. I reached out to the help center but haven't received any response since that day. Tomorrow, April 20th, marks 2 weeks since this incident. I would greatly appreciate any insights on what might have happened and how I can reactivate my account.

On 4/12/19, I attempted to change my Facebook password due to being tagged in a post by an unknown person, which made me concerned about a possible hack. Though I managed to update my password, I never received the SMS verification code on my phone. I suspect that my phone number on my account is incorrect. Despite trying all of Facebook's suggested solutions, I have not received any assistance. It has now been a week without any email contact regarding my issue. I am frustrated that no direct contact method is available for situations like this, and I refuse to create a new account.

I placed an order on Vistaclothes using order number [redacted], as seen on a Facebook advertisement on April 6th for Rs. [redacted]/-. Following a confirmation call on April 7th, attempts to contact them via email at [redacted] were unanswered, and their phone number +[redacted]98 is always unavailable. I am questioning if Facebook is complicit in facilitating fraudulent activities with such websites. If not, I urge this to be treated as a formal complaint and request for the necessary contact information of Vistaclothes. Searching for Vista Clothes on Facebook confirms numerous individuals raising concerns about losing money on this site. If Facebook upholds privacy policies rigorously, I implore you to identify and prosecute these individuals, ensuring restitution for those affected. Dear Forum Members, I recently created a new Facebook account to embark on a fresh start. However, I've noticed that Facebook is suggesting my new account as a friend to individuals I intentionally wish to keep distance from. Someone hacked my account the other night while I was still using it, sending messages to my friends. They have changed my email addresses and password. I can't log in. I have tried different methods such as contacting support through the internet, GetHuman, and Google. Unfortunately, I can't find my account. When I try using my emails, phone number, or username on Facebook, it says there's no associated account. I am at a loss as I have had this account for over 10 years, and losing all my data is terrifying. I don't have copies of the pictures I uploaded. I have reached out for help without success. I'm desperate to save my account and the memories it holds.

I encountered difficulties setting up my Instagram account. After adding my email and attempting to change my username, I received a message stating my email was already in use. Subsequently, upon trying to log in, I was informed that my account was deactivated for breaching the terms. I sought clarification, and they requested a photo holding a code-lined paper, which made me hesitant to comply. I have yet to receive any comments, advice, recommendations, or solutions regarding my issue. Apart from the initial tip about changing my email address affecting password reception, which does not relate to my problem, there has been no contact. Despite two automated emails inquiring about issue resolution, the last follow-up indicated closure, but my problem remains unresolved with the status incorrectly indicating it's fixed. Clicking on "NO" in the follow-up provided no solution except adding more comments. The status still shows as "Fixed," which is inaccurate. It may be beneficial for the GetHuman team to employ actual humans to address issues rather than using automated queries. I encountered a hurdle while trying to download my pictures, requiring verification. The process involved asking friends to provide a part of a code to complete a 12-digit sequence, but my phone is currently being repaired, leaving me unable to proceed past the verification screen. Attempts to log out and back in only lead to the same verification page. Another verification option necessitates scanning a picture from an ID younger than a year, but my IDs are all over five years old. I need assistance to prove my identity for picture download and to exit the verification screen if unable to complete the process.

I am Brent Medeiros. I was blocked from using Facebook due to a comment I made on my friend's page. She was receiving inappropriate messages on the Profound game, where users can post anonymously. I believe it goes against standards as users should use real names. I described the individuals who were sending those messages, none of which contained vulgar language. I suspect the person who wrote those messages reported me unjustly. Many of my female friends experienced similar situations. While my friend continues to face harassment, I feel unfairly penalized. Can you please review this matter?

A Company contacted my friend about a grant, and now they are contacting me using her name and photo. Two nights ago, they messaged me about a grant again using her details. I informed them it was late and I couldn't assist them. The English they used was different from my friend's. Yesterday morning, they mentioned a person named Agnt Gradiant Grant Bonuses. I declined their offer. I am struggling to get them to stop, and now I am receiving messages in French from Facebook. Please assist me in resolving this situation. Late that night, I warned them that I would involve the Fraud Squad if they didn't stop bothering me.

I deactivated an account some time ago shortly after my father passed away in [redacted]. I am now attempting to recover it. After doing the password reset, I was asked to provide personal documents for verification, which I sent reluctantly. Unfortunately, I have not received any response from you. Hello Facebook Support Team, I have been a long-time user of Facebook to stay connected with my friends and family worldwide. However, I am facing a significant issue currently.
