I am attempting to contact someone at Facebook regarding stolen pictures from my account that were featured. These pictures are of my children who are no longer in my care. The person who took them is now sharing them on their account without my consent. I am requesting that Facebook remove the post from Justin Jones' account. My name is Kelly Ann Marie McDonald, and the stolen featured pictures show two little girls coloring Easter eggs. The post was made at 6:05 pm on 4/18/19. I have screenshots of both accounts but I cannot attach them here. I am willing to share these screenshots with Facebook representatives to address this matter. Thank you, Kelly Ann Marie McDonald.

I have been experiencing an issue with Facebook flagging all of my for sale posts over the past year and a half. Whether the post is requesting to buy or selling an item, I consistently receive a generic message saying "your item has issues." This happens across different groups and items, regardless of the content. I have tried to explain that the posts do not violate any guidelines, but the problem continues. I am looking for an email address where I can send the screenshots of the flagged items for review.

Hello,
I have a Facebook account under the username [redacted] I've been locked out of my Facebook page for a while now. I tried to verify my identity with Facebook by sending a code to 5 of my Facebook friends. Out of these 5 friends, 3 were supposed to send me back a code to confirm my identity. However, even after entering the correct codes, Facebook still says they don't match the security text. I'm at a loss on what to do next and I really need access to my Facebook account. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I recently experienced a distressing situation regarding the Facebook messages of my late best friend who passed away on March 12th. Shortly after her passing, her Facebook account disappeared along with our 10 years of shared Messenger history. I can still view the messages I sent to her, but her responses have been replaced with an error message claiming the content was removed due to being abusive or spam, which I know is impossible. I suspect her account may have been compromised after her death, as I have retained messages from other friends who deactivated or deleted their accounts. Struggling with the loss, I am seeking a way to retrieve her messages for sentimental reasons as we shared a bond since Kindergarten. Her account would have been associated with the email [redacted], and her name was Andrea Naumowicz.

Hello, I am currently facing an issue with my account. I originally signed up using my mobile device. Despite submitting photos of my ID, the email response indicated the problem was already resolved. However, when attempting to reset my password, the only option provided is to send a code to my outdated mobile number. I wish to have my password reset. I consistently use the same computer, WiFi, and mobile device with the same IPs, yet I am not being provided with the assistance I need, even though it recognizes my old password. I have provided proof of ownership by sharing my IP history and submitting ID photos two weeks ago. Please reset my password promptly. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Doris Wilson. I created this Facebook account with the email address [redacted] several years ago. However, I stopped using it about two and a half years ago. I now exclusively use the email address [redacted] When I recently created a GoFundMe page for a friend, I encountered an issue trying to message individuals as it is asking for the password to my old account, which I do not remember. Despite contacting AOL for assistance, I couldn't provide sufficient information to recover the password. I am wondering if it is possible to switch my current Facebook account to use my current email address. Creating a new account would be inconvenient due to the existing connections. I recently created a new account due to security reasons after experiencing hacking threats from my sister's son's father's family. To protect my son and myself, I made sure not to add anyone who has connections to them. However, I've noticed unfamiliar people liking my posts such as Otis Tate, Amy Tate, Emma (or Emily) Wix, Rolland, King, and Elizabeth, who is Emma's best friend. This situation worries me as I value sharing updates about my son with family members who live far away on Facebook. If this unwanted attention continues, I might have to deactivate my account to ensure my family's safety remains a top priority. I appreciate any assistance in preventing them from monitoring our online activity.

Hello, I need assistance with a situation involving my maternal aunt's Facebook account. It has been compromised by a German individual named Frank Rainier. She has been unable to log in for some time now, and after monitoring the situation for four days, I noticed changes such as a new profile picture, altered username, address, gender, and even several new posts by this person. Unfortunately, she no longer has access to the phone number linked to her account, which complicates regaining control. I received an email alert regarding my page, Gilpin Smart Arts, saying changes were suggested by recent visitors. The email instructs me to review the information provided and confirm its accuracy before 25 April. Otherwise, the details will be altered automatically. The email claims that my page will be marked as "permanently closed" after Mon to Fri 1[redacted], which is incorrect. I suspect this could be a spam message. The suggested operating hours indicate Mon - Fri 09:00-12:00 & 13:00-17:00, and Sat 10:15-14:00.

Upon setting up my account and confirming it via email, upon page refresh, a security notification appeared requiring identity verification. The only provided option was to reach out to 5 unfamiliar individuals for codes. Facebook's instruction entails calling or meeting these contacts to secure the codes for verification. The individuals listed are Samantha S., Stephenie S., Gregory Y., Caorlyn J., and Ali B. The link provided prompts these contacts to provide the codes necessary for verification. However, I am puzzled as I never added these people, rendering my account unusable post-email confirmation without any prior friend connections.

Hello, I need assistance with my Facebook business page "GeneJolleyPage." Currently, I am unable to perform any actions on the page due to my account role being set as an editor instead of an admin. Strangely, there is no admin role assigned to the account. Consequently, I had to create a new business page named "gene_jolley," which is not my preferred choice as it causes confusion. I intended to use this new page to run ads for my business. However, I am encountering an issue where I am unable to create a username for this page. Good evening, I am writing to seek assistance in accessing my Facebook account. I had initially created one account with my mobile number. Subsequently, I created a second account under the same mobile number for reasons that seemed insignificant at the time. When I tried to log into the first account later, I was told my password was incorrect, which wasn't the case. Despite numerous attempts at password recovery, I ended up in an unending loop that prevented me from regaining access. The account is undoubtedly linked to my mobile number, and I can still find both accounts when searching on my phone. I can currently access the second account but am unable to do so for the first. I recently faced a ban on Facebook Marketplace which prevents me from engaging with any ads. My grandsons' used clothing listings were flagged for violating commerce policies, though I strongly disagree. Despite reaching out via appeals, emails, and messages to Facebook and Marketplace, I only received automated responses upholding the ban. I am experiencing difficulties with the Messenger app. I was using it without any issues this morning. However, my phone started malfunctioning, so I turned it off. Upon restarting my phone, I discovered that Messenger had logged me out of my account. Despite numerous attempts to log back in using my phone number and email, changing the password, and even reinstalling the app, I was unable to regain access. After researching online, I followed advice to create a new account in hopes of recovering my old one. But unfortunately, my old account associated with the name Ariana Muckerman did not transfer over, and I ended up with a new, empty account with the same name. I urgently need my old account back as it holds significant importance to me. My old account was under the name Ariana Muckerman, and it was not linked to Facebook, just like my current new account. Any assistance in reclaiming my original account would be greatly appreciated.

I logged out of my account to allow someone else to use my phone to log into their account. When I logged back in and tried to change my linked phone number, I got a prompt to identify pictures. Unfortunately, I selected the wrong one, and now I cannot access my account because I no longer have the original phone number or device. Facebook offered to send a code to my friends, but I don't have their contact information outside of Facebook. This recurring issue has made me create multiple new pages on Facebook, but I can't keep doing this. If the problem isn't resolved, I will stop using Facebook altogether due to continuous account issues. Kindly assist me in resolving this promptly.

I created a Facebook account under my name with my husband's last name to avoid contact from old friends for non-business purposes. However, after quickly adding local contacts for advertising and promotions, I've been locked out of my account and asked to verify with a photo which I feel uncomfortable about. I believe it should be my decision to display my face publicly. I only want to promote the company's products for sale, not my personal image.

Hello, I am Mrs. Davis. I am not active on Facebook and have never been. I'm not very familiar with technology, so I feel overwhelmed and fearful. An individual threatened me, implying harm if my photo was posted on Facebook, but I don't have an account on the platform. Recently, someone else mentioned that I am on Facebook and should stop making negative comments. I assured them I do not have a Facebook account and would never post anything harmful. I can't use the option to contact my 4 recovery contacts linked to Gina Shostrom at phone number [redacted].
