Recently, I received a message regarding a grant in my name, which I ignored. Subsequently, my Facebook account was compromised with a changed password and email, preventing me from accessing it. I received missed calls and messages pressuring me to comply with demands in order to regain access. The individual using the name Andrew Selva contacted me from 1[redacted], threatening harm to my family and requesting payment to prevent any actions against them. This situation is concerning as my page contains many photos of my children, and I fear for their safety.

My account, T. B. Walker, was hacked, and the hacker changed the email address associated with the account, taking control of all my personal photos and information. The original email used was [redacted] with the password. Currently, when I try to log in, it says no account exists with that email, which I know is incorrect. I have another account under Toni Walker with the same photos and family members, but I do not use any Yahoo email addresses. Therefore, any account with those specifics should only be under Toni Walker or Toni B. Walker, not the hacked one. In the past, my account T. Walker B. got hacked, and I could never recover it. The security measures in place make it seem like I am out of luck, allowing hackers to continuously victimize users. I now must use two methods to log into my remaining account securely, but I want the two compromised accounts to be deactivated and secure to prevent further victimization.

I have had a Facebook account for many years. Recently, someone in Canada gained access to my account, resulting in its deactivation. I reside in Hartsville, TN. I believe adding options for Facial Recognition or Fingerprint access could enhance security. I am looking to associate my phone number with my account to resolve this issue. My name is Michael P. Graham, and I can be reached at [redacted]. When I first joined FB, I used a Hotmail account, [redacted], before switching to [redacted], which may have contributed to the problem. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I've been trying to contact Facebook for over 2 years due to an issue with my business page name. Ever since they added the "@" before the page name, they misspelled mine. This mistake has had a negative impact on my online presence and business, making it seem untrustworthy or fake to potential customers. This error has prevented me from getting my page verified and even getting business cards printed. I've had no success in two different sales companies because of this misspelling. With six profiles having the same name, the misspelling on Facebook stands out and affects my credibility, especially when other social media accounts are linked to Facebook. I urgently request for my page's "@" link to be corrected to "@SocialholicDiva" with the correct spelling. It's spelled with an "i" before the "a." This mistake has prevented me from tagging my page correctly and has caused my page's link to change. It's frustrating that I am unable to edit this on my own as I am only an administrator.

I recently received a message from a friend informing me I was a winner and to text a number ([redacted]). After texting, I was told I won $[redacted],[redacted]. The person claiming to be Carolyn Matherly asked for $[redacted] for handling fees, then an additional $[redacted] for stamping papers, and finally $15,[redacted] for federal taxes. When I realized my friend did not send the original message, I shared my Facebook password with the scammer who then locked me out of my account. She has been using my account to contact my friends claiming they have also won money. I am unable to regain access to my Facebook as the password has been changed.

I have been receiving messages from a hacker asking for a password reset code. They deceived me into giving my password and phone number under false pretenses. The first time, I changed my password, but the second time, I got locked out of my account completely. I have reached out to Facebook, but I am still waiting for their email to regain control of my account. It's been nearly two days since the incident, and Facebook has not taken any action to assist me. I informed them about the compromise, but they have not sent me the necessary email to recover my account.

I have been trying for days to regain access to my account. I have sent verification proof but have not received any update emails. With 2-step verification on, someone accessed my account, changed my primary phone number, and I cannot login. I receive the password reset email but struggle with the 2-step process. Even with codes from trusted contacts, I cannot input them as I am not given the option. I need assistance to regain access. My account is under the username "bribri bonita" with the phone number [redacted]. Please contact me via phone or backup email.

Hello, my name is Mary Dickson. I had two Facebook accounts last year under the names Mary Dickson and Louise Dickson with my old phone number [redacted]. My new phone number is now [redacted]. I received a text message today informing me that a new password has been set for my account, even though I thought the accounts were inactive. I need this issue resolved quickly as I am not using Facebook and suspect someone is trying to hack into my account.

Hello, I am experiencing a similar issue. I have followed these steps, but I am still waiting for a resolution. Firstly, I visited my email address on Facebook and selected the option for not having access. The last step I took was to contact their email support and send a new email for them to reach me. They instructed me to send my ID to the Facebook center along with my profile ID for recovery. I also had a friend and family member report the fake profile. I believe this should resolve the problem. If your Gmail hasn't been changed, attempt logging in and then directly accessing Facebook with the code. Unfortunately, this option is currently unavailable to me.

I operate gloryosky.ca, a website discussing Canadian television and media. Regrettably, my attempts to post related content have been blocked by Facebook's Community Standards, although I am uncertain as to the specific violation. Despite multiple attempts to seek resolution through Facebook support, the issue remains unresolved. Additionally, running the website address through the debugger triggers the same violation. My main goal is to have the website whitelisted, similar to the recent case with domain_placeholder. While I have made efforts to ensure compliance with current Community Standards policy and resolve any past spam issues, I have not received assistance from Facebook. I am eager to continue using the platform, but if this problem persists, I may need to consider alternative options. I am hopeful that Facebook will address this matter promptly.

Hello, I am Ernesto Francisco Maposse, and I primarily use Facebook for work purposes. I often share information and updates with my colleagues, friends, and family. Recently, Facebook disabled my account, although I am uncertain of any violations of their terms and conditions. My account is crucial for work-related communication and sharing important information, and I am reaching out to resolve this issue. I ensure that I have not engaged in any wrongful activities, but I am open to feedback if there have been any misunderstandings. I kindly request the reactivation of my account, as it holds significant importance for me.

Hello, I am dealing with two issues. Firstly, there is a Facebook account under the name MICHELLE NEWELL that has my mobile number linked to it. I would like this account deactivated. Secondly, my own account has been deactivated or put on hold because I forgot my password. I am unable to access the account because the email linked to it has been inactive for over a year, and I cannot receive any reactivation passcode. I keep getting linked to the strange account instead of mine, which is under the name Sandra Yaya. Facebook only allows me to send the reactivation passcode via email, and not through my phone number, which is causing me a lot of frustration. I conduct business on Facebook and this situation is really stressing me out. In summary, please remove my phone number from the Michelle Newell account so that it is directly linked to my real account, Sandra Yaya. My number is +[redacted]6. Secondly, I need assistance in retrieving my password without having to use the old email account. I would like the passcode to be sent directly to my phone. Thank you for your help. I hope my issues are clear.

I'm unsure why, but I've been logged out of my Facebook account. I've been using an email that I created around 10 years ago. I tried using a password I had saved, but it didn't work, and it seems I reset my password a week ago. Unfortunately, I didn't write down the new one. When I tried to request a new password through my current email, I received the reset link. However, it keeps saying I've attempted too many times to reset my password, even after waiting for the 24-hour period. I really don't want to make a new account because I have a lot of pictures on my existing one. Please help me regain access to my account.

I have 2 accounts. One is a very old account I used for my music alias. The other is my current account with my legal name. I couldn't recall the password for my old account despite trying several old passwords before finally remembering it. My current account is under the name Jagan Perine ([redacted]), and my old account is under the alias Jihad Joe ([redacted]). Due to multiple incorrect password attempts, it's now asking for my ID to verify the account. The name on my ID is my legal name (Jagan Perine), which doesn't match the name on my old profile. However, you can verify that it's me through the profile pictures on that account. I urgently need access to my old account because there are pictures on there that I don't have backed up anywhere else. Please assist me in accessing my old account, as this is crucial for me. My current account is linked to my old one, which was disabled when I reduced my music activities. Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated.

After breaking off my engagement with Jessica Davis following a troubling incident in December [redacted], she gained access to my phone during my hospitalization. She misused it to manipulate my Facebook account. I am eager to regain control over my account and can provide a valid driver's license for verification purposes. I have a new phone number and email address. My other accounts can remain with my ex-wife. I aim to consolidate my online presence into one secure Facebook account under my name only. Given my multiple brain injuries, I struggle with technology. I am a disabled American citizen who faced identity theft in the past and took necessary legal steps. I am willing to authenticate my identity as required by law to resolve this issue. Your assistance in reclaiming my account is greatly appreciated.

Dear GetHuman, My name is SA. I had a business page on Facebook that got disabled due to violating trade rights. This happened for the third time, leading to my personal Facebook account also being disabled. I want to clarify that the violations were not intentional; the first two occurrences were unknowingly done. The third time, the content was posted without my knowledge since I didn't do it myself, and it had no relation to my personal account. All our sales are limited to Iraq, following Iraq's laws, and that's why the content was posted the first two times. My personal account, which I've had for almost 10 years, is vital for my daily life, communication, and work. Its absence has been incredibly challenging. We are eager to rectify this situation and avoid future violations. Thank you for your assistance in this matter. Warm regards, SHKO ATTA

Two weeks ago, I was on Facebook in the morning. After taking a nap and returning two hours later, I noticed that my account was in disabled mode. I was not informed via email or any notification about the reason for this action. Despite my multiple attempts to contact Facebook about my account, I have not received any responses. I am concerned about the disappearance of my account, especially because I have business profiles that I manage on the platform. Additionally, I have been organizing a fundraiser and a "rummage" weekend, and now I am unable to contact the people involved in these events due to my account being inaccessible. I suspect that my account might have been reported regarding a trademark issue related to the "rummage" weekend. If this is the case, I wish I had been notified earlier so I could address it accordingly.

I recently broke my iPhone, which was logged into my Facebook account and had my Google code generator for 2-step verification on it. After weeks of filling out account recovery forms, submitting IDs, and taking selfies with unique codes, I finally changed my Facebook password. However, I couldn't receive the 2-step code without the generator app. I attempted to sync them but realized the challenge. Then, Facebook started asking for an SMS code, which I believe I had disabled in my settings. I am worried about losing important contacts and information if I can't regain access to my account.
