I encountered a predicament with setting up my online boutique's Facebook and Instagram linkage for advertising. After facing Facebook account disablement issues, I finally have a stable account to create a business page. However, when I attempt to connect my Instagram to this new page, I receive an error message stating that my Instagram is already linked to another Facebook page. This connection issue possibly stems from linking it previously to the disabled Facebook business pages. Although my Instagram shows it's connected to the correct Facebook business page, Facebook claims it's connected elsewhere preventing the link. Hello, I am having difficulty accessing Facebook Marketplace and donating to charities because Facebook seems to still think I am in a different country. I recently returned from a trip to Thailand and Cambodia and have been back in the United States for almost a month now. I have tried several methods to update my location on Facebook. During my trip, I used an iPad, which I no longer have. I have removed this device from my Facebook logins and iCloud. Currently, I use my Macbook and iPhone to access Facebook. Although I have turned on Location Services today, it did not resolve the issue. I have also tried logging out of my accounts and restarting my devices without success. I am unsure of what other steps I can take to ensure Facebook recognizes my current location in the US.

I need assistance with my Facebook account. It has been deleted twice now, despite my efforts to comply with the rules. The first instance was without reason, and the second time occurred when I tried to create a new profile. I am using the email [redacted] for work, and it was disabled by Facebook. I have provided my national ID and photo but still cannot access my account. I believe the issue might relate to my profile name, which includes my first name as Shane and my work identifier as Property Thai Sale. I have added our company website, www.propertythaisale.com, to the page. I urgently need access to my account and email restored. Hello Facebook, I tried creating a new account with the email ([redacted]) due to being harassed on my current account. I followed all guidelines, used accurate information, my real name, correct birth date, and photos. I changed the email on my old account to free up the current one. Unfortunately, the new account I was creating is now under review and locked. I would appreciate it if you could resolve this issue so I can switch accounts and deactivate the old one to avoid further harassment. I also recently made the new account an admin of my business page (Inside Out Landscapes & Interiors) and removed the old account as admin. Now, I can't access my page, which could harm my business. This is crucial as I rely on my business to support my daughter. Please address this promptly. Thank you.

My friend recently changed her Facebook password approximately 1 day ago. She used the same password as before, but upon trying to log in earlier today, she was unable to access her account. She is certain that the password she entered was correct. Unfortunately, she no longer has access to the inactive mobile number linked to her Facebook account, as well as her email due to the same inactive mobile number. We are hoping for assistance in resetting her Facebook password as she suspects that her account may have been hacked.

Hello, I am experiencing issues with accessing my Facebook account. After attempting to reset my password successfully, I am now asked to provide my ID due to the account being locked. I have already submitted my ID as requested, but I am still unable to regain access, especially since I have changed my phone number and lack access to the old one. I received a confirmation email from Facebook acknowledging the receipt of my ID, yet I remain locked out. I have been logged into Facebook on my phone for years, but suddenly I got signed out of my account. I am unable to sign in even with the correct login details. The telephone number on my Facebook account is outdated, and I can't access it anymore. Also, the email account linked for password recovery is ten years old, and I don't remember the password. Microsoft informed me that the email might have been deactivated as it's been a long time since I used it. I am desperate to regain access to my account. Thank you for your help. - Amy S.

Hello, I am Carl and I oversee a charitable community skatepark organization in Leeds, known as LS-TEN. Previously known as The Works Skatepark Charity, we have recently undergone rebranding and changes. We have been facing challenges in updating the name of The Works Skatepark page and merging it with the LS-TEN page. I recently received a message informing me of an attempt to access my Facebook account from an unknown location in Canada, while I reside in Michigan. I followed the steps to verify this activity and attempted to reset my password. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the email linked to my Facebook account, and the phone number associated with it is also inaccessible. I am unable to remember the password for my email which prevents me from retrieving the reset code for my Facebook password. I am a concerned mother regarding an issue with Gemma Gordon. I am the mother of my 13-year-old daughter, Katie Makin. Her father is in the hospital due to a brain hemorrhage. Gemma has deleted my daughter from his Facebook without his knowledge. She has also created a GoFundMe page using pictures of my daughter's father and her, using my daughter's name without permission. My daughter lives with me, and Gemma is using Gordon Makin's profile inappropriately. I request his profile be blocked temporarily as Gemma has no right to use it. I am upset that she removed my daughter from her father's page and also from his GM taxi account. This behavior is unacceptable especially while he is in the hospital. If this issue is not resolved, I will take further action and involve my lawyer. I am strongly opposed to this treatment of my daughter and expect these accounts to be blocked until Gordon Makin can address the situation himself. Thank you.

I have attempted to contact your customer service via phone but have been unable to reach anyone, which is very frustrating. I am requesting that my profile be deleted immediately, as it disclosed personal information such as my age, which is concerning. I also ask for any other references to be removed. I am experiencing ongoing difficulties with Facebook. They constantly block my access to my accounts, which feels like discrimination. Facebook requested a copy of my driver's license to reinstate my account, which I promptly submitted. However, they have not responded since. I am frustrated with their lack of communication and what seems like arbitrary blocking of my accounts. I am even contemplating taking legal action if this matter is not resolved promptly. It's concerning that they swiftly block access without clear reasons and delay resolving such issues. I urgently need one of my accounts to be reactivated. Otherwise, I may encourage my friends to boycott the platform. Many of my social connections rely on Facebook, and I find their actions unethical and unacceptable. Blocking users for basic interactions on their platform contradicts the purpose of social networking sites.

I was trying to verify a person I met online who claimed to be a widower named John Mattey. After exchanging pictures and emails, he asked me to remove his photo from Facebook and mentioned we might have met before under a different name. His email is [redacted] Although I posted his picture on Facebook without success, I received a call from a foreign-sounding person at [redacted] asking me to take it down. I'm concerned about the situation as he connected with me on Match and Messenger, using my email [redacted] He hasn't called since Tuesday. Any advice on what to do next would be appreciated.

Yesterday around 12:30 pm, my account was hacked, and I am currently locked out. The account name is "Calvin Justice," but it's not my real name. The original email for the account is "[redacted]" I am the rightful owner of the account and can verify this with matching photo identification like my driver's license. I am unable to recover the account through normal methods and would like it disabled to prevent the hacker from accessing my personal information. Just to clarify, the account's original name is actually "Jacob Colavolpe."

Hello, I am reaching out regarding my Facebook account. Sadly, it was hacked and misused for several weeks. I made numerous reports and had around 23 of my Facebook friends report the issue as well. As a business owner, it's vital that I regain access to my account promptly to retrieve my contacts and messages. Despite visiting your head office multiple times for assistance, I have been informed that I am still on a waiting list with no updates for over 3 months. It was suggested that providing proof of my passport could expedite the resolution process. I wanted to create a separate business page from my personal account, called Blissfully Anne's, and set up a company page within it. When my friend searched for the company page, it displayed the main page with no content, causing confusion. To resolve this, I renamed the main page after my late mother, as the company is operational. Now, I'm unable to access either account as Facebook is requesting a photo upload for verification. Should I upload my mother's photo? I was hesitant to share passwords with my admins had the company page remained under my personal account. Seeking advice.

Someone has hacked my account and changed my password. I never updated my email or new phone number, and I need my account back. It's sentimental to me as it holds all my pictures and helps me stay connected with distant friends. My name is Karleigh Whiting, recently married on March 7th. I haven't legally changed my last name on my ID yet, but I do have our marriage license. On Facebook, my name was Karleigh Havard-Worsham, but I changed it to Karleigh Whiting. I can't access my old email "[redacted]" or my old number "[redacted]0" to receive a code. When attempting to access my Facebook account this morning, I encountered a prompt requesting a code. The two phone numbers listed on my account are no longer in service, complicating the verification process. Despite inputting one of the outdated numbers, the system continues to prompt for a code. Upon receiving and entering a code, I am then asked for another code which I do not receive. This situation has become quite challenging. As an online store employee, the inability to access my Facebook account may jeopardize my job. I seek assistance in recovering my account as I am currently locked out and uncertain of the issue at hand.
