I recently encountered an issue with Facebook and Messenger where I was unexpectedly logged out. Despite entering the correct password, I was prompted to reset it, which was sent to an old email address I haven't used in nearly 15 years. Since I am unable to access this email account, I reached out to Microsoft for help. They initially mentioned they would assist within 24 hours, but it has now been over 50 hours with no resolution. Unfortunately, without specific information about the old email account's activity, I am unable to regain access due to privacy restrictions. I never anticipated facing this problem, so I never linked my mobile number or updated alternate email addresses on Facebook. Additionally, I didn't set up the friend recovery option. I have taken the step of submitting my ID to Facebook for verification a few days ago.

Last year in the spring, my Facebook account for my Rock Band Blakk Sabbath was compromised. Linda from Facebook confirmed this on January 31st and informed me that a bill of $[redacted] was incurred due to this issue. Despite their reassurances, my account still remains disabled. I have been trying to request for it to be re-enabled so I can promote important gigs, but on February 20th, Ava replied stating they are unable to re-enable it without providing any further explanation. Unfortunately, all my appeals have been met with the same generic response, leaving me frustrated and unable to access my account effectively for advertising purposes.

I have experienced issues with my Facebook Ad Account in the past year related to a compromised account and unauthorized charges. I received confirmation from Linda on January 31st that my account had been compromised and that necessary steps were taken. However, there is still an outstanding bill of $[redacted] resulting from this compromise. I created a page for my Rock Band Blakk Sabbath, but the compromised Ad was not related to my band and was about sexual dysfunction. Despite communication from Facebook about the compromise, my account remains disabled, preventing me from promoting important gigs. After multiple messages to Facebook, Ava informed me on February 20th that they would not be able to re-enable my ad account without explanation. I am seeking assistance to have my account re-enabled to continue marketing my band's events.

Hello, my name is Helen Campanella Ciano. I've had a Facebook account for over nine years. Recently, I got a new phone number and had to create a new account, but I still have access to my email address (Miss Ellie [redacted] @AOL). When I tried to retrieve the code, Facebook wanted to send it to my old phone, which I no longer have. I uploaded a photo of myself with my government ID as per the instructions, but I haven't received any response yet. The Facebook account isn't a priority, but I really need the photos stored in it since all my physical copies were destroyed in a storm. Can someone help me regain access to my account or at least transfer the photos to my new account? Thank you.

A few years ago, my account was compromised by someone I know due to a keylogger, and my recovery emails were also accessed. Despite numerous attempts, I cannot recover them as the hacker changed all my security questions. I need access to retrieve old photos and then deactivate the account. I can verify my ownership through identification, comparing the last access dates of the account to when my new one was created, providing old passwords, and details about friends on the account. I am seeking assistance in regaining control of this account.

My aunt had her account impersonated, which I reported to Facebook. Shortly after, her device stopped working, prompting her to get a new iPad. Unfortunately, she forgot her password and was locked out of her genuine account due to identity fraud concerns. This has left her frustrated and unable to prove her identity, causing her to stop using Facebook. It's vital for our family that she can reconnect with us through the platform. Numerous users, including myself, have raised concerns about the Facebook page Yakima Buy & Sell, but unfortunately, no action has been taken. The absence of an admin or moderator has turned the page into a free-for-all, resulting in a significant loss of over 2,[redacted] members in just one week. Even leaving the page does not solve the issue as posts continue to flood through the marketplace. Attempts to block profiles are futile due to the sheer number of trolls and their continued growth. These trolls not only share disturbing content such as images of animal cruelty, aborted fetuses, and nudity but also engage in harassment across the valley. I personally have been targeted and had to involve the police after receiving two death threats. While I understand Facebook's reluctance to remove pages, this one has escalated from being offensive to posing a real danger. Those using the marketplace are bombarded with spam and fake listings. It is imperative for the safety and well-being of Yakima Valley residents that this page be shut down promptly. The Yakima Buy & Sell page used to be reputable, but the current lack of oversight has transformed it into a chaotic and harmful environment.

I am having difficulties with my online business's Facebook account. I hired someone to set it up, but it has been unpublished, and I had to provide verification. There is a fraudulent FB Fundraiser account created by Craig Henry for Regina Henry, his wife. Regina is not suffering from multiple sclerosis or a terminal illness as Craig has falsely claimed. Instead, her current condition is the result of a heroine overdose, likely due to losing custody of their children. I am certain of this since Craig is my brother, and Regina is my sister-in-law. Working in the medical field has given me knowledge about this condition. They are drug addicts seeking money for substance abuse, despite receiving state aid that covers medical expenses. Kindly remove this fundraiser as it is fraudulent and illegal to deceive people for financial gain. I urge you to verify the facts about multiple sclerosis, which is a chronic illness, not terminal. Your assistance in addressing this issue is appreciated.

I believe that an individual employed by your company has accessed and compromised my online accounts, including my Gmail and Yahoo accounts. Despite this, I still have access to 2 Yahoo accounts secured with an encrypted key. The employee has also targeted my Parkinson's disease support group account on Parkin Shakin, taking control of my buddy list. This employee, who is unlawfully accessing my phone and home systems using your equipment, gained access to my phone on the first day and displayed my phonebook online to showcase his abilities. Additionally, he has expressed his political biases, impacting my interactions. These actions constitute federal offenses against me. I request the return of my Yahoo and Gmail accounts, my Facebook account, and complete reimbursement for the damages caused. I am determined to resolve this issue promptly.

I have a concern to share regarding the recent events involving Laura Loomer's followers on Instagram. Following her anti-Muslim post targeting Representative Omar, individuals on your platform have openly advocated for violence against her. This behavior raises serious questions about the content guidelines and the responsibility of Facebook and Instagram in allowing such hate speech to proliferate. The prioritization of financial gain over ethical considerations is alarming. By enabling hate speech and even violence to be broadcasted on these platforms, Instagram and Facebook are actively contributing to the current climate of division in the United States. The impact of this goes beyond mere words; it puts lives at risk and undermines the fabric of democracy in our country. The harmful consequences of this unchecked behavior far surpass any potential external threats. My account has been taken over by someone I don't know. Recently, I was asked to verify my date of birth to confirm that it is my account. After entering my date of birth, I was able to log in. However, since then, everything has been changed, and my life has become disorganized after losing control of my account. They have changed the email and other details in my account. My login profile ID is Garuda Pantai, and the picture is of a rider on a superbike. Please assist me with this situation.

I noticed that the "Add Friend" button is missing from my Facebook profile. I am also concerned about the emails I sent on Friday, April 12th, yesterday afternoon, and last night, as well as the emails sent today, April 13th. I am unsure if my messages on Instagram, Twitter, and Snapchat from today have been received. If possible, please respond to me at [redacted] Additionally, I am looking for confirmation if the individual attending Hugh Baird College on Monday, Thursday, and Friday is Connor M. In the second attachment I sent on Friday, I would appreciate a prompt response either tonight or first thing tomorrow morning, April 14th. I am Emily Baricevic, and I have had an account named Emily Rogic Baricevic since [redacted]. Recently, I created a new FB Page called Smile Emily Baricevic. While I stay logged in on my phone, when I tried to log in on my laptop, I couldn't access my new account. Every time I entered my email or phone number, it redirected me to my ERB account instead of my Smile account. I even changed my primary email in my ERB account, but that didn't solve the issue. I know the password for my Smile account but not the username. I am logged into both accounts on my phone if you need me to adjust settings. Urgently seeking assistance. Thank you.

I am currently logged out of the Facebook app on my phone. I can receive codes at my email address, [redacted], but when I enter the code, Facebook requests a code from the code generator which I cannot access since I am not logged in on any other device. Despite Facebook trying to send an SMS code to my phone, I never receive it. I have been attempting to log in for over two weeks, but without success as I am consistently prompted for a code from the code generator I cannot access. I am feeling very frustrated as I cannot reach a human at Facebook for assistance, and I prefer not to create a new account. I have been using my current account for almost a decade. I attempted to submit a photo ID for verification over two weeks ago, but have not received any update. I am trying this method again now. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I have been hacked on multiple accounts including Amazon, Microsoft, and Facebook. Although I have resolved most issues, my Facebook account remains compromised. An inappropriate video was posted under my name, my notifications turned into French, and I am locked out by a security robot. I no longer wish to use Facebook actively; I only used it to keep up with a crafting group due to my health condition as a cancer survivor. If possible, I would like to deactivate or delete my account. If I cannot simply access the craft group without all the other distractions, could the account be deleted, allowing me to create a new one in the future with the same email? My account got hacked, and I've tried changing the password. However, when I request a security code for confirmation, I keep getting an error message saying "you have been blocked." The security confirmation code isn't being sent to my phone number. I've searched online and checked Facebook help pages, but the issue persists. I attempted the "friend verification" process and received all three codes, but encountered an error preventing me from proceeding. When my friends try to locate me online, they can't find my information or page. Ad ID: [redacted][redacted] This is the first ad I've placed using Ads Manager. I have noticed it's only showing on Instagram and not on Facebook. I don't have an Instagram account, so advertising there is useless for me. How can I make sure it only appears on Facebook? Another issue I need help with is that since using Ads Manager to create my ad, I can no longer post directly on my page. The POST button has been replaced with SHARE, and when I click SHARE, my post disappears. How can I restore the POST button functionality?
