I recently received a notification about an unauthorized login to my account from a different location. I attempted to reset my password as prompted, but I keep receiving an error message stating that I'm using an old password, despite entering the correct one. I suspect that the hacker has already changed my Facebook password. My account is under the name Rizma Albarote and linked to my old email address, [redacted], which I can no longer access. Please inform me if you require further details. I urgently need to regain access to my account.

I posted a message on my timeline for Cruz Reyes Ramos, starting with "Good Morning...," but it has disappeared. It was originally in a separate box above her post asking for my picture for a friendship request. When I replied on my timeline, her Facebook photo showed up next to my post. I explained that my posts reflect my artistic side, patriotic poems, and chosen photos to paint a metaphorical self-portrait. I embrace diversity in the U.S. and my Mexican American heritage, celebrating various cultures on Facebook. However, now the post shows "Content not available." I believe Cruz may have misunderstood my artistic expression and the reason behind not sharing a real photo of myself. I prefer using creative images to represent me on social media. I kindly responded to her query, but she may have taken offense and unfriended me, which is fine. I would like a copy of my post, as it was important to me. Moving forward, I will be more cautious about sharing personal details so openly on Facebook. Thank you.

I got logged out of my account for an unknown reason, and now I am unable to log back in because it keeps saying my password is incorrect, even though I know it's not. When attempting the email reset, it redirected me to a different user's (username) account, which I quickly logged out of. Now, neither my email nor password seems to be working, and the photo recognition from Instagram is not being responded to. The password reset email is being sent to an iCloud email I don't have access to. I've tried different passwords but none are working. I simply want to receive the reset email on my own account, create a new password, link my account to Facebook and my phone number, and regain access.

I have reported my problem twice in the last 4 days, and two friends have as well. Unfortunately, there has been no contact from you, and I am very disappointed. My Messenger account has been hacked. Many of my friends have received fake messages from an imposter. Some messages were clearly fake due to poor grammar, and others were trying to get people to join a reward scheme and pay money, claiming I was part of it. I have screenshots to prove this. One friend discovered these messages were sent from Nigeria. As a result, some friends have blocked me, assuming I'm behind these messages. I expected Facebook to take this seriously and resolve it promptly, but it seems like my privacy invasion is not a priority to you. I posted a disclaimer on Facebook, and more friends have informed me of receiving fake messages too. I desperately need your help! - Susan B. Taylor

A friend's account has been misused by someone involved in illegal activities and recruiting individuals. Despite reporting the issue to Facebook, the account remains active. I fear my friend could be wrongly associated with these activities. I am unable to disclose the account details here due to privacy concerns. I believe there has been a mistake regarding the disabling of my account. Despite not violating any app terms, my account @Jayden_rembacher has been disabled without warning. The agency I contracted to market/promote the account did not return it after our agreement ended. I have attempted to resolve this issue with them to no avail and now my account remains disabled. I am eager to regain access and steer my page in a new direction. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Despite repeated attempts to contact support, I have not received a response nor had my account reinstated. I am adamant that no wrongdoing has taken place. Your help would mean a lot. Thank you. I am concerned about my personal information, like a copy of my bank statement, appearing on "my story" without my consent. I need help figuring out how to remove it without deleting it from my photos. Despite trying various methods, I have been unsuccessful in deleting this information. I attempted to seek assistance from "just answer," but after being initially charged $5.00, I was asked for an additional $39.95 without receiving any resolution. I am unsure if I am required to be on "my story" and would prefer not to be. Additionally, I reported to Facebook months ago that my language setting was in Spanish instead of English, as it is on my cell phone and iPad, but the issue remains unresolved. I am struggling to find the necessary support to address these concerns and would appreciate any guidance. Thank you.

My Instagram account has been permanently disabled, and I am seeking to appeal the ban. A classmate had accessed my phone without my knowledge and reported my account as a joke for violating terms related to nudity and pornography. Despite my innocence and lack of previous violations in the four years of having the account, Instagram support refused to revoke the ban. My classmate, involved in the prank, also attempted to contact support to no avail. I have cooperated with the required steps for appeal and am willing to provide any necessary information. It is impacting my school life, and I urge Instagram to reconsider their decision to terminate my account abruptly. I have sent multiple emails to support, but they have consistently denied my appeal without a proper investigation. Hello, I urgently require assistance in having a video removed from Facebook involving my boyfriend. He and his son were involved in a public altercation where his son climbed onto a moving car during the fight. Despite my attempts, Facebook has refused to remove the video. The individual who posted it is not a friend, making it difficult to report. The video has attracted hurtful comments about the father and son, spreading embarrassment and shame throughout our small community in Trinidad. The video is titled "How to keep a red woman" and shows the vehicle driving in heavy traffic with the boy on the car. I kindly request Facebook's intervention in removing this video to prevent further distress. Thank you.

Last month, I used my mobile number to create a Facebook account that has now been disabled. I urgently need access to this account as I have linked it with Stick Pool Club for logging in. My Instagram account was permanently disabled, and I wish to appeal for the ban to be lifted. I have reached out to support multiple times, but have not received proper assistance. On Monday, a classmate took my phone, sent a nude photo to himself, and reported my account as a prank. By Tuesday, I discovered my account was gone, banned for "Pornography and Nudity." Although my classmate confessed to the joke, Instagram Support insists I violated terms of use. I have maintained a clean record for years and am deeply affected personally and professionally by this ban. I ask for a reconsideration of the account termination by Facebook, as Instagram is owned by them. I am willing to cooperate and answer questions to aid in lifting the ban on my account. Your reconsideration would be greatly appreciated.

My 85-year-old father accidentally logged out of Facebook and created a new account last October, which we suspect disabled his original account. He recently got a new computer but can't remember any passwords to set up the newer Facebook account on it. Upon trying to reset the password for the newer account on the old computer, we realized the reset phone number is a landline, making it impossible to receive the verification code. After attempting his mobile number, we discovered it was linked to another account belonging to Ryan Stokes, whose password we unintentionally reset. We are unsure who Ryan Stokes is. Our main goal is to have his original Facebook account reinstated, but we would also be content with access to his newer account.

My phone was stolen, so I couldn't access my original Facebook account on my new phone. Facebook prompted me to create a new account with the same name. I tried to recover my old account by resetting the password, but only had access to an old email I hadn't used in years. Even though my phone number hadn't changed, I couldn't receive a temporary password via text. After regaining access to the old email, I can't find the email needed to reset the original Facebook password. Every attempt to change the password leads me to the temporary new account instead of the old one. While I can view my old account through the new one, I can't directly access it without first going through the temporary account.

4 days ago, I received a message notifying me that my Facebook session had expired. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to log in since. Even after several password resets and submitting my ID to Facebook for identity verification, there has been no response. Recently, a friend alerted me that my profile picture has been replaced by one of someone named Beau Sandford. This individual has taken over my account, using their own name and posting as me. When searching for my name, Anita Jones, it is nowhere to be found. My account, dating back over a decade, holds valuable memories that I wish to recover. I have provided my new email address below, linked to another account named Sanita Jones, which was created a few years ago during a previous login issue. This unused account can be deleted, as my main priority is regaining access to my original Anita Jones account.

Despite contacting support numerous times about this matter, the reminder persists and disrupts my actions on the platform. My community page, "Black People All Over the World We Are One," is experiencing issues such as a message flashing "content no longer available," which interferes with my work. I suggest impartial moderation for my page's content. I have encountered billing problems with ads I did not create, highlighting a discrepancy in charges and the creation of ads without sufficient funds. I want to clarify that I do not owe Facebook any money. On a separate note, I have noticed issues while sharing posts to groups, where the group name appears as a link rather than displaying the post itself. I see this as a tactic to push me towards purchasing ads, which has been a challenge due to unauthorized charges and reminders of a nonexistent debt. We run a small business with a Facebook and Instagram account. Lately, our Instagram ads have been posting without audio, affecting our business performance.
