If your email and password are changed on the account then there is no way to recover the account. Facebook has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account. If your account is disabled then click here https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/260749603972907 and you have access to your email or phone number you may be able to recover your account.

Hey this is a very serious request regarding my disabled Instagram account. Can you please help me get my account reenabled as it was taken down by mistake I assume. This account is directly linked with my online business and without it I am not making any steady income to survive. A competitor mass reported menand triggered your api report system as he told his following on his live stream to spam report us, We feel like we were wrongfully taken down and my account @waverooom should be re enabled, Also whenever a video was taken down we would never see a pop up after **k followers and it was very difficult for us to see what videos we were breaking the rules by. We were targeted and spam reported by the masses, We worked * years to get to ***k followers, Through hard work and dedication. I even quit my job to build this platform to voice the opinions and news of Toronto and bring a bit of joy and humor in everyone's lives. I have expanded the account associating it with a website to make income, since our account is disabled we have no steady income and I might go broke, a thought which makes me suicidal and depressed, please help me. The person I worked to build this account is even more depressed, He is literally falling apart as this account kept him living and doing something productive and now he has no income and is always messaging me suicidal thoughts. Please fix this mistake! I was given no warnings about violating any of your terms and conditions. I think it's a mistake because I am sure I never violated any terms. My lawyer has read the TOS and claims I have no violated anything. Please reactivate @waverooom
