My main Facebook account appears to have been shut down while I was away, and I suspect someone tampered with it. This account holds pictures of my family and friends which are very important to me. I no longer have access to the smart phone where I used the Facebook app. The email associated with my account is [redacted], and I haven't used the other email since [redacted], so I'm puzzled as to why it's connected now. This situation is concerning, and I feel the need to contact the authorities for help.

My Facebook Business page experienced a security breach where all Admins were removed, and the page was subsequently deleted. Below is a copy of the email I received: Subject: Confirmation of Admin Removal for Office Furniture Outlet Dear Ron, This email is to inform you that you have been removed as an admin from the Office Furniture Outlet page on April 9, [redacted] at 10:59 am. If you wish to regain access to the page, please request one of the remaining Page admins to add you back as an admin. If you suspect that this action was taken due to a compromised admin account, please reach out to us immediately. Thank you, The Facebook Security Team For further assistance, please contact me at [redacted] The name of the page affected was OFFICE FURNITURE OUTLET.

I am unable to access my other account. It has been more than 24 hours, and the message still prompts to wait for another 24 hours. The verification code is not being sent to my number, and I am unable to select the call option for verification. Despite submitting my Photo ID multiple times, the system still requests verification every few days. Additionally, I have not received the advertisement I purchased using this account. Hello, my name on Facebook is Okonji Ememuwagini Mary, and I am the rightful owner of this account. I am encountering difficulties accessing my Facebook account due to an incorrect password. A few weeks ago, my account was compromised by someone in Vietnam. The email associated with the account was [redacted] with the password "shadow6". The phone number linked to the account was [redacted]. The hacker has changed the login details, and I'm unable to access my account now. I've lost access to the email and phone number tied to the account, which makes it challenging to prove my identity to Facebook for a password reset. The account under the name Chris Leon, owned by Christopher Leon, belongs to me, and I'm seeking assistance to recover it.

On Friday night, April 5th, I logged into my account with my email and password. Everything was fine until I signed out. On Saturday morning, when I tried to log back in, I realized my email and password had been changed by someone else. After trying to reset my password, I noticed the recovery email was different. I then followed some advice online, uploaded images of my driver's license to verify my identity. Facebook informed me it would take about 24 hours to verify. It's now Tuesday afternoon, and I haven't heard back. I'm hoping Facebook can help me regain access to my account for added security. Thank you, Joel H.

In January, my Facebook account was hacked by someone from a foreign country. Despite trying all the proper steps for email and account recovery, I've been unsuccessful in regaining access. Even attempting to create a new account has been met with issues as Facebook accuses me of trying to impersonate myself and blocks the process. It's frustrating. I'm hoping to either regain access to my original account under the name Jennifer Byfield-Sutherlin or be able to create a new one.

I am currently dealing with a situation involving an individual who is harassing both me and my business on Facebook. The person in question is using a fake profile named John Dozier, which I suspect is my former friend Katie Mcmanaway impersonating someone else. This individual left a misleading 1-star review on my business page for "Beaty Family Lawn Care" and also sent me a troubling message accusing my husband of infidelity. Furthermore, Katie's spouse made inappropriate remarks to my young son, resulting in a police report being filed. It is evident that this behavior stems from our severed friendship due to her toxic nature. I kindly request the removal of the fraudulent review from our business page, as they have never utilized our services. Additionally, I urge for the deletion of the fake profile associated with this harassment. I can provide screenshots of the interactions if needed for further verification.

Hello, I recently updated my password for my Facebook account but regrettably forgot what I changed it to. The email address I usually use for logging in is an old one that I no longer have access to, so I am unable to receive a reset code via email. Since I never added a phone number to my account, I am unable to reset it that way. I have attempted three times to reach out to Facebook by submitting a copy of my photo ID, but I haven't received any response. I rely on my account for business purposes and it is crucial for me to regain access as soon as possible.

Hello, my account has been disabled for over a week now without warning. It was my personal account as well as my public figure verified account with a blue tick, along with several work accounts. I don't believe I violated any rules and suspect my account may have been hacked since someone tried to log into my Instagram. Luckily, I had two-factor authentication enabled. Losing access to ads manager is affecting my work, and I can't recover important business-related information and activities on my Public Page. I worked hard to build an authentic following over the years and losing access means losing contacts, photos, and memories. I hope to regain access to my accounts, especially my public figure account and work ones, as they are crucial for my work. I haven't accessed my Facebook account in over 4 years and am now trying to log in. Recently, on April 4th, [redacted], when I attempted to login to my Facebook account, I encountered a "Session timed out" message. Unfortunately, I am currently unable to receive texts on my phone and noticed that my password was apparently changed on the same day, which I did not authorize. Since I normally log in using my phone number, I do not recall the email associated with my account. Upon checking, I discovered that my profile is either deactivated or appears blank to others. Despite reaching out to the help center and submitting an email with my name on a magazine, I have not received any response for several days.

I appreciate the help from gethuman allowing me to share my situation. My account, [redacted], with the full name (Fadare Olasunkanmi Kabir) was hacked by an unknown number ([redacted]9) on April 9, [redacted]. The hacker changed all my details, and now I cannot access my account that I opened in [redacted]. I reached out to the hacker, and they asked me to sell my Facebook account to them. I would be grateful if you could assist me in retrieving my account from the hacker. Thank you.

I am becoming frustrated with receiving friend requests from people I do not know on Facebook. Could you please remove my phone number from Facebook so I stop receiving text messages? I am not very tech-savvy, just a disabled veteran enjoying a game called Pearl's Pearl. I do not use Facebook online, only on my cell phone. My phone number is [redacted]. I was signed out of my profile because there are hyphens in my name, which was never stated as not allowed. I can't access my 7-year-old email and forgot my recently changed password. Despite thinking my phone number was set up, it isn't. After providing my ID, you claimed it wasn't me, even though it is my ID. I don't have my last name on Facebook due to personal preference. However, now someone is posting weird things on my account. I've had my account for 7 years and would like to access my memories and other content. I believe it is unfair to restrict messaging abilities due to reported posts on Facebook, especially within closed groups. The group should have the authority to decide what is appropriate. While I understand the need to monitor offensive statuses, the rules should differ for closed groups. Disabling messaging over reported content seems unreasonable. The idea seems poorly thought out, as Messenger and Facebook are distinct apps and should be managed separately. It appears that the executives at Facebook lack proper management skills.

My account is BD MW. I have to continuously recreate accounts to use Facebook for my business and stay connected with my family. It's frustrating that this keeps occurring. As a Scentsy consultant, a functioning Facebook account is crucial for my profitability. After boosting a post on my page with my debit card, everything came to a halt. Suddenly, I was requested to provide photos. I understand the need for security measures, but asking for pictures seems risky. Despite my concerns, my profile picture does not fully show my face. I've tried researching solutions and reaching out for help. I desperately need access to my account to launch an important post soon and attract more clients. I'm having trouble accessing my Facebook account. Although my password is correct, I have set up my account to require a confirmation code each time someone logs in for added security. Lola Santana organized a Ted Knoll Memorial Fundraiser for me, the surviving spouse. She used what I believe to be the correct routing and account numbers for my CUSC Credit Union of Southern California account. The Routing number is [redacted]96, and the checking account number is [redacted]. Over $[redacted] was raised, but I have only received notices of pending payments into my account and nothing has been finalized. I am worried this might be a scam through Facebook. Good-hearted people donated their money, and I am concerned about the funds not reaching me. Can someone please assist us in troubleshooting this frustrating issue?

I'm having trouble accessing my old Facebook account since the phone I use for it doesn't have service, and I forgot to update my new phone number on my account. Even though I use WiFi on that device, I mistakenly thought I had updated my information. I'm unable to receive the code on my new phone to log in. Any help would be appreciated to regain access to my old Facebook account.
