I received emails from Jack McQueen stating that I have been reported for impersonating myself. Someone is claiming that I am not who I say I am. I am hesitant to provide my ID as requested due to concerns about the security of my information, given past incidents. I simply want my account to be closed and all data deleted as I do not use Facebook frequently and I no longer have a need for it. Could you please close my account immediately? Thank you. Frustrated and soon-to-be former customer.

Someone has been misusing my Facebook account, taking advantage of my online identity. The person responsible for this is Sheena Mendez. Another individual, Jessica Lucero, is also involved in stealing my information. This violation needs to be addressed as it goes against the regulations that are in place in the United States. My personal ideas and creations have been taken from me, and I am determined to reclaim control over my life and travel to California to pursue my dreams.

Hello, I am seeking assistance for my 78-year-old mother and her multiple Facebook accounts. Despite deactivating four accounts, they have not been removed yet, causing a delay in consolidating her accounts. As I live out of town and have limited time, I am wondering if there is a quicker way to delete these extra accounts. Additionally, some of the accounts were created using an email address she can no longer access, further complicating the situation. I created a Facebook account six years ago and unfortunately, I have forgotten the login credentials. I also deleted the email addresses associated with the account. This has happened three times in the past, so I did not address it then. However, I now want to delete those accounts but I do not know the exact email addresses or phone numbers linked to them. These accounts were created while I was in India, but currently, I am residing in the USA. Moreover, I no longer have access to the phone numbers associated with the accounts. Can anyone provide guidance on how I can delete these old accounts?

Hello, my name is Richard Van Putten. I assisted our church, Nieuwe Tak Kerk, in creating a Facebook account a few years back. We initially used [redacted] or [redacted] for logging in to the account. The issue we are facing now is that our church ceased activities in [redacted], and we no longer have ownership of www.nieuwetak.nl. Additionally, the previously mentioned email addresses are no longer active. Unfortunately, we are unable to log in to deactivate www.facebook.com/nieuwetak. I was unfairly banned, and my right to express myself freely was violated. I simply need my account reinstated for business purposes. It appears that someone who disagrees with my political views is repeatedly reporting me for trivial reasons. If opinions cannot be shared, what is the purpose of this platform? There were no threats or harm caused by my posts. I am requesting the restoration of my account privileges.

Between March 16 and 17, [redacted], I reported a scam case. After reaching out to Facebook, they confirmed that my account was secure but had some internal issues that were resolved. A person named Roland Gandjo, also known as Mr. Francis Gandjo on Facebook, claimed to be donating money due to family circumstances. He supposedly owns a company in Paris and provided me with his lawyers' contact details via WhatsApp. However, he is now unresponsive. I am seeking assistance with this situation.

I am an active user of Facebook and Instagram. Recently, I have noticed some users misusing Facebook for business purposes and deceiving customers. One such page, beautifulsaree, has scammed many users, including myself, by providing false product details and identity. I urge the Facebook team to investigate and block this fraudulent page to protect users. I have evidence of their deceitful practices and I am willing to share it if needed. Before escalating this matter to the media, I wanted to bring it to your attention in hopes that action will be taken. Good morning, my account has been disabled for impersonating someone else. I did not do this willingly or knowingly. My name is Barbara Lucca and my account had the same name. My husband, Raymond Lucca Sr, who has passed away, also used the same computer for his account, which could have contributed to the issue. I have been experiencing issues with Facebook's two-step login process. Despite having it enabled, I never receive the login code, leading to a message saying I have tried to login too many times. This problem has persisted for the last two days. Interestingly, I am able to receive two-step codes from Amazon promptly. I decided to create a new Facebook profile to replace my current one. As I began adding friends, one of them unknowingly reported my new account. As a result, the new account got disabled. Facebook requested proof of my identity, so I submitted my driver’s license and personal photos. It has been several days now, and I have not received any updates regarding the status of my disabled account. I also explained the situation through the feedback section on my active account in response to the message I received.

I recently got married and needed to change my name on Facebook. After updating my password, it logged me out and requested an SMS verification to my old number. Since I no longer have access to that phone, I'm unable to retrieve important wedding details and contacts for my upcoming ceremony. I created my Facebook account and planned to upload my profile picture later. After logging out, when I tried to log back in, it asked for a photo to confirm my identity. I have attempted multiple times to change our business page's name, but unfortunately, it has been consistently rejected for supposedly misleading our followers. Our business remains in the same industry, providing the same services, as we transitioned from Skyline Home Loans - Arizona Division to Driven Lending LLC. Despite having the necessary documents like our business license and Articles of Organization as proof of the change, we are unable to update the page successfully. This correction is vital for ensuring compliance with the CFPB regulations, as we no longer operate under our previous name. I need assistance with my Facebook account that was compromised on Friday, 04/07/[redacted]. I followed the instructions to change my password, but afterward, I couldn't log in as it kept saying the password was wrong. When I tried to recover the code sent to my Yahoo email, I found out the information had been altered because the account was inactive. Hi, This morning, while watching videos on Facebook, I was unexpectedly logged out of my account. Upon trying to log back in, I was informed that my password was incorrect, which is impossible because I have never changed it since creating my account over 10 years ago. Strangely, someone in London on a Huawei phone has accessed my account, and a Russian email address seems to have been added to it without my knowledge. I am unable to access this email as I do not speak Russian and my old email associated with Facebook does not have enough activity for me to reset the password. I am quite upset about this situation and would appreciate any help to regain access to my account as I do not wish to create a new one. Thank you, Megan.

I realized that my language had been altered, so I corrected it. After, I found myself logged out of my Facebook account. I originally assumed it was a password problem and reported it to Facebook. However, to my dismay, my account has been hijacked. The intruder has deleted my photos, impersonated me to message others, shared my personal images, and has even been making threats. I submitted a claim to Facebook five days ago, but have not received any response yet. The issue is worsening by the minute.

I posted a photo on Facebook that was blocked, but it doesn't violate any community standards. I asked for a review but haven't heard back. More restrictions were placed without any explanation. I'm requesting a human review of the photo to correct the blocking. If that's not an option, I would like to understand why it was considered a violation as I'm certain it's not. I run a page for my graduating class, York High School, Class of [redacted]. Our main purpose is to stay connected with each other. Facebook has identified it as a business page and has prompted me to pay for advertising, even though I am not promoting anything. Initially, I received a notice stating that a picture of the high school from [redacted] on the page was not allowed, which I found puzzling. I have reached out to Facebook twice to clarify that the page is not engaged in sales but have received the same response indicating that it does not comply with their regulations. I recently received a notification that my Facebook account may have been hacked. I tried to change my password but couldn't remember it, so I used the password reset option. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the email linked to my account, and even when I tried my phone number, it didn't work. After uploading a picture for verification, my account was disabled.
